We are extremely pleased with not only the work that ATI performed but also the attitude and consideration all the staff gave us. Jack's recommendations were practical yet aesthetic and kept us within our budget. Eddy's work on our ceiling was extraordinary; he truly created a work of art from a small picture we gave him for inspiration. There were some snags along the way, as all home improvement projects have, but the true value in choosing ATI is that any snag was quickly rectified to our complete satisfaction. Communication with Jack and his staff is perhaps one of the best qualities of ATI, we always knew what to expect and exactly where our project stood. We look forward to working the ATI in the future. We would recommend them without reservation.

They did a good job. The workers were very prompt and courteous. The hardwood took a little longer to come in, but it was not fault of theirs.

This is my second experience with this company. They are ALWAYS on time, polite, clean and get the job done. If you don't use this company, you will be disappointed!!

Jack Z, the owner, showed up on-time, fully prepared with references and copies of his licenses and insurances. Within 7 days, Jack provided a complete estimate with every detail of the scope of work and the cost and payment schedule. He does use sub-contractors for plumbing and electrical, but everyone who worked on this job worked to a standard that I have never experienced, within the construction or service people. These guys (Spencer, Eddie, Steve, Darrin, and the whole bunch) treated my house like it was their own. Every detail was not only completed, but professionally finished. What you get with Jack is not only a contractor, but a designer s eye. He knows what s current and what works, whether it s tile, colors, fixtures or any kind of feature. That s the added value in ATi. What s more, Jack gave me continuous ideas of how to save money and constantly communicated during this 10 week project. He finished the project 1 week early and exactly at the cost originally quoted!

When I first talked to Jack Z, at ATI Services, I knew he was the contractor I wanted to do my kitchen remodel. Jack and his team in my opinion, are the Publix of the remodel world. All his crew are caring, hard working people. They treat your home, as if it were their own. Their work ethic is impeccable. If there were any concerns, Jack was easy to get hold of either by e-mail or phone. From the start Jack will tell you to do your homework, check references and keep the line of communication open. From the picking of the tile, granite, cabinets, to appliances the people Jack associates himself with made the job very smooth. In addition, Jack and his craftsmen were always on time or early to start work. They kept their work areas neat and clean. Jack and his crew offer quality workmanship, innovative ideas, and expert installation. Thank you Jack and all the people associated with ATI Services for making our dream kitchen a reality. I look forward to using you again in the near future.

Jack Z was prompt in getting back with me and all throughout the project, which included painting as well as carpeting, he was available to speak or email with. Jack is professional but very "down home" and easy to communicate with. The carpet team, Jeff and his brother, arrived on time. They did a great job of removing very heavy furniture out of the room. The carpet was removed and stored in the garage until the next morning when Jeff removed it. I was impressed that he separated the carpet from the padding as he said they would recycle the padding but not the carpet. I consider this very environmentally conscious and thank Jeff for that! They laid the carpet perfectly and vacuumed afterwards. They then moved the furniture back into the room. They did a great job!

Steve, Darrin, and Rick were very polite, professional, and neat. They did an excellent job of painting and also did some minor drywall repairs. Jack's wife Leslie came to inspect the project and to inquire if everything was satisfactory with me. I'm planning to repaint several other areas of the home in the near future and will definitely contact Jack and ATI Services of Tampa Bay. Good job ATI and keep up the great customer service!

Jack and his crew were a joy to deal with and Eddie, his tile installer, creates true art work when he designs the tile installation. Spencer and all the other men who worked on the job arrived promptly, protected the surrounding area as much as possible from the dust created during the demolition, cleaned up after they were finished for the day everyday and were polite and responsive to any requests or questions we had. Jack replied promptly to any questions or additional requests we had during the course of the work and for the most part met the timeline we had agreed upon. We would definitely use this company again and can give them an A+ for their professionalism. The overall cost of the project was a little more than the initial quote due to upgrades made during the creation of our gorgeous new bathroom.

Within 24-hours of starting work, ATI gained the faith of my entire family. Work began with applying work area protections to ensure that debris did not enter dwelling spaces. ATI is very attuned to keeping work spaces clean and clear during all phases of "wreck out" and construction. Attention to detail was paramount during all construction efforts as was delivery of information about project progress. ATI has managed to staff their organization with the most personable craftsmen and artisans of the respective construction trades. The guys treated my home as if it were their personal residence... with care, concern for noise and disturbance, as well as, thorough attention to project time lines. They identified logical stop points each day, so as to minimize any inconvenience to the tempo of our family life. Work performed was amazingly attractive and of superior quality. Jack Z. and the good folks at ATI will do all of my home construction/remodeling work in the future.

This company is amazing. They are highly-skilled at what they do. They are problem solvers. When something goes wrong - and it always does with any major project - they don't just throw the problem in your lap, they present the problem and a couple of solutions to choose from. They also showed incredible attention to detail. More often than not they noticed things I wouldn't have. When the floors were finished they showed me some marks in the finish and told me it wasn't up to their standards. They insisted on putting another coat on the whole floor, at their expense. Their price is not likely to be the lowest quote you get - though it won't be the highest either. But once they're in the house, you'll realize you're getting excellent value because they go the extra mile without complaint. They stuck to their estimate, regardless of the obstacles the job presented. And if you have to have someone in your house with you for six weeks, well, they are nice people to have around.

