ATI Services did a wonderful job. We live in another state and were not in town during the renovations. We were kept updated by our contractor on a regular basis. The kitchen was enclosed with a pass-through window. They opened up the kitchen and installed all new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, and appliances. They also removed our old tile and installed new tile throughout the condo. It is a whole new place and, as a result, I have been able to raise my rental rates and have many more inquiries for rentals. ATI Services and Jack Z. were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

The high quality work was completed on time and very close to on budget. The added cost was due to the difficulties working with the extremely inefficient St. Petersburg Building Services Division, who kept changing the permit requirements due to different clerks having different interpretations of what was required for the job. The contractor had to go back four different times to pull permits as the requirements kept changing when different clerks with different ideas were on duty, and I ended up paying for the City's ineptitude. The demolition, framing, drywall and tile work were very well done by James and Tyler, a father/son team who have to be the most knowledgeable and creative tile artists in the area. Joe was the electrician, and Walt, from the R.Carr company, was the plumber who very patiently and professionally solved several touchy plumbing issues. I don't recall the name of the glass shower door company, but the model they provided was a work of art. The job was well managed by Ken who kept everything on track with a pleasant, courteous, professional manner. ATI Services is run by Jack Z. who will listen to the customer, offer alternative solutions and provide a fair price estimate and a firm timeline. I have used ATI on several different jobs in the past three years, and see no reason not to use them again in the future.

Could not be happier...Albert,Eddie and Joe were great..arrived everyday on time..first thing said hello and how are you doing...asked if everything looked good and cleaned every night so we could still use rooms.

This is long overdue! That said, those who read it may enjoy the benefit of our having six months' look-back on the project vs having written it in the warm afterglow of the upgrades and improvements. Bottom Line Up Front: Outstanding company, excellent craftsmanship and customer service, top-notch sub contractors, expert advice and overall excellent value. Special thanks to Ed, the project manager, as well as Ryan and James, all of ATi. While all of the subs performed excellent work, we have to say the granite fabricator, Lufriu Marble, was exceptional. Expert templating, perfect fit, excellent eye for selecting the right portions of slabs for each surface such that the most beautiful parts are in the most conspicuous locations. Known subs used: Lufriu Marble, PGT Cabinets, Carr Plumbing, Professional Glazing Services. Other subs used for electrical and bathroom tiling. Though not a sub, Ferguson Plumbing Supply was recommended to us by ATi and provided excellent product and services--clearly not cheap, however. 1. The initial visit and quote: We started out seeking quotes for remodeling of our kitchen. ATi Services was the first of five companies we consulted. In hindsight, we could have saved time and effort and simply hired them. Jack Zolnierowski represented ATi on their visit and immediately began adding value. He listened to our general requirements and guided us toward a solution that ultimately provided the greatest return on investment. By considering our existing, original outfittings and other upgrades we had already done, Jack made several recommendations that ultimately enabled us to do both the kitchen and master bath for a price we might have spent on the kitchen alone. At the end of the day we could not be happier, and I believe the choices we made will provide the best possible return on investment. As with their other reviews, ATi's was not the lowest price--but absolutely represented the best value. 2. The work: All work completed to our full satisfaction, with a stunning outcome. Any/all incidental damage thoroughly corrected without argument--when your home becomes a construction site, there will be minor accidents. The measure of a company lies in how it responds to them. We break the project down as follows: a) Cost: Good. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. All change orders incorporated seamlessly and at a fair price. b) Schedule: Outstanding, but we were not in a hurry. Contract signed in mid-March, 2015. Work began in early June and completed in early August. Delays were caused more often by us than by ATi--we spent considerable time choosing plumbing fixtures, various tiles and other customer-supplied items. ATi also worked around our travel/visitor schedule. Work began in earnest in early June and was completed early August. Time spent without use of our master bedroom was six weeks or so. As we had flexibility in our living arrangement, we saw no need to pressure ATi for quick completion--better to concentrate on a quality outcome. c) Performance: Outstanding. Excellent workmanship, beautiful outcome. There's "Oh, that's nice," and then there's having your breath taken away--real wow factor. ATi delivered the latter. As with any major project, not everything went perfectly smoothly. Conflicts generally arose after miscommunication had occurred (sometimes between us and ATi, sometimes between ATi and subs), but ATi ultimately took responsibility and provided us what we wanted (as opposed to, say, our home builder, who vigorously defended almost every obvious defect and offered excuses first, and corrections only after a struggle). ATi simply corrected the situation, and did right by us in the process. In any project of this size, there will be some issues/problems/disagreements, some serious, most minor. ATi addressed all issues, big and small, to our great satisfaction and with a minimum of hassle. They own their work and stand behind it. d) Intangibles: Outstanding. What ATi delivered was more than what the letter of the contract called for. There were changes we requested mid-stream that warranted a change request and additional charges, but there were other deviations for which they could have pressed for more money but didn't--e.g, building a step in the shower, allowing a slightly more complicated tile pattern, etc. Very accommodating and more than fair. With six months having elapsed since the job was completed, my wife and I continue to say out loud, "I love our kitchen!" or "Our bathroom is gorgeous!" If you are living in the home where you had work done, that is precisely what you want--no buyer's remorse, no regrets, only complete satisfaction. We would absolutely use ATi again.

