Jack was very good at communicating and being on time. Eddie was the greatest! Eddie was on time, early in the morning each day overseeing the work. We were very comfortable giving Eddie the keys to our house and having him there while we were at work. Eddie did a great job with the tumbled marble tile backsplash and the molding work under the countertops. The hidden brackets were very nicely detailed with small strips of molding. For Eddie's crew, they always covered the floors and cleaned up each day. The countertops were fabricated and installed by a subcontractor and though OK in the end, they did not cover floors and the floors were sticky after their install (Eddie cleaned up). The measurements were slightly off at the slide in range, but were still able to get the range in and can't tell too much of the 1/4" offset. The caulk job between a post and the granite was not great, but again, Eddie fixed it up.

Jack was very professional when providing the estimates and often had good suggestions to help save money. The bids for the doors and the painting were not the lowest nor the highest. The quality or work and the crew are outstanding. They show up when they say they will and finish the job on time. Jack stands behind the work and will come back if the work is not satisfactory. We lived and worked in the house while the jobs were being done, and the crew went out of their way to make sure we were not very inconvenienced and they cleaned up every day. I would recommend ATI without hesitation.

Better than anticipated. Crew was great; punctual each and everyday, pleasant, courteous. Kept work areas clean. Protected traffic areas (walls and floors). Completed the job in a timely fashion as estimated. Excellent quality workmanship.

They were punctual, neat and clean. The work was done well when the job was completed and they cleaned up well. They were fun to have in my home.

Jack Z, the General Manager immediately returned my call and showed up for the first meeting on time as scheduled. Jack does exactly as he says and if he's ever late due to traffic, he calls en route. Jack Z is very forthright about his company's capabilities. We were closing on the 1925 home with a moving closing date and needed a lot of work on the house before we could move in. His house tour resulted in a list of what services he could provide and what services he could not provide. His prices were fair and he made it clear that our target completion date/move in date would be subject to his team's availability. Our closing was delayed, causing a delay in scheduling the ATI team. Jack voiced concern about meeting our desired completion date as a result of the complexity of the work. He pushed his team to meet our target (Christmas) in about 6 weeks (!) with uncompromising quality and a team of exceptional and polite professionals.

Choosing a contractor - I had 2 other estimates for job. Chose ATI because of Angie's List # of positive reports and the responsiveness of Jack Z. Other 2 estimates were less expensive but would have required more day to day decision making on my part (difficult as I live out of state), and a communication barrier in one case.Jack with ATI was comfortable with making decisions within agreed upon budget and the vision I had for a tasteful yet durable bathroom. He went beyond the call of duty to pick up fixtures and mirror. Contract was signed early Dec but work began early Jan. OK because of holidays. The work took as long as expected (2+ weeks) with some periods of no activity awaiting the next tradesman. Different tradesmen cleaned up after themselves daily. According to my brother, the tile man was especially helpful when he came out at the end of the job to fix some minor problems noted after last workman had left.

The workers arrived on time and ready to work. Accessed the job, went out to purchase required items to do the job. Drywall and Ladder installed by the end of the first day. Because of the weather (cold and humidity) and loss of one worker (required at another job), Texturing and painting took two days. Time was no problem. All work was done in a very professional manner and we were VERY satisfied with the quality of the work done. The workers were very polite and quiet, you hardly knew they were there. What sold us on ATI Services of Tampa, besides the price, was the professional presentation of the company, the services they offer, and their guarantee of quality and dependability.

We needed the front doors of our new home replaced. We had been unsuccessful finding quality craftsman to do the work. After searching the vendors on Angie s List, we called ATi. With one call, Jack Z. came out, laid out the overall project and the schedule, got us pricing and we were off. The materials arrived and the crew got busy with the install process. Each was very professional and did everything authorized to meet our expectations. We are very pleased with the final results. The door looks fantastic and adds to the overall look we want our home to have. We look forward to our next project working with ATi.

