I can not say enough about ATI Services and Jack! We had just completed building a new home and had to have the interior finishes completed. Honestly, after dealing with the builder I was exhausted and not looking forward to dealing with a contractor on my interior finishes. Jack was a breath of fresh air. Pleasent to meet, on time, and up front with me from the begining. Then the work began and his crew was as professional as can be. Our house looks great. You would be crazy to go any where else.

This is the third project we've done with Jack Z. (previously his company upgraded the master bath, closet area, another bathroom and kitchen in our home; then ATI repainted the interior of my office) and as usual, the job was expertly completed and on time. The furniture in the living room was moved and reset by ATI so we didn't need to deal with it and the whole job took two weeks as promised. It's remarkable how much better the interior of the home looks now--Jack Z. has a real eye for what colors and finishes to select so you can rely on his unerring recommendation when making decisions on your renovation. I would give the company my highest recommendation!!

A very pleasant experience. Jack came out promptly and provided a very competitive estimate. We scheduled the work 2 weeks out of which he called approximately 2 days before to confirm. Workers showed up on time and all drywall work was completed and painted with work area cleaned up in less than 2 days. Will definitely use again!

ATI did a fantastic job. When we initially began the job, ATI promptly returned our call with in an hour of us contacting them. We scheduled an appointment that week and they came out to provide us with an estimate for installing the French Doors within a day. We decided on doors we like and scheduled the work to be completed within the month. Frank, the installer from ATI came out one additional time to verify the measurements of the door prior to starting the work. He was professional, courteous and on time. Frank came out several days later per our agreement to install the doors. Again, he was on time, professional and courteous. He completed the job in the estimate time (two days). We were very satisfied with the work. Jack Zolnierowski (General Manager ) came out as well (before and after) to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We plan on using them again for additional jobs. Note: This was our second time that we have used ATI. We initially located them from a recommendation on Angie's list about 5 years ago when they remodeled my mother house. They did a great job on my mother's house as well. Again they did the job for the estimated cost and started/completed the job on time and my mother was very happy with their work.

First let me say, Angie's List is a treasure. Finding a company like ATI Services was like striking Gold! From day one, Jack Z. was professional, on time and not like any other contractor we ever used in the past. The whole experience was enjoyable from the estimate to the final product. ATI's professionalism and quality is excellent! His people were always on time, polite and here is the best part, they clean up each day and finished on time. Jack was very helpful guiding us through the decision making process with various selections. He has a great eye for design. I like the fact that he uses his own people and holds them to high standards. At first, I thought his price was high and it was a bit more than the other bids we received. But in the end we got our monies worth, plus some due to the fact that the entire experience was top notch from day one. We are already looking at another project now that we have found ATI Services and would tell other Angie's List members that this is a GREAT company!

It was a great service from start to finish. They were punctual, hard working, professional, courteous and cleaned up after everything. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them to others. They get an A+++.

I talked with several kitchen designers/installers. Jack was definitive in what he could do and provided references which I checked. Unlike some other businesses, ATI would handle all aspects including electrical, plumbing, and floor refinishing. I didn't want to be a general contractor so that was an important consideration for me. At each step Jack kept me informed and did what he said he would do. The crew was prompt when scheduled on site and took great care to keep things as clean as possible. All were well mannered and good humored. It was a pleasure to have them around. Eddie can do it all - smiling and singing while diligently working. Steve and Darren are floor specialists but also performed other tasks. Another member previously said ATI is the Publix of remodeling. I concur.

Promptly at 7:30 am on scheduled day. The ATI team arrived for the job described above. The ATI team carefully laid plastic film to protect all walkways and work areas prior to and during all work. The job required several drying times for the repairs, texture and painting which meant their leaving the job then returning after the appropriate time. The were courteous and clearly explained the tasks, necessary leaving, and scheduled their return. They were promptly on time for each schedule. When the job was finished, the clean up was completely satisfactory.

It was important to us that the work go quickly to avoid too much business interruption, so the job was scheduled several months in advance. The workers were always on time and the job went very smoothly.

Excellent! Jack and his crew are a rare breed, true professionals with quality work. Although ATI's estimate was slightly higher than others I had received, their workmanship and service more than covered the difference in price. After I had done my research on what type of flooring I wanted, and checked Angie's List I placed a call to ATI for an estimate. Jack is prompt in his contact, honest in his feedback, resourceful and patient in answering questions. He assisted in the selection of the flooring product, provided insurance information and referenced to call. ATI was very accommodating in appointments and completing the project within my time line, without any problems. I am certain to contact them again with other projects in the future.

