I called Banko on a Saturday morning because my garage door would not close. They agreed to send someone out. Gene arrived in about 2 hours and immediately found the issue. Silly me, a piece of wood was not letting the door close. Since they would have to charge me for the call, Gene said he'd service the door and I asked if he could also replace the rubber on the bottom of the doors due to the fact that they were old and not keeping the door sealed. he said of course and went to work. In less then a half of an hour my door was serviced and repaired. Gene was very professional and kind to me even though the reason the door would not close was so obvious! I will definitely use Banko again!

The spring to the garage door broke and my car was stuck in the garage. I called and decided to have the garage door replace due to its age vs. just repairing the spring. They came out and applied a temporary repair to the spring the same day at not cost. then they scheduled the door to replaced a week later. All pricing was up front and was very responsive.

The repair showed up on time and did a great job identifying and fixing the problem.

I called for immediate service after one of our torsion springs broke, leaving one of our cars stranded inside the garage. We called and to our relief, the technician arrived the same day and had the garage working again in a matter of 20 minutes. I knew exactly what the total cost would be even before his arrival, and at no point did he attempt a sales pitch on various components that I didn't need. The service was quick and to the point, and I will certainly be calling them for our next repair!

From start to finish, the job was professionally done! We heard a loud sound in our garage and when we went to investigate found that the spring on our garage door had broken. We knew immediately what to do. We went on line to Angie's List to look for a provider! We read some reviews and decided to have Banko come out and repair the spring. When Brett arrived (approximately 1 hour after we called), he wasted no time and went straight to work. He did a great job.

On Saturday, May 2nd, our garage overhead door would not open, and our vehicle, of course, was inside. I referred to Angie's List and chose to call Banko Overhead Doors based on the ratings and the fact that Banko was located fairly close to our home. The call was answered promptly and an office employee asked if we needed help to get our vehicle out. I declined as I was able to raise the door myself to gain access. I got a quote and was informed that the normal price was $225 with a Saturday extra charge of $20. I was asked if I wanted to wait until Monday to avoid the extra charge but I asked they come right away. I was given an expected arrival of between 12 noon and 3 PM. The technician, Dan, called to alert me that he was on his way and he arrived around 2:30 PM and went to work right away replacing the springs and oiling the track rollers. As he worked we discussed the expected life of the new springs and he explained the warranty to me. When testing the door operation Dan was not pleased with the resulting spring torque and substituted a stronger spring to improve the operation. After testing the door again we settled up and he left. At all times Dan was competent and acted with courtesy and a professional attitude. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. Without doubt I will use Banko Overhead Doors again if and when I have a problem I can't fix myself.

ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THE DOOR AND ELECTRIC OPENER NOW WORK MORE SMOOTHLY AND QUIETLY. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED BANKO AND PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN.

The representative came as scheduled. He was polite. We were expecting the need to purchase a new garage opener but he told us that we only needed a part. Since the opener was older, he had to order a part. He scheduled another appointment for a couple of days later. He arrived on time again. He fixed the opener, cleaned up and our door works well. We were very pleased with the company and the fact that they did not try to sell us something that we didn't need. We called Banko because my son used them and was pleased as well. I would highly recommend them! If we have any problems in the future, we certainly will call Banko again!

We woke up Monday morning with a broken spring on our garage door. Our cars were stuck! Within two hours of our call, Tanker was there with the door opened and the springs were replaced.

They responded to an emergency since the door would not open and my car was inside the garage. The came when they said they would and the did a great job. Quoted price and did not change it. Great job by an experienced technician.

Came when they said they would, did what they said they would do, and price was what was quoted. Fast, friendly, professional service. Will use again.

We were referred to Banko from a neighbor who was pleased with their service. We agree they provided a very high quality hurricane door with installation. Extremely impressed with the professionalism and experience level of our installer.

Price was good, the installers had to reframe the entire inside to bring up to code. Cleaned up after themselves. Only hitch was it didn't pass inspection when the sensors failed to stop the door. Called Banko back and a technician came back out the next day, found the problem, and corrected it. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic! Upon returning home we found that our opener had died. The next morning, we called Banko and spoke to a very pleasant woman who scheduled us for service the next day, but said she would try to work us into the schedule the same day as our call. About 20 minutes later a technician called and said he would be at our house in an hour. He showed up on time and within an hour had our new opener including a new track and chain installed. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and very congenial. Overall, a great service experience.

Joe did an excellent job. He also saved me a little money from what the salesperson quoted me. She had quoted the wrong size door. He caught it right away. I am very happy with the work he performed and I am loving my new door!

Banko was able to schedule us the same day we called. The repairman was here during the time he said he would be here. He called 15 minutes prior to arriving as we requested. He was quick an professional. He did exactly as we expected.

I was on my way to work when the garage door would not open. We noticed that the spring was broken. I was pleasantly surprised to get a 'real' person answering the phone after hours. They were there in a couple of hours...on time! In a short while, I was on my way. The only thing I was disappointed in is the fact that I was not told there was a senior discount!

The office was very polite and professional. The appointment time was right on the money. The service rep (Rob) was very professional. The job was performed to perfection, including maintenance items on the old door.

I called on Thursday because our garage door wouldn't open. They set-up an appointment for the next day between 2 and 4pm.I recieved a call on Friday at around noon asking if they could come out earlier. I said I could be home by 1:30 pm and as I arrived, the service tech was already there. He quickly worked out the issue and let me know that we may need to replace the opener later. I felt that the technician was knowledgeable, honest and I will definitely be calling Banko in the future.