The home we just remodeled is our first home and it needed a lot of work. Jack walked us through the process step by step. He had ideas for our home that we did not even think of, but have made such a difference. Jack and Eddie went to the store with us to pick out the tile and laminite floors which made the process so easy. Eddie and his crew were always on time each day.The tile work that Eddie and Wes did was awesome. Any little touch ups I wanted, were done the same day. The job was scheduled to take 2 weeks but it was completed in a week and a half. I used to be embarrassed to have people over to my house, now I love it. I looks like a completely new home.

ATI was a positive experience from the beginning. They analyzed and identified the source of the problem and proposed appropriate solutions for the ceiling repairs. They were pleasant and extremely fast with their proposal and managed to fit me into their schedule quickly. Representatives were exactly on time every day of the work, were helpful, respectful and pleasant. I believe I received full value and more for the price I paid. Clearly these people have their act together. I would not hesitate to recommend their service in light of their professionalism, class and value.

Great! I mean they really did a great job. The bathroom looks awesome and the texturing and paint job looks great as well as the tile in the front area of the house. It looks like an entirely different house. As little issues came up or were discovered, we discussed them and addressed them along the way. They are a fairly flexible crew and that is really nice. They are also really professional and polite and very punctuational. I hired them because of their reports out here on Angie's List and I have no regrets.

Outstanding from day 1. First of all, the workmen showed up on time everyday. They were polite, courteous, clean, friendly, professional, hardworking, and best of all, pet friendly. They moved furniture out of the way, and laid down protective covering over our hardwood floors and cleaned up after themselves each day. They pay attention to details and strive for nothing short of excellence. ATI wants your repeat business and they take the extra step to ensure that you are thrilled with the outcome of their work. We were simply overjoyed with their work and never thought that our ugly duckling bathroom could be so beautiful. They gave us suggestions for creating a beautiful look, how to save on money, and listened to our needs. Before ATI, we were victims of a fraudulent contractor who ruined our bathroom, stole our money, and left town. Devastated and broke, our bathroom stayed in ruins for a year until we called ATI. We would not trust our home to any other handyman service in town.

Based on the great references in Angie's List, I contacted Jack for a kitchen remodel. He came out within a week to meet with me; the first part of July. Very professional, great ideas; he was here about two hours; told me he would e-mail me a plan and estimate within a week. I hadn't heard from him three weeks later and contacted him by e-mail. He told me the cabinet person was out, and when he returned, he would get the estimate to me. It is 3 months later, and still no plan or estimate. I'm not sure if I got lost in the system or what; hate to leave an unhappy report. I have since decided to go with a different company.

Awesome! Jack Z came to give me an estimate, and when we got back in touch, he told me when his crew would be there---and they were--early! Very nice detailed oriented workers who were a pleasure to have in our home. Our house had some problems with moisture as we suspected. When confirmed, Jack and his crew helped us find the right company to hire for that issue. Since we had discussed this it was not a surprise They were so so good that I will NEVER hire anyone else. At first, I thought the bid for the work was high. Then I compared their numbers to two other companies and realized that only ATI gave a total quote. They did not quote the job on what they would do and not mention what they would not(IE removing tile and hauling it away, replacing and painting baseboards etc.) The quote was total and there were no surprises. The work was top notch and the people were too. Truly perfectionists and I was thrilled and so is my husband!

Prior to starting this project Jack Z. went over the total progression of the demolition and construction process and the anticipated time frame that each phase would be completed. The night prior to starting the work (Sunday) Jack called the house to advise that his crew would be at the house at 7:30 AM to begin work and that throughout the project work would begin at 7:30 am Monday through Friday. As stated his workers arrived at the house daily prior to 7:30 AM and work began as stated. ATI's crews were extremely courteous and cleaned up daily the best they could at a construction project. All phases of the work were completed as scheduled and the quality and craftsmanship was unprecedented. Any delays in the project were the result of me, the home owner, as my granite counter top supplier did not install on time. Jack is a master of communication. We emailed each other daily with questions and any concerns were addressed immediately.

Jack came out and gave me a reasonable and realistic estimate. He even helped with some ideas for projects I'm not even working on yet. 2 guys did the work over about a 4 day time period one week. They arrived each morning at 7:30am and called the 1 day they were running late. They kept the place very clean despite doing two messy jobs.