Mr. Zolnierowski(general manager)seemed determined to make the project more than it needed to be, or that I wanted it to be. I simply wanted to remove some cabinets and install a closet. He wanted to rip out the entire floor(we had just installed brand new bamboo hardwood floors a year earlier)and install carpet, rip out all of the cabinetry and redo the wall, and completely redo the ceiling-all before installing the closet. He went on and on about how great his company was, and how they don't turn down small jobs; however, all the while he was trying to turn my $1000 job into a $2000-$3000 job. He told me that his way was the only way it would work(needless to say, I am getting it done the way I had originally wanted, for $1000 by a superb remodeling company). He left my house and explained he would e-mail me the estimate within a few days. I asked him to please include an estimate of just installing the closet along with his estimate, just in case I couldn't convince my husband of the additional work. Two weeks went by and I never heard anything from Mr. Zolnierowski, so I e-mailed him and asked him for the quote. He emailed me back shortly afterwards and said he was too busy to provide me with a bid. It was clear to me that my job was indeed too small for Mr. Zolnierowski, despite the fact that he said he didn't turn down small jobs. In short, I feel he came over and tried to make the job much more than it really needed to be in order for it to be more financially worthwhile for him, and when I didn't cave, he decided the job was too small for him. So as a warning to all, don't let Mr. Zolnierowski make your remodeling job more than you had originally planned and budgeted for!

They came out to give an estimate. They said they would call me and give me the information and I never heard back.

Though ATI deals with large contracting business, Jack was more than willing to give me detailed information to make an informed decision on what route to take to solve the problem. Contacting my homeowners insurance was a suggestion which would possibly result in lower cost to me. Jack also referred me to a company that he used in construction and told me if I needed anymore help in making an appropriate decision, not to hesitate to call him and he would try and help. This is a rarity in these days! Though I did not pay for services, I felt it necessary to let future customers know that they are helpful professionals willing to give helpful information.

After a really BAD experience with another Tampa Bay area contractor (report NOT submitted to AL), we bagged the idea of a renovation for about a year. Once we braved it again, I thoroughly researched options by speaking with friends, neighbors and checking out Angie's List. I called a few companies and ATI Services was obviously one of them. The first thing that impressed me? A real person answered the phone, took my name and number and within about 30 minutes, I got a call back from Jack Z. He has a great personality, put me at ease immediately and really LISTENED to me, even my concerns that I shared regarding previous bad experiences with "other" contractors. I made it pretty clear up front that if he couldn't deliver, we weren't interested. We'd been that route before. Since I liked him on the phone, we set up a meeting at my house. Listen to this, folks: He was ON TIME! Even early (scored points!)!! He looked over the kitchen and again LISTENED to us. Shortly thereafter, we decided to hire him once we checked up on his references. The best one "If you don't hire this guy, you're a fool. He's not like other contractors." I couldn't agree more. From the get go, Jack was GREAT with communication. I am not joking when I say that he would call me back within 15 minutes of leaving a message on his cell phone EVERY TIME. WITHOUT FAIL. And email? He's a gem. Promptly returns email and if he can't track you down by phone at one number, he'll typically try 2 or 3 other numbers (work, cell, home) to be sure he stays in touch. He came with us to select all cabinetry, hardwood floors, and granite (about 3 1/2 hours of his time at his recommended vendors...great suppliers who really are customer focused), helped me with recommendations for plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting, paint (did on my own). Jack has an expectation that the customer will "do his/her homework" to keep the process flowing. As long as we kept up, he was happy and jobs got done, in a shorter time than anticipated. His crew is totally professional, hardworking, and they keep the job site clean! Steve was a fantastic painter and unbelievably courteous and Eddie, the tile and do-everything guy, is a SAINT! I love Eddie. He went out of his way to lay out glass tile backsplash in a design he'd never done before that really challenged him, but he did it without complaint. In fact, they even redid our tiled entry way which had been falling apart b/c of a BAD contractor job with original construction. I asked Jack if he'd tack that on to the job. He quoted over $1000, when it came in at $750, guess what? He charged us the $750.00. I was floored. Jack was willing to address each and every concern that I had regarding the job as it went on. His team was always on time or early, stayed late as needed, and addressed concerns that came up even once the job was done and all money changed hands. His payment setup is fair, he's honest, and a great business man.

It went great. There was a lot to be done. I just purchased my first home and chose ATI because of the reviews here on Angie's List. My boyfriend and I had tried to do a lot of the demo ourselves: removed all the old carpet and tile and popcorn ceilings. Jack and his team came in and really whipped the place into shape. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Jack kept me informed of all the progress and what to expect next. He is a pleasure to work with and the quality of the work his team does is top notch. He had great suggestions for things I hadn't considered. All of the crew was very friendly and helpful. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone. The quality of their work is well worth the slightly higher cost I paid compared to some other estimates I got.

Workmen were prompt, and showed up every day. If a problem arose, it was dealt with professionally. The remodeling process was explained in common language. Communication was good and all calls to the boss Jack Z. were returned as soon as possible. Service orientation was a very strong point with this company. All the workers were competent and well trained, and had a good sense of camaraderie. They were polite and respectful. They did extra things that went above and beyond what was expected such as adding trim underneath and on top of cabinets in the kitchen at no extra cost. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The price was reasonable for what I got.