I would have given an A- rating if it was available; only because of some slips in neatness (paint drips and marks on our wooden floors and stairs) on the part of one of the painters. Most of these areas were cleaned up by my wife and me. Also, some of his work was not as professional as you would expect. However, the project manager, Ken, was very responsive and made sure all areas of concerns were corrected to our satisfaction. Other than that, all of the other workers were very professional, neat and ensured that their work was done as we wanted. Ken, Joe, James and Tyler not only did quality work, they were patient and helpful in answering our questions. We trusted them like family while they were working in our home. I also want to mention that I thought some of the quotes given by Jack for his other sub-contractors were on the high side. We wanted to have our wooden floors resurfaced, lights installed in two bathrooms and countertops prepared for installation of new sinks. In all cases, Jack's quotes were at least double what we are getting those things done for by other craftsmen also listed on Angie's List.

We recently purchased a new house that had a formal living room, which we felt was a total waste of space in Florida. We converted the room into an office by having a wall constructed and installing French doors. We also had laminate wood flooring installed in the office and in the family room. Both rooms previously had carpeting. We talked to four different companies before selecting ATi. ATI's estimate was the highest of the four,but we decided to go with them, because they provided us with a written detailed description (including sketches) of how they would approach the project. This project was a new experience for us and Jack , the owner's approach provided the confidence we needed to move forward on the project. The end product was exactly what we wanted, looks great and it made our initial decision the correct one. Ken, the project supervisor, was instrumental in making sure everything went smoothly. He was readily available either on site or by phone whenever we had a question or an issue arose.Five different people worked on the project, but the stars of the project were James and Tyler. They were there to initially to lay the flooring, for which they did a great job. However, they were also asked to assist with the completion of the wall and again their approach to the task was very professional. If we were to hire ATi for a future project, I would insist that James and Tyler be part of that project. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work of ATi and would highly recommend them.

We purchased tile to install about 500 square ft (dining room and living room areas) with the intention of installing ourselves. After several days and only 1/4 in we decided to call in some professionals. We selected ATI based on their reviews on Angie's list, and we weren't disappointed. Jack Z called back promptly and came to evaluate our space within a few days. After meeting and discussing the project he took measurements and photos, and had a quote prepared the same day. We accepted with the understanding that we would be a few weeks out since Christmas and end of year made this a busy time. We were surprised and excited to get a call the following week that Jack had a potential opening on Monday if we were available to start. Since we had been living in our half-construction zone we were thrilled to have the work expedited and we were even able to get it completed before Christmas! James and Tyler did the installation, and they were great. They were punctual and worked hard every day. They were actually able to save the tiles that we had laid (apparently we didn't so such a good job with thin set coverage - good thing we called some professionals!). This saved us a significant amount in materials cost. They went above and beyond and really took pride in the work. Our new tile floor looks great and we were so pleased to work with Jack and James and Tyler through the process. Thank you ATI for coming to our rescue during this busy holiday season!

Very smoothly. Jack kept me informed during the planning and executing the work. All of the subcontractors were very courteous and thorough. Tylor and James did an awesome job on the floor.

