The floor looks amazing. Like a new house. I have been very pleased with the walk in shower. They came on a Monday and were done with the floors on a Thursday. The week they came it was raining everyday. They managed to cut and measure even though it was hard in that weather.

ATI made this renovation seem easy. Jack, Jason and the rest of their team were very professional, on time and very conscientious and courteous throughout the entire project. Their workmanship is top notch in everything they performed in our bathroom including tiling, painting, drywalling, texturizing and installation of all fixtures. We will definitely use ATI for our next renovation project and highly recommend them.

Ryan and Joe did a fantastic job in essentially rebuilding my bathroom with new fixtures, tile, grab bars, and painting. The owner Jack Z. was prompt on the first visit to overview the project, provided me with a bid within 24 hours, and after selected as the contractor, kept me informed of the progress. Ryan and Joe kept their work areas very neat and tidy and were very professional to work with. They finished the job within the promised time frame and the quality of work was superior. I appreciated their professionalism and was comfortable having them work in my home. I will use them again for my next remodel project.

I live out of state and purchased a condo in Dunedin that needed a total remodel. I started researching Angie's List contractors and called several. Jack Z gave me a comfort level immediately on the phone because he gave opinions, pushed back when necessary, and asked the right questions. He then went to visit the condo to look at the job (it had a lockbox on it), and we had lengthy discussions about what needed to be done. He really put in the time and detail necessary and was patient and open minded. I hired ATI to do the complete job, including permits, without ever meeting Jack or visiting the project location with him. Proceeding sight-unseen and doing everything via email and phone, picking out items on the web and having them shipped, I was really nervous about the entire thing. The communication throughout was absolutely fantastic. Jack is responsive and very collaborative. I took many suggestions, and held firm on things I wanted, and the outcome couldn't have been better. They began the job mid-June and finished August 10th. I arrived on the 11th to see the completed remodel for the first time, and could not have been more pleased! It's absolutely beautiful. The entire team, Jason, Dave, Joe and Ryan, took a lot of pride in their work, and it was evident in every detail. They were actively involved in suggestions as well, and I'm grateful to them for the value they placed on this job. Jack and his team picked up deliveries for me, made purchases for me, went to stores and took pictures of things to send me, all to make sure we had the best possible outcome. I am not a novice when it comes to hiring professionals and contractors, and I can say that the planning and execution of this entire project was extremely organized and smooth. While I was there to see the finished job, one of my neighbors commented on how punctual the crew was and how hard they worked straight through to the end. Thanks guys for an awesome job! I would not hesitate to recommend, refer or rehire ATI. They are an example of what working with a contractor should be like. I will update the review with photos in a few weeks when I go back down to FL.

I found ATi Services of Tampa, Inc. on Angie’s List. I read through many of the reviews, visited their ATi home page, and also checked out BBB. I scheduled an appointment with Jack Z. and he came out for an evaluation and a chat. I had big plans to blow out walls, lift the ceiling, etc etc (big dreams). He looked at me, evaluated the situation, and brought me down to reality really quick. I appreciated his honesty, in keeping with my budget, whereas any other contractor could have told me, “Sure, we’ll get that done for you…” knowing it was out of reach or didn’t make practical sense. He still considered by thoughts and concerns and came up with a plan of attack (my kitchen needed to be attacked badly as it was the original 1970s kitchen). He took the time to discuss with me the plan, provided me with all the documentation about his company, and asked that I trust in him. And I did. Soon, he drew up the contract, provided computer renderings of the kitchen, let me review it many times, making necessary revisions. He provided me with a list of his vendors, who I have to say, were all wonderful – from flooring, tile, cabinets, granite – they were all a pleasure to work with and provided so much insight and advice. I purchased, selected, ordered all the needed items and had everything waiting and ready to go (except for the backsplash grout – I forgot that!) On Monday July 10th, Jack visited my home to walk through the plan with Joe and Dave. I spent the day with Joe and Dave as they carefully and very much organized the demo of my kitchen and laundry area. They respected my home and kept things as clean as they could. After just day 2, when Joe installed my new laundry room doors (just the doors, mind you), I arrived home and practically started crying as they were the most beautiful doors!! And after weeks of continued work, Joe’s master craftsmanship was truly displayed. From painting to trim to flooring (along with Ryan) to carpentry, Joe was wonderful. He updated me when needed and advised when I didn’t know which way to go. My cabinets were ready for install the following week and the cabinet “man” (Mike) did a beautiful job. Granite arrived the next week, and installed during week four. During the final week, Ryan came in and beautifully laid the backsplash tile, finished painting and touch-ups. He installed some additional features for me, and again, met with me to discuss final choices for grout. He too was respectful of my home (they kept my place as clean as they could!) After only 15 actual working days, over 4 weeks, I was presented with the most beautifully stunning kitchen. Jack’s ideas came to life (lighting was phenomenal), and he was still respectful of my desires, remained within my budget, and proved to be a great owner of his business. Jack has a great team (I forgot Leslie from permitting) and I look forward to working with them again on a bathroom reno in the future. For 4 weeks this team became a part of my family and they have changed our lives forever. I will forever be grateful to Jack, Joe, Dave, Ryan, and Mike for making my kitchen/home beautiful again.

The contractor, Jack "Z", was punctual, knowledgable, and the consummate professional. He was careful to explain the plans, issues and expectations on a daily basis. Ryan and Joe did superb work on the project. Each day the work site was cleaned and they showed total consideration while working in our home.

This is the second time I’ve used ATI. Ryan and Joe did the work. They are meticulous, responsive and helpful, and the work was completed on time. I love the results!

