, on response to the grade left to my quality of service provided, I must remind you that you called me to quote on a less than proffessional job done by a neighborhood handy man that as stated by you asked not to return to your home for further work.when i arrived to quote job the previous person had allready hung and taped the drywall including a very shabby finish job. i accepted the job and tryed to clean up bad job done by handyman including refloating all seams and previously taped areas to provide you with a ceiling that was as flatt as possible.I covered and protected all your new wood flooring and cabnitery in a proffesional manner,then I returned to apply a knockdown texture finish to the entire job. when i was done i cleaned all my debris and left your home spottless as i do all my jobs. At the time of completion and payment you seemed very pleased with the job we did and did not state differentely. I then recieved a warranty call from you about a month later and returned within 2 business days . Apon arrival you showed me a hairline cracked that appeared on the ceiling at an adjoining wall. I then repaired the area with minimal invasiveness and stated at that time you have a very nice home but the fact is , it is probably caused by the age of your singlewide mobile home that is 30+ years old and that drywall is not a structural product and that has been my reluctencey on accepting such jobs as these types of homes were not engenered for seamless ceilings due to movement as that is the reason for the types of ceiling panels used with the expansion strips in place. I then recieved another warranty call from you that I again responded to within 2 business days, returned to your home and stated then the repair needed would need to be more invasive as i then covered and masked the enire area and performed repair. I was truely surprised on the grade you gave my service and the quality of my work is the reason for my lengthey response. Please excuse my tardieness of responding as I was overcome by the holidays and did not check my account and did not recieve a notification from Angies Lists if they sent one. I only write and try to explain to future readers of reports on this site as I value my outstanding reputation on Angies Lists as I do throughout the drywall repair industry.

Description of Work: Joe came to repair by ceiling following a leak in my roof. I sent him a picture and he provided me with an estimate I thoughts was fair. He arrived exactly on time, completed the work in apt 2 hours and the ceiling looks great, I don't even have to repaint it immediately.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Repaired an interior wall that was water damaged and molding due to water seeping in from unsealed exterior points. Scott removed and repaired the interior wall and repainted it to match the remainder of the wall. He sealed the outside areas that were the source of the water entering the wall.

The work performed by Scott is A+.
Description of Work: Scott arrives at your front door exactly at the time he said he would and promptly starts to work. He is highly skilled and efficient. He work is outstanding.He was able to match and incorporate a repair in a drywall ceiling application. He also applied new drywall to our bathroom which was gutted and undergoing renovation. We will definitely contact him again for our next project.

Great, nothing but great.
Description of Work: Just wanted to say that they went out of their way to be professional, were punctual, and their explination of everything was fantastic. The only reason we didn't use them was because the house we were trying to buy ended up going into foreclosure and we didn't want to wait 12 months.