I brought in 3 contractors for quotes; they were all within a reasonable range of each other, but I felt the most comfortable and confident in Jack. I trusted my gut and it paid off. He showed all paperwork up front showing his company is licensed and insured. He was forthright, honest, helpful and trustworthy the whole way through. When I called or emailed him on nights and weekends, he was quick to respond. During the project, I requested a couple modifications to the contract. Jack was extremely accommodating and did not tack on any work order charges. I've not had this scope of service done before, but I feel I really got my moneys worth. His project manager, Ken, shared the same qualities. He was very concerned with quality and ensured I was happy with the end product and at each step during the way. Jack has some very good people working for him. Everyone I met was extremely nice and I was more than comfortable with them working on my home without my being there. Joe, Eddie, Allen, and Trae - Thanks guys! When I'm ready to get my bathrooms done, I'll be using A Ti.

I am happy to say that I contacted ATI and Jack Z. They are very professional, punctual, and courteous. I had a concern with the drwall repair and Ken came and fixed it promptly. I would definitely trust using their services again in the future. They also scheduled the repair within 1 week of my paying the deposit which was great! I was glad to get the project started sooner. Ken and Jack were very helpful in answering my questions about my home. They finished everything in about a day which was a plus.

Ken, Eddie and Allen were all-around excellent. They arrived promptly every day, communicated with us throughout the project, and delivered a quality job. When there were a couple of glitches (re-connecting an uncooperative dryer vent), Allen kept at it until it was done perfectly... in fact, even better than it was originally! Professional attitude, quality workmanship and outstanding customer service... I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them for future jobs.

We contact ATi Services because of work Jack had done in the home of a friend. I was impressed with him from the first time we met him. Jack was very professional and walked us through the process of hiring a contractor. Having no previous experience, we appreciated the time he took to share with us points to consider. The final plan was very detailed and addressed the needs of our remodeling. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the remodel at this time. I would have no problem contacting Jack in the future should we need to have any work done.

Professional from the moment I met Jack, the general contractor. His crew as well were very focused on the job, not smoking cigarettes outside. Ryan and Allen in particular were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would hire Jack and his crew again without and questions. In fact, my friend liked his work so much that he has hired him to install two backsplash projects at his home. Thanks, Jack and thanks to Angie's list!!!

The owner, Jack Z. personally come out to the house to review the work I wanted to have done and discuss the details with me. He then provided a detailed estimate of the work to be done and the time-frame for completion. Although the work was delayed by one week due to issues on another job, once the work was begun, everything went very smoothly and everything was still finished by the originally scheduled completion date. Everyone working on this job was very professional, great to deal with, answered all the questions and concerns I had from time to time and did a great job! They also were nice enough to give me some suggestions from time to time as things came up in the process. Each day the work was begun when expected, if there were any issues or delays, someone always notified me or discussed the details with me. Each day when the work was done and everyone left, the house was tidied up and left neatly. All resulting trash was taken away or put into the proper containers. I want to thank each one of the workers on the job. Joe managed the day to day and always was helpful. Charlie always had a great big smile and did a great job painting and was very friendly to talk to. Allan took his part of the process very seriously and gave me some helpful recommendations through the process. It was great to have Joe to discuss most of my questions and concerns with and was great in helping me make decisions and to determine the best thing to do. All in all I was extremely happy with the process and even happier with the great results! Note: This is the second job I have had done by ATi and Jack's crews. Last year I had ATi install all new cabinets in the kitchen and three bathrooms and install all new granite counter and vanity tops. Again Jack's crew did a terrific job! We had a leak from our second story flat roof into our living room, which caused extensive damage. The roof was also leaking over the lanai. ATI assessed the damage, determined the root cause (leaking flat roof), and put together a detailed proposal. The proposal included removing the deck over the flat roof, repairing the roof, repairing the lanai ceiling and the living room ceiling. Jack was thorough in his assessment and gave detailed feedback with all of our questions. He and his staff were professional, punctual and experts at every stage of the project. The project was delayed due to black mold being found in the living room ceiling. Jack promptly addressed the situation and put us in contact with a remediation specialist. The specialist was also very professional and handled the situation in a timely manner. Throughout the project Jack and his staff were excellent communicators and kept us informed. We would definitely use ATI for future projects.