Ryan and David worked on my project. These guys are great. They're thorough, courteous, accommodating and neat - in addition to being expert craftsmen. They'll treat your house like it's their own house and will pay attention to even the smallest details. Plus, when you have questions/concerns, they and Jack, the owner, ALWAYS promptly call or text you back! Initially, I warned Jack that I'm pretty fussy (which I am). Even so, they got the work done early and without exceeding the estimate. I'll definitely contact them for future projects. Give them a try - you'll love them!

Amazing service, as always! We first met Jack in June 2016 when we had a leak in a guest room closet. The quality of work and customer service was way beyond what we ever expected. Based off of such a short positive experience with ATI we hired Jack and his crew to do our kitchen renovation without ever even seeing pictures of a kitchen they had done before. Jason and David - You are awesome!! Thank you for all of your hard work, and attention to detail throughout this entire process. I never once felt that I had to be home from work with the two of you taking care of the project. Jack - Our kitchen is better than we could have imagined and we could not have done it without you! Thank you for answering every call, text, and email, and putting up with all of my change orders! Looking forward to working with you and your team on future projects!

Extremely good crew. Jack (the owner) and Jason (the tile installer) could not have been more punctual/responsive/professional. Whenever we had a concern or question, we got immediate response through either phone calls or texts. Good communication throughout the project. Jason was an extremely good tile-setter. I work in home-building and have seen some really shoddy work, but Jason's work was quite good. We can't give them credit for the design, as we did that ourselves, but they brought the vision together very well, and immediately understood the intent. Overall, very impressed, and would consider hiring them again for future projects.

Joe arrived every morning when he said he would with all of the necessary tools to get the job done. The difference in our bathroom is like night and day. Joe did a beautiful job. He was very friendly without spending more time visiting than working. Both Joe and Dave (?) put in a full days work each day of our 3 day project. We would definitely hire them again. They did a great job.

Jack Z and his guys-Jason, David, Ryan and Joe came to our rescue. I had been frustrated with other contractors not being responsive after contacting them and trying to get estimates. We really hoped to get our projects done before we moved into our new-to-us home. Jack Z was able to get an estimate back to us quickly and then start our project right after we closed on our home. Jack helped us find great people to help get our flooring and everything we needed for the bathroom and pantry. Jason did great work as he crafted our beautiful walk-in pantry. We were very particular about what we wanted and Jason was able to make adjustments every time we wanted something changed. We really appreciated the way the guys treated our home remodel like it was there own: The job site was always clean. While almost everything was done beautifully right away, they fixed both of the things we noticed that weren't up to our standards. The laminate flooring looks beautiful in all 3 bedrooms. We noticed a board that wasn't looking quite flat. When we pointed it out to Jason, he fixed it without any trouble. When I noticed some of the grout was not right in a few places between the tiles in the remodeled bathroom, Jack apologized and sent his guys back over and they made everything look great. I already have recommended ATI to co-workers and friends. I'll call them again when we have our next remodeling project.

It went just as ATI Services said it would. They were upfront and didn't paint a rosy picture. They said six to eight weeks and it was right at that. When they said they'd be there, they were there. And when they said they wouldn't be there, there were no surprise visits. All the workers were SUPER trustworthy. There was no feeling of trepidation leaving them in my house. I worked, ran errands, etc. (letting them know when I would be in/out) and they just plodded along and did their job.

This is my Fourth project with ATi Services of Tampa. Jack Z and his crew, Jason and David, did an outstanding job, transforming my builder grade bathroom into a Luxurious Master Bathroom. I had some very particular design requirements that I saw on line and showed them to Jack. Some of which we could not do because of the size of my bathroom but he captured the tile work to a tee. He also suggested a few items I hadn't thought about and the final result was excellent! Jack has a great eye for color and design and that has been a bonus for me since day one of us working together. As always, the staff was on time every day, polite and kept the place as clean as possible while construction was going on. His prices are always fair, though never the cheapest. From my experience, ATi is worth a little extra due to their attention to detail and their great customer service. My town home is now one of the nicest in my neighborhood and I love to have people over to show off newly remodeled home.

Jack sent Ryan (awesome employee, terrific work ethic) over the VERY NEXT DAY, and Ryan spent a good part of the day removing old/wet drywall, cleaning and sealing the inside space, replacing new drywall, texturing and painting, and sealing an outside small wall crack that was taking in lawn sprinkler over-spray! By the end of the day the wall looked better than new, and we submitted pictures of the process and the finished product, and the buyers and their agent were amazed! ATI Services SAVED THE DEAL!

I was looking for a handyman that was licensed and bonded, had a good BBB rating, and solid Angie’s List reviews. ATi Services seemed to fit the bill, so I sent a note detailing my repair and improvement needs. Jack was highly professional, extremely responsive, and conscientious. He responded to my initial query the next day, and after talking with him a bit on the phone, I didn’t hesitate to hire him. My instincts were spot-on. I had about 10 smaller repairs on my list and about 7 larger improvements/repairs that I wanted Jack to assess. His goal is to personalize his recommendations based on the homeowner’s situation (i.e., improvements needed to sell, rent, or live long-term). He is definitely not out just to make a buck from his clients. In fact, of the 7 larger improvements/repairs he assessed for me, only one did he recommend that he do. (For two of them, he referred me to other reputable companies that specialize in the work, such as windows, HVAC, etc., rather than him simply charging me to be the middle-man.) The other 4 things he said were either not needed at all or he wouldn’t recommend investing my money given my plan to rent and then sell in the next year. Aside from that, he arranged for Ryan to handle my list of smaller repairs. Ryan was prompt and extremely polite. When he uncovered other small issues after fixing items on my punch list, he proactively addressed those issues too. He was there about 5 hours and was very thorough. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how this first experience with ATi went. I will definitely be using them as my go-to handyman/improvement company hereafter.