The painters were prompt and neat. They corrected a painting error without hesitation (wrong color was used during touch up work). My major problem with this company is the estimate was given based on using only one coat of primer and one of regular paint to cover a raw wood surface. This was not clearly stated in the estimate. All estimates given by other companies had been based on two coats of paint over the primer thus I assumed ATI's estimate was based on the same number of coats as this was the standard. I was mistaken. After much discussion Jack agreed to paint a second coat without charging me extra for the time to put it on (I had already purchased the paint for the entire job) and for a return trip to replace the hardware that had been removed. To summarize, work product was adequate, however be aware of how the estimate is determined. Also, I was already familiar with the paint because my builder had used it. One coat on bare wood? Ridiculous.

Exceptional from A to Z. Jack is the very knowledgeable and friendly owner. From the moment you talk to him, you'll know he takes his company's reputation seriously. He came out the same day and emailed an estimate. Due to his confidence, we hired his company. We met him at a lumber yard and chose our moldings. Two men came out to install the moldings. They painted the moldings prior to installation. They made sure our floors were protected. Some of our walls were uneven and they made sure the molding fit perfectly. The men who installed the molding were a pleasure to work with. All nail holes were properly filled, caulking was applied so there was no gaps between the wall and the molding and then a second coat of paint was applied. Attention was paid to every detail. The end result is molding that looks like it came with the house! Just beautiful! I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

The final product is great. The ATI team is very professional to work with. They strive to provide a good quality product. They are very prompt and had excellent recommendations when changes were needed in the remodeling plan. I hope to have them return and update a bathroom.

I was impressed with Jack from our initial phone conversation. I had already lined up a contractor to provide an estimate, but wished I hadn't after speaking with Jack! I was ready to go with ATI from the get-go. Jack was on time (early even) on the day of our estimate. What astounded us, though, was that Jack was actually sacrificing his valuable time (on a Saturday morning no less) to meet with us, as he told us up front ATI wouldn't be the best choice for us because of the distance from Tampa to Seminole. He was very up-front about the extra expense we would incur just from his workers' transportation expenses. He stayed and talked to us for about 2 hours anyway. He gave us great ideas and a ballpark cost for what we wanted to do. He gave us guidance as to what to look for when hiring a contractor. His help was invaluable, and very much appreciated!!! My only disappointment is that ATI is not in Pinellas County!

We would highly recommend Ati services to anyone looking to remodel any part of their home. Jack and Leslie, the owners of Ati, are beautiful people. They are honest, trustworthy and responsible. We are happy to have worked with them.

It's been almost a week and I have not received a call back.

Jack was on vacation when I originally contacted him via e-mail, I got a automated return message telling me when he would be returning and I received a phone call from him on day he got back. I was impressed with his forethought in setting up the automated message and even more impressed when he returned my call on his first day back. We set up a meeting for a few days later, Jack came out at the agreed time, spent time with me going over our needs and even gave me some ideas to consider for other projects we have underway.I received his estimate the next day, it was a competitive quote and was very clearly written, so I knew exactly what was covered and what was not. We agreed a date for the installation, Jack's team arrived on time and completed the work in a day. My wife was present while the team worked on the project, she said they were very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to have work on the house. Jack has a great company and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Everything was great with Jack and his workmen. Jack's first visit and ongoing communication about the projects ensured I was very informed about the nature of the work done, the costs, and the expected outcome. Although I did not ask him to do so, he definitely looked for ways to save me money. The gentlemen who performed the jobs were always on time, courteous, and friendly. The work done was exceptional and I am very pleased.

ATI's Jack Zolnierowski gets all As. The crew was in all aspects applicable above reproach. He was professional, fair, accommodating, and he delivered what he promised. Under his direction Jack's team, from tear down to clean up, performed in a timely, workmanlike, and courteous manner. ATI and Jack at all points were great to do business with, and we will not hesitate to engage them further.

The gentleman that came to look at our masterbath to give us the estimate spent a lot of time trying to explain all the details that went into what we were requesting be done, something that we were already well aware of. We also were aware that it would be a costly project and did not expect an estimate of $6000.00 as he mentioned at one point in our conversation. The only thing in our request that was radically different than what we already have was the enlargement of our shower. The rest of the project was updating and replacing the builders grade materials used when the house was originally built in 1994. In short we wanted to upgrade everything. After being at our house for two hours and telling me stories about previous jobs and his work policy for his employees, we received an email stating he was going to pass on our project because he stated he ''could not give you the finished project you are looking for and in the end I want you to be happy.''

From start to finish this project was full of surprises both good and bad and ATI Services dealt with them all and me very well. Even the start of this project was a surprise, though I was already on ATI's schedule for a winter exterior renovation, the city cited me for having a patch of peeling paint so Jack Z. sent the painters out several months ahead of time just to spray the house with primer. Then since we'd already gotten started as his schedule allowed them sent Gene and Gregg and others out to do things like remove bad windows, and start replacing bad sections of siding. When the scheduled start time for the project arrived along with rain we were already ahead of schedule so the project even with surprise problems and the additions of project like tiling the exterior porch were added it ended close to the projected date and close to the estimate. My house now looks so beautiful I'm hoping to win an Neighborhood Beautification Award. ATI Services gets my highest praise.

Overall, the people from ATI Services were professional and punctual. The workmanship was superb and we are very satisfied with the final product.

What can I say? Our experience with ATI has been great! We had been preparing for this remodel for a few years and were nervous about selecting a contractor...we had interviewed several. Jack Z. was an excellent communicator and his crew was always on-site when expected. The work performed was outstanding and we are delighted with the results. Not only would we use this company again, we have already recommended ATI to our friends.

Jack was timely and professional. We were impressed with his honest approach. He was the 1st company we spoke with. After talking to 2 others, we asked him back a second time and shared some of the other ideas from other contractors. He decided not to quote on the project. We were disappointed, but would consider asking him to bid on other projects at a later date.