This is the third time we have used Jack and his crew for a home renovation project . Our house is 40 years old and one night the large overhead light fixture in the main bathroom completely released from the ceiling and crashed to the floor (thankfully our daughter had just come out of the bathroom). We wanted to remove the old, dated wall mirror and install a medicine cabinet with a light bar over the sink. We also wanted to repaint the bathroom vanity and shower area to a softer color. An electrician came in and installed a new box for the light bar and tied it into the existing switch. Allen did a great job of repairing the hole left from the old light fixture, preparing the walls and ceiling, and then he completely painted the bathroom. Ken, the project foreman, kept me up to date on the status of the project and it was completed in just 3 days. The new medicine cabinet, light bar and new paint really modernized the bathroom and we could not be happier with the results. It was another top notch job from a professional crew! I highly recommend ATi Services for any home renovation project you may have.

Working with ATI Services was a pleasure. Jack Z and his team were very punctual, professional, and cleaned the job site daily. I enjoyed working with ATI Services and am in conversations with Jack Z. about remodeling the entire main floor of our house.

This time the need was commercial for the American Red Cross. Our building was inundated with torrential rains in August and had severe roof leaking in 5 major spots. We ended up with water mitigation needs, roof repairs, and a build-out team. This was a corporate insurance claim. We used 3 separate vendors - Jack connected me with the roof repair team who did a spectacular job fixing the roof (while also not getting any additional water in the building!). Jack's team then completed the build-out of the inside. As per usual, ATi went WAYYY above and beyond the necessary task. Jack was early for all appointments he scheduled with me. He negotiated directly with our insurance company on the build-out so I didn't have to deal with it. He also coordinated with the roof repair team to get our build-out completed in record time. He quoted 5-6 full days but put his whole team on the job to get it completed in 3 full days. The building is perfect. They were ever meticulous about matching paint and cleaning dust. The Production Manager, Ken, even came back out today, Monday, to complete a walk-through on the building and make sure we were fully satisfied. We even found a little room with some additional leaking unrelated to the prior damage that Ken and his team offered to repair for free since we still have all the materials available. Jack's team and ATi came through for us again - and with flying colors! They are the best! A special shout-out to Jack himself, which which none of this would be possible. Also thanks to Ken, Trae, Ryan, Alan and Charlie for getting us up and running in no time - which reduced the amount of time our staff were displaced from their offices. Our building is beautiful again which has greatly increased morale. Thank you thank you!

And neither did it go with me. ATI, the way you represented it, is not the kind of company that provides excellent, just and honest work we are used to dealing with and always end up hiring. Keep up this approach with your potential clients, in which much more is unnecessarily added on, and you will require the good luck you wished us for ATI to get contracts. We don't believe in good luck. For us, we use common sense, a sharp radar and skillful interview to get to a knowledgeable company, before hiring it. I wish Angie's list would allow me to give a grade of higher than A as ATI once again provided an outstanding service. My wife and I decided we were going to put our house on the market and called Jack about a month ago for an estimate for carpet and painting. He responded quickly and within a few days we had a quote for services. I let Jack know that our timing was probably Dec 2015 to get the work done and then we would go to market in Jan... And that was our plan, until we met with our realtor who advises us to go to Market sooner since houses are selling at a good pace in our neighborhood. The realtor suggested that we use people she knows for the work. I told her that the only company I would allow to do the work is ATI and her response was - what if they can't get you on the schedule due to the short notice -- my response was simply - if that is the case, we wait to go to market. I immediately contacted Jack the evening of Sept 29, explained the situation and urgency and within a few hours he told me he would have his team there on Thur Oct 1 to start. On Oct 6, the realtor came by to the see the progress and her and associate were amazed that it all got done and looked great. She said at that point - what was the name of that Company again! ATI of course. The entire team made up of Jack, Joe, Charlie, Trae and Ryan and be carpet guys once again came thru for me. For anyone considering hiring ATI - I will tell you the entire group is simply the best. They all take great pride in their craft and enjoy what they do and the company they work for -- they are a real pleasure to be around. They are very professional. When the realtor was leaving she said to me - you and your wife did a great job -- my response was that the only thing I did was hire ATI. One last comment - when the realtors first saw our house - they commented on several features they really liked - French doors, Hardwood in the dining room and living room, paint job on the outside of the house, home office and of course our very cool garage floor ---- everyone of these improvements was done by guess who - ATI.

Best general contractor in all of Hillsborough & Pasco county! The quality of the work was exceptional! Jack, the owner, is easy to work with and very quick to respond. Joe & Charlie did an amazing job working on our home and were extremely professional and punctual! Highly recommend this company!
