Highly Recommend! An HONEST, FAIR PRICED serviceperson and company!! Told me springs were older but not in dire need of replacing this minute and that all the safety features were in place, even though 1st company pressured me into thinking I needed to replace right now! Only had to pay for the service call and nothing else. Not to mention the quote they gave me for the springs was almost $400 less than the 1st company and similarly priced to another company. My springs will indeed need to be replaced at sometime and when they do, this company will get ALL OF MY BUSINESS!

They were very good and the worker who came out actually lives in the area and if needed would made me the last call of the day the actual day I call for service. They were very helpful.

My experience with Banko was great. I called several places and only one was cheaper (potentially, his max price was what Banko quoted me), but seemed more like a one man service. Banko was able to have someone out the next day and fixed my garage door within 30 minutes with a new spring. The tech also lubed the rollers at no extra charge. Very happy with the service, quick to come out, cheap, and quick to finish the job. He also said the springs have a 3 year warranty and 1 year warranty on the labor.

I called and the service rep was very pleasant to speak to and offered me the first available appointment. However, since my cars were already out of the garage, it wasn't an emergency but she did get me an appointment the very next day. The service tech came out right on schedule, told me my options as to whether it was time to get a new door or to replace the springs. I decided that i needed more time on choosing the right doors, so he repaired it and the door works great. The estimated cost quoted was e.xactly what i paid. Service tech was professional and courteous. Very happy

The Banko technicians did an excellent job with a very difficult installation. Our existing door was 60 years old in one piece, with rails the same height as the door. Modern doors are segmented with rails that run about six inches higher than the door opening, so both the rails and opener must be mounted higher. Add to that the complication of our sloping roof and you have a real challenge for any replacement. The Banko team handled it all very professionally.

Very professional and I appreciated the 30 minute call ahead so I didn't have to sit around the house waiting for the duration of the 12-4pm service window.

A bit pricey on the removal and install !! The installer was great. He was done in no time. The installer also tightened the spring, lubricated the tracks, and spring.

OK... The installer very good and professional. Will NOT use again. The charges outrageous. Found another company for 1/3 the price for the same service.

Technician told me I needed new rollers. After he left I saw that the very same company had a deal for $99 for roller replacement I paid $260

The garage door failed to close several times due to the sensors becoming misaligned. I guess I could complain that they took too long to get this right, they came out as often as required to get it right. I would recommend them and would use them again.

After a bad experience with another company, I reached out to this company. From the person who took the call and made arrangements to the design consultant who took the measurement and provided me with product information to the technician who performed the installation, this experience was much less stressful. Their prices are a little higher than other companies, but for the grief I encountered prior, they're still competitive.

Could not have gone better. I noticed my garage door spring was broken on Monday afternoon and I called Banko that afternoon. They said they could send a technician the following afternoon. They even provided the name and a photo of the technician. The technician called me 30 prior to arrival. He repaired the door and charged me exactly what I was told over the phone during the initial call. Work is warrantied for one year and labor for three. I wish all of my repair jobs would go as smoothly as this one.

Dan arrived, went over options, and we decided to do both doors with top of the line wireless garage doors. Dan only had one of the openers but called to have another delivered. Everything went smoothly and Dan did a great job. We are very happy with new openers.Wow, what an upgrade at a very reasonable price.
