I got them from Angie's List. He was reasonable. He didn't overcharge us. He charged us more but it wasn't that much more. My door is all caulked. Some guys wanted a lot more than he wanted.

Door replaced easy enough but to get someone to follow up with the inspection was more challenging and all they did was look at it and leave. No signature of approval or anything so that is what I would recommend is at least act like the inspector cares.

I like the price. Very thorough. They can fix stuff that I had not told them to fix and they did not charge you for it. They did a real good job.

Provider was on time and professional. Fully met my expectations.

My two springs on my two car garage door broke. Got one estimate from another company, then called Banko. Banko came in nearly $200 cheaper than first company. I appreciate their honesty! I called around noon and they came out at 3pm same day. Technician did a great job, quickly and efficiently. The garage door now works better than it ever did. I really appreciated their honest estimate, their quick response, and the fine job performed in installing new springs.

The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing from adjusting the garage door springs to spraying silicone on all moveable parts.

I don't usually believe a company deserves all "A" on their rating, but my experience with Banko has been outstanding. My 1980's door caught and stopped, warping the rails and was stuck half way down. I did not want to repair an old door so researched Angie's list for installers. Banko appeared to have a good rating and was rated by several customers so I decided to give them a call for an estimate. Their sales representative came out to the house on the same day that I called. He was dressed professionally in a Banko uniform and identified himself upon arrival. The representative carried samples of the doors and also literature of the products available. I wanted an upgrade door that looked like a wood finish to match my front doors on the house. I ended up purchasing a 16 x 7 Clopay Gallery Collection door with 1 3/8 polyurethane insulation with walnut finish. I wanted everything new so I also replaced the door opener with a LiftMaster 1/2 horse chain drive unit which included two remotes, indoor switch and outside key pad. The door opener is the only minor regret that I have, if I were to do it over, I would order the belt drive door opener which is much quitter. The door had to be ordered and they gave me a date that was two weeks out. The date was accurate and Banko called to arrange installation between the hours of 8 am - noon. On the day of the install, the installer was out front at 7:45 am but did not come to my door until exactly 8 am. That was appreciated and shows respect for the customer. The installer was dressed in uniform and was very professional and was respectful of my property. The installation went without a hitch and he was finished shortly before noon. He then took the time to go over the installation and the product information to be sure that I understood everything. He also sat down in my car and programmed the built in door opener that is in my car. Before he left, he swept the entire garage floor and put the filled dust pan in his container on his truck. As a consumer in todays market it is really appreciated when all goes well and you feel the product you purchased was worth what you paid for it. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

I called only one day ahead. As requested, service tech called me a few minutes before arriving so I could leave work and get there. Garage was a little crowded, but he moved around items to get to what he needed to get to. 15 minutes later, belt was assembled and good to go. Highly recommended!

There was a annoying sqeek when the door was opening. I called about it and Banko sent someone out the next day. It is fine now.

Called for the replacement on Friday afternoon. It was not an emergency situation, so I scheduled for the repair on the following Monday morning. The serviceman showed up on the time promised and went about the repair. He was in and out in no time. He did take the time to lubricate the rollers and tracks and to offer tips on keeping the door in top working order. Excellent work and very reasonably priced.

Responsiveness was exemplary as the service tech, Gene, came out the same day I called. He replaced both springs, readjusted the closing alignment and lubricated the door. Gene was professional, courteous and very helpful in answering a few questions I had. Great service from everyone at Banko and I highly recommend them!

Excellent! My neighbor used them and said price was good and that they came out quickly. I called yesterday around 1 pm and they cam out this morning at 8:30 am and was done in about 45 minutes. 2 springs installed for 225.00. I told them to check out rollers and suggest any other items that need to be replaced and they said everything else was fine. I was impressed - they didn't try to unsell me and even offered to come back in 6 months to adjust tension at no charge. The installed was a seasoned pro and knew what he was doing. Save yourself time and call these guys - they're awesome!!!

We needed a single-wide garage door to convert a former "garage-to-room" conversion back into a garage. On a recommendation, we called Banko Doors to get the job done. Of all the contractors we have hired, Banko was the best! They were professional, showed up on time and got the garage door installed in a timely fashion. It looks great and functions properly. They did a great job and the price was reasonable too.

From the initial phone call to the service man DREW who was friendly and professional everything went very smooth. DREW even adjusted my door level which another company couldnt do in the past. This is why BANKO will have all my future business!

Felt pressured into changing both springs even though repairman was told I am selling house. I was charged an exta $20.00 for Saturday repair---most plumbers don't charge for Saturday repair.....Did not give me Angie's list member discount or ask for coupon even though I advised repairman of said--was rushed to pay.. Website says lifetime guarantee on springs---------repairman stated on 3 year guarantee.

They were amazingly fast, even called to say they would be early on same day service. They work was quick (done in about a half hour). They also noticed my belt was loose (unrelated) so they tighter that and greased all hinges. Super excellent.

Great service. We expected to replace both tracks that were twisted badly. The service provider was able to repair them in a few minutes and get our door working. He then suggested a new gasket that was badly needed and pointed out that the install would be free because we were only paying labor for the service call. In 5 more minutes he was done. The service provider was extremely polite and professional. We would like to upgrade to a nicer door in the future and will definitely go to Banko!

Garage door spring broke. Called around and Banko was the best price and the only one who could come same day. Set up a appointment between 12-2. Tech called & was able to come earlier at 11 which was great for us. Would definitely use again. Thanks so much!

The technician was unsure where we were located and called to find out. He arrived and started the install. He was very hurried in his install and patched together two of the wires are the builder supplied ones were too short. This looks ugly. The track itself was very very noisy when opening the door and he explained that this was due to the door being a single door compared to the double next to it. Also the bulb he installed blew just after he left. Another call to the office generated a service call. Another engineer came and sorted both problems - and they were problems not differences in door weight. He was here about 30 mins and now the door opener sounds right and the light is working. I called customer service to give them feedback but quite frankly they didn't care. They said the installer was one of their best. Not in our experience. Very disappointing.

They were so prompt and efficient. The gentleman who came out was very professional and honest and almost immediately knew what the problem was. All it needed was a Genie Trolley and he had it repaired by 10 am. I will defnintely recommend them and call them the next time I have a problem with my garage door. .

We had a very good experience with Banko. The installer was courteous and professional. The product and all of the work was done as promised on budget and on time. This was a complete replacement (i.e. garage door, tracks, spring, etc.). Great job!
