Description of Work: We used ATI a few years ago for various items including painting tile and hardwood flooring and were very satisfied. When we were faced with wanting a bunch of other items done I made the only call I needed to ... Jack Z and the ATI team. Jack visited us and provided not only an estimate but also valuable advice as to what items would give us the largest payback. I was impressed with the detail and professionalism of his approach during this process of the sale. The other awesome thing is that Jack has the depth skills on his team to handle most any part of the project. During the process of the work being completed I observed the following which one typically does not see in The home repair business. 1. The ATI showed up ON TIME EVERY day 2. They busted their butts each day of the project 3. They have an awesome work ethic 4. They are professional and courteous 5. They are friendly and generally nice people 6. They all enjoy what they do 7. They put in a FULL days work 8. The entire team ... Starting with Jack do what is in the best interest of their Customers 9. The quality of their work is perfect ... They work quickly but deliver high quality .. Now that is something you Don't see in most companies.. 10. I can go on and on .... Lets just say ... They are AWESOME.. The last comment is that Jack kept me abreast of the project and they Were able to finish a day early. I HIGHLY recommend using ATI for any of your Home repair / remodeling needs!

Description of Work: On 9/7/07, I contacted Jack Z. and described the services I needed. My closet shelves had broken loose from the walls and collapsed. Jack Z. advised me that he would be calling back on 9/11 or 9/12 to schedule a time for the job as he was unable to organize his company's work schedule at the time. I agreed to this delay, although a 2 to 3 day turnaround just to schedule a time seemed a bit unreasonable. Apparently, it was far from unreasonable from ATI Services viewpoint as it is now 9/15/07 and I have yet to receive a returned call.
