They were excellent. They were here on time, until the job was completed. They even returned for correction that needed to be made. They also repaired my skylight wells and did some drywall repair in the garage.

This company is very thorough and professional. The team that worked on the project was prompt, polite and were superb workers. They kept me informed on every step of the project. The whole remodeling started and completed exactly when they said. The owner of the company came by to check on the progress and quality of the work every day. The room looks brand new and my husband and are thrilled with how the whole remodeling adventure went!

Jack and the craftsman with ATI are true professionals at their jobs. Jack provided a clear and concise estimate of work. The ATI staff did an amazing job of installing the hardwood flooing, with exceptional attention to detail. Every evening the staff cleaned up the work area, which meant we didn't have to climb over tools to get around the house. There is hope for those of us that are "Do It Yourself" challenged, and I have found the company that will handle my future upgrade needs.

The ATi crew did a fantastic job! The guys were great! I started out just wanting a few things done - and well, one thing led to another. When my husband saw the beautiful tile work in our laundry room, he called Jack to see if and when they could do his workshop - and the garage steps! The ceiling of our patio was in fairly bad shape - now it looks like brand new. We still have a few things (that TV cabinet, Jack) we'd like to have them do but those have to wait. I absolutely, positively recommend ATI Services for probably ANY JOB on anyone's list. (If anyone would like my phone # I'll be happy provide). I cannot imagine a project of any nature that the men of ATI couldn't accomplish. Fast, efficient, clean, polite, and on time, always.

I appreciated Jack's professionalism and honesty. I liked the fact that his workers are expected to meet the same high standard of workmanship. The carpentry work and painting completed in my 2 car garage was accomplished efficiently and according to specifications. Steve and Darren were friendly and polite. They kept me updated on the progress and of the work; when they were leaving for lunch, when they would return the next day, and the length of time it would take to complete the job. I plan to call on ATI services again in the future.

Mr. Zolnierowski is an exacting contractor. He provided adequate information for us to make an informed choice about a door that matched our interests in style, durability, and functional utility. He arranged for the ordering of materials and an expert crew that appeared on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. The craftsmanship in installation, trimming, and painting were excellent. All waste materials were carted off. Mr. Zolnierowski supervised the entire process and interviewed us at the end of the installation to assure it met our satisfaction.

Work began when scheduled. The workers were always on time, friendly and easy to work with. They made suggestions along the way and in some cases went beyond the scope of the original work to ensure that the finished product was as good as it could be. Job was finished on time and remained true to the original estimate. I would recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

The job went great. Jack returned my message right away and it was my first call! He was very thorough and informative. His workers were well prepared and always on time. Jack constantly kept in contact with his workers and myself not only by phone, but mostly in person (This is very different than my past experiences with other contractors!). The work was done even better than I had expected. The wall finish looks terrific! Two other contractors had already tried to repair the same wall unsuccessfully, even making it worse.

They did not get the job because their prices were higher than some others. We needed the work done quickly and their time frame did not work for us.

Jack Zolnierowski, the general contractor, provided us with a detailed estimate of the work which matched the final cost for all services performed. He always notified us of any changes to the work, which were required before commencing, and notified us of any changes in the project cost that would be expected. The start of work was on time and many questions regarding the project were answered by email prior to commencement. Eddie was the lead worker on our project and always arrived on time and was careful to minimize any disruption to our family at home. The service was outstanding, the project looks great and we will be sure to have ATI services back for future renovation projects.

Excellent work! Jack was a pleasure to work with, kept me informed of all work daily. Wes and Eddy, are very polite, efficient, prompt and clean. Answered any questions I had and returned phone calls immediately. The job was finished in a timely fashion. My bathrooms look beautiful and I highly recommend ATI Services!!

ATI's quoted pricing was on par with everyone else's bid, and yet Jack's demonstration of understanding our situation, the scenario, and the desired effect edged them to the top of the list. After the sale, their crews showed up when they said they would (prompt), were courteous and professional while here (mindful), and cleaned daily as the space included four children living there (considerate). Their work after completion was exemplary, and something you would show all visitors. I would recommend them to another interested homeowner, and plan to utilize their talents for as long as the above, previously demonstrated, remains true.

Jack and Eddie came out and they were very personable and professional. I was initially very impressed. Now, I'm very disappointed. I emailed Jack the next day to thank him for coming out and asked him to do my quote a couple of different ways. He replied back that I would need some other work done first since they didn't do duct work. I then just asked to have the quote done the way we discussed. I've emailed and tried to follow up twice now and I've never received a response. They made a great initial impression but obviously can't follow through on the job.

From the first time I met Jack, the owner of the company, I was impressed. He came to give me an estimate and to offer suggestions. He was on time, courteous, and professional. When the work started I was a bit nervous as I have heard horror stories about remodeling. However, once Jay and Gene arrived, they were on time, courteous, and very professional. (And of the utmost importance, they were very good about keeping the work area and the rest of the house clean.) Once their work was done, in came Eddie and Wes, same experience, on time, courteous, and professional. (Also kept the work areas and house clean.) Jack kept in touch daily (either via phone or personal visit) to make sure I was satisfied and that the work was going as planned. I will most definitely use the Company again when the need arises. To Leslie, Jack, Jay, Gene, Eddie, and Wes, thank you for a wonderful experience. You guys are truly a first class operation and I look forward to working with you all again.

Outstanding at every level! There was good communication throughout the whole process and they always showed up on time. The workmen, Steve and Darren, were very skilled and extremely professional and polite. We are very pleased with the final result. Every detail was attended to. He was timely in all of his contacts and commitments, provided clear and expert recommendations, arranged for the ordering of materials and installation, and followed up with the project to assure I was satisfied with the results. At all times, he was personable. He clearly understands both the technical aspects of projects such as this and personifies outstanding customer service. He also saved me money by searching for the most cost-efficient, quality products.

From the first day Jack came over for the estimate, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He gave us some ideas that we hadn't thought of, i.e. since we're taking off the baseboards, why not put a transition strip where the tile is to finish it off. He emails the estimate the same day and if there is anything that we wanted different, he gets the new estimate over just as quickly. When he scheduled the job, he said he would be there with his crew at 8 am. Well, he wasn't... they were there at 7:50!! Very polite workers and they got the job done in less time than what was originally estimated for! I have more work that needs to be done and ATI will be the company of choice. Thanks, Jack.

I was very happy with the work. They did a beautiful job. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Any time I called, they returned my calls promptly and did what I asked. I would hire them again. Approximate cost is labor only.

ATI's completed work looked great! The craftsmen were very polite and punctional. Had some creative ideas to make things look even nicer than I had anticipated. The best part of all, tho, was that Jack the general manager was a ''Dependable Contractor'' He always promptly returned my calls and arrived on time for meetings. I strongly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the honesty and professionalism of this company from the initial contact to the final bill. Response was prompt, workers were polite and on time, and the finished project is beautiful. Even though the final bill was higher than estimated due to hidden termite damage, they kept me informed about the problems they uncovered, explained how the damage would be repaired and worked with me to reduce costs and avoid unnecessary repairs. I would recommend them for any job -- dealing with a contractor of any kind has never been this easy.

This was an excellent experience. All the workmen were on time, very polite, neat and tidy. They even thought about things like what doors were open where so that none of my 4 pets got out. I'm a single woman living alone and never once was I uncomfortable having any of the men in my home. The job was finished a day ahead of schedule actually, and when there were a few minor details I wanted attended to, ATI Services came right over. There was no waiting or phoning multiple times. The work was reasonably priced and well worth every penny. I will definitely be using them again.
