Description of Work: I had a plumbing leak in the slab under the bath vanity. Finding the leak is a story in itself - but fixing up the home is what ATI services did. Jack came out right away to make a bid on the work. Unfortunately, it took about 6 weeks for the workers to be free to complete the work, mainly due to the subcontracted floorers. I was able to select my vanity, and received a credit from ATI rather than use their standard taste. The work was done professionally, cleanly, and quickly (once they got started).

Description of Work: Ryan was the tech on site and did a great job! I highly recommended this company.

Description of Work: Demolition of tile in kitchen and carpet in family room. Installed 8" x 36" wood-look porcelain tile throughout. Always very professional. Cleaned up every day - kept everything as neat as possible on a project like this. Punctual and on schedule.

Description of Work: Remodeled part of the bathroom and fixed a leaky shower pan. Work was professional and well executed. Staff were very courteous and responsive to our requests and needs.

Description of Work: I called Jack todiscuss my job. I told him the nature of the job which consisted of two bathrooms and the removal of popcorn from the ceiling. He proceeds to tell methat the cost of the job will be around $30,000 without even seeing the project. During our discussion we were disconnected and he called me back after a couple minutes and asked if that dollar amount would work for me. I told him that the condo is only 1100 ft.² and that $30,000.00 seemed awfully high. He informed me that he was very busy and that he like to prequalify potential customers and even though the bids are free, unless I was willing to pay that amount he wouldn't waste the time to look at my job.

Description of Work: Jack met us at the property on time and gave us his assessment of what needed to be accomplished. He was very frank with us, which we appreciated. We received his email today indicating he will not be bidding on the work needed to be done. He was a very fair person and we understand his reluctance to bid on the work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: ATi installed our new back splash, painted our kitchen, and made some changes to a built-in bookshelf in our living room. Everything went great from the very beginning. Jack came to look at the job and provide an estimate. I had some questions and he made some welcome suggestions. Once we committed to having ATi do the job, Ed came to see exactly what needed to be done. He also checked in on the work being done several times once the job started. Ryan and Ward did a great job doing the actual work, making as little mess as possible and cleaning up each evening. Everyone was easy to work with, very professional and extremely prompt. We are very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use ATi again.

Description of Work: While I did not use their services, they were quick in response for setting up an estimate and provided that estimate in a timely fashion and in detail. Would consider them again for future projects.

Description of Work: Jack and his team did a great job for us again! We have utilized ATI in the past multiple times and each time they deliver on what was promised and then some. I was really impressed when Jack made the decision to have his team spend extra time to fully prime the house before the main coat. This step only became apparent once the job started and the painters got a good look at the condition of their "canvas ". There was not an additional charge that most others would have tried to pass on. As always, every ATI team member is always on time, respectful, clean up and genuine - they strive to do a great job everyday. Jack again did a outstanding job in buying process.....he functions more like a consultant than someone just looking to sell work. I have on more than one occasion have had Jack talk me out of a project .... Most other companies would have happily taken the order - but not Jack Z - he always does what is in the best interest of the customer and treated me from day one as a longtime customer - which I have become. I have developed a great deal of trust and confidence in ATI and do not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants a great job done! I look forward to our next project with ATI.

Description of Work: They repaired drywall, installed crown molding, did interior painting, and other misc small jobs.

Description of Work: Coordinated a roofing job for us. There were different spots on the roof they fixed.

Description of Work: Installed laminate flooring & molding. Was put in by an inexperienced installer took just over a year to have it ripped up and replaced completely through much arbitration. When new crew arrived to reinstall they were very late, argumentative and disrespectful. They did not complete the job professionally, the trim mouldings which were suppose to be replaced became an issue and they wanted me to pay for them again, and the floor transition pieces were glued down with a permanent type glue which has hardened and dribbled all over my new floor they were to be screwed in with matching screws.

Description of Work: THEIR CONTRACT WAS NON-SPECIFIC. WE WEREN'T ABLE TO NEGOTIATE BASIC FEATURES OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AS THEY WITHDREW BEFORE A CONTRACT WAS AGREED ON.