Our house went from "OK" to "Fabulous" with the expert help of ATI Services. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We especially want to thank Jack, who is an awesome contractor and the first person we met with ATI. His team members were also super to work with...Wes had an expert eye with tile placement and had ideas that we hadn't thought of, that turned out really well...We were also impressed with Bennie, a young fellow with an amazing work ethic; Mark was willing to help out wherever needed, and Eddie was delightful to work with and we looked forward to seeing him everyday. We highly recommend ATI Services to anyone looking for a reliable contracting firm that delivers beautiful results.

Their quality of work is excellent. My husband has Alzheimer's and they gave him little odd jobs, while they were there to keep him busy. They were very caring towards us and our home.

We could not be more pleased with ATI Services. All of the members of their team with whom we worked were professional and courteous. We started this project with a very solid vision of what we wanted to achieve. They were able to take our ideas and run with them providing great suggestions along the way. Even when we threw them a curve by having to move back into the house before the project was complete, they took it in stride adjusting to our kids and pets. As a professional project manager, I was also quite impressed with this company s management of time and resources completing the project in a rather tight window. And the work is absolutely exceptional. In a burst of creativity, we chose multiple paint colors for each room which the painters seamed in beautifully straight lines along the corners. We are also extremely happy with the creative tiling in our entryway. Our family recommends ATI Services without reservation and we thank the members of this team for a job well done.

Some initial confusion around Jack and I getting together for the estimate, but that appeared to be a fluke. No other communication issues. The gentlemen who painted were professional. They did good work, cleaned up after themselves and took good care of the house. We had a few blips with some surfaces being missed, but everything was taken care of once it was brought to their attention. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me on finishing parts of the job up so the whole house wasn't "in process" for the entire time. I also really appreciated their willingness to work around my very curious dog!

Jack and Eddie both came out for a visit to give me an estimate and see the work to be done. They were on time, early even, called me before arriving to make sure I was OK with them being early. They presented themselves very professional, polite, educated, and what I liked the most, willingness to work with me in regards to my budget and needs. I've had other contractors over, and they lacked personality, they acted stuck up, and wouldn't even give me an estimate. Jack and Eddie on the other hand were very pleasant and gave me great advice, a good estimate, and were very considerate with my budget and other needs. I haven't used ATI yet because I had other projects like my roof, windows and so on that came first, but I will for sure be calling them to come back and do the work for me. I recommend them to others, you won't find their level of professionalism anywhere else. Thanks Jack, thanks Eddie!

Jack's response to my initial call was immediate. From the initial call to completion of the work, Jack was readily available to meet to review the job, meet at the showroom to discuss types of wood, color and price, and to walk-through to review the various stages of the project through the end. As owners, we choose to stage out the job into three different quotes with almost immediate rollover time frames. All the quotes were issued (via email) in a very timely manner and prepared in a easy to understand format on the computer. All questions as they related to the quote were answered by email and answered straight forward. Jack choose on at least two occasions to discourage us to move forward on some possibly lofty ideas. At his suggestion, we rethought two costly concepts, and we're glad we did not move forward. His team was placed on the job with no delay, met all deadlines, and did an excellent job in all areas. The team was on time, pleasant and kept the space clean.

Provided excellent advice and feedback when an issue arose with a home inspection. Several other contractors were not even willing to get on the phone and discuss the project. Jack was excellent and helped to explain the issue and said he would be more than willing to do the work if I needed it regardless of size. One of the best people I talked to in my search.

They did an incredible job, the guys were on time everyday and completed the job in the specified time frame. The quality of work was excellent! We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jack was running ahead of schedule and called to see if it was OK if he arrived earlier than the appointment was scheduled. He spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the shower and discussing options for the shower and tub. The estimate for the work was received via email before the end of the same day. We decided to go with another company for a couple of reasons. We were looking for more of a repair job than a partial bathroom re-model. Due to it being a remodel, the estimate was a little higher than we were expecting and the amount of time it would take longer (2 1/2 to 3 weeks). The actual work was completed in one week and didn't include the tub because the damage to the walls and framing did not extend beyond the shower.