Overall ATI Services performance was outstanding and much superior to other contractors I have used. They are not the cheapest, and Jack Z told me that from day 1, but they do provide a great deal of value for your expenditure. Jack was very thorough in providing an estimate and in letting me know that they might encounter some below the surface damage that might increase the price (I had a water leak). He worked with me to choose the best option as to just fixing the problems with the bathroom or doing a complete remodel. My biggest frustration was getting a building permit. Jack said it was a frustrating process, but it was even worse than he portrayed it. I was unaware of how long it took to get one and did not act right away. Accordingly, the project was delayed from the original start date due to the permit not being ready. Getting the permit is a phased evolution. You have to submit the plans, wait for their review, wait for permit processing after the review, and schedule and pay for multiple inspections. My advice is to start the permit process the first day after agreeing on the contract and expect it to take a month. Gene and Greg did the demolition phase of my project. Getting ready for a remodel is a cooperative effort of the workers and the homeowner. I moved all the furniture away from the remodeling area and covered it well. They put down protective paper and other coverings to supplement what I had done. Accordingly, our house did not get as dirty as during my previous projects. They were very thorough in doing the demolition and in getting the bathroom ready for the construction phase. We worked together to answer questions and make sure expectations were met. Eddy took over the next phase. He is truly a master tiler. I left the design up to him and am very pleased with the results. Eddy also coordinated the plumber's installation of the tub and faucet fixtures and granite counter top, installed the accessories, and installed the vanity. Eddy is more picky than me and made sure everything was perfect. ATI painters painted both the bathroom and the master bedroom. Finally, Eddy coordinated the removal of material and clean up of the bathroom and was outstanding in both. He gets my "most valuable player" award for ATI.

You can't start or finish a project when you can't get past the bidding.

Working with ATI from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. Jack "Z" shared his invaluable experience in renovative work with me and instilled complete confidence in his company's ability to complete the project on a punctual timetable, within my financial constraints and in a professional manner. My expectations were far surpassed not only by the impeccable workmanship but with the individuals doing the work. They were punctual, polite, meticulously clean and thoughtful in satisfying my needs. AND I only had to make two trips to Lowe's (the second of which was to return the incorrect oven hood that I picked out). I highly recommend ATI Services and will never do another renovation without them.

ATI did an excellent job. They started on the day and time that was agreed upon. They finished when they were suppose to. All of ATI's employees were very professional and extremely courteous. All of our draperies were re-hung and looked as if they were never taken down. We are very happy with the results!!!!

Jack Z gave me a free estimate and left me with a folder of references, insurance and license info, etc. Soon after, he e-mailed me a detailed estimate. I had trouble getting in touch with him a couple of times while I was comparing companies, but he always returned my call within 24 hrs. He patiently answered all my questions regarding his services and pricing. I originally had him price both the paint job and the carpeting. In the end, I only selected ATI for the carpeting. Jack was very understanding and even met with the painter and myself at the flooring showroom so we could all decide on a color scheme. After the painters were done, Jack Z's crew showed up and were like a whirlwind! They stormed the house moved all the furniture quickly and carefully, tore up the old carpet, and started putting down the new. They finished the whole job in a day and a half! His crew was polite, courteous, and very neat, and hard as I tried, I could not find one tile border or room corner that had been sloppily or loosely attached. The carpet was stretched very taut and they vacuumed as they went. Bottom line: yeah, they're pricey, but they did an unbeatable job. When Jack Z says he runs a top of the line operation, he is not exaggerating one bit! These guys rock!

Work was done well and on time. Additional problems brought to my attention and resolved.

Jack Z. showed up on time for the estimate & our house is not easy to find. After agreeing to proceed we then met him to pick out the laminate flooring. We then set dates for installation. Steve & Darren (installers) showed up earlier than expected to begin the work. Total job took 2 full days. Each night they cleaned up before leaving. When the job was completed they wiped down all the window sills and cleaned the floor. They were very courteous and polite. A truly professional job from start to finish. We so loved the job that they did that we will be using them again in the near future for a bathroom remodel.

The work was done on time and with a great deal of professionalism. They were very polite and they kept in contact with me at all times.

I chose Jack from Angie's List, called him and he came to make an estimate within a day. His estimate laid out the complete work plan and materials required in detail. He was happy to answer my questions and politely explained unfamiliar terms. His workmen were very friendly, polite, eager to keep the noise and dust down, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Jack's estimate covered the tear-down, the install of new tile and plumbing fixtures, the purchase and install of the granite counter, and the overall painting and baseboard. He sent me to a plumbing fixtures store and a ceramic tile store where I chose and purchased the materials directly, to be delivered to my house. These stores do business with Jack regularly and understood exactly what he needed, and they gave me his ATI discounted price. Jack's experienced ceramic tile layer worked with me on a design for the shower and floor tiles and showed me my options in picture form so I could make a decision.
