The service was wonderful. Ed, Joe, Cyrus, Eddie and David were at my house during the 2 week job. They were all very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time and there were all very nice guys.

We needed a door and little balcony fixed in order to get our home ready for sale. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Jack and his team were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Multiple projects completed beyond our satisfaction within very reasonable allotted time frame. They even protected the interior of my home and cleaned up after each workday. Thanks!

ATI Services came out to my home to provide me a quote. I received a written estimate via email on 5/23/14. I called that I accepted the project on 5/27/14. On 6/5/14, Ed and Joe came to start the repair to my dining room ceiling which was damaged to due a water leak on the 2nd floor bathroom. Ed and Joe were super nice, reliable professional, and did a great job! They completed the job on 6/6/14, cleaned the work area, and took care of all disposals. I really appreciate the work they did and hope to use ATI services again in the near future.

First, Jack was awesome about explaining the process and fitting us into his schedule. ATI Services has been very responsive every step of the way. Cyrus & Ed were extremely professional! Cyrus' attention to detail is nothing short of perfection. Cyrus & Ed performed this job as if they were taking care of their own home. When the job was completed, Cyrus did an excellent job of cleaning up. Also, even though unrelated to the contracted job, while Cyrus was completing the attic stair case, a stranger backed into my mailbox. Cyrus was nice enough to try to help me fix the mailbox. Again, Cyrus and Ed were great!

I reached out to ATi using Angie's list and received a call back within 5 minutes of my initial message. Jack Z and I chatted for a little bit and he explained how his company works. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to close on our first home and had an extremely tight window of about 7 days between the time we closed and when we moved in. Jack was able to accommodate our schedule by meeting us at the property a couple of weeks before. He was able to look through the home and give us tips on how/what should be painted. He also came prepared with the company's insurance license, references and testimonials. We were EXTREMELY impressed by Jack's professionalism. It there were A+++++++ on here, we would select it. We had 3 other bids on the painting and ATi was the most expensive but we were so impressed and COMFORTABLE with Jack that we decided to go with his company. We did negotiate a tiny bit on the contract to make the total fit into our budget and ATi was more than accommodating with getting us to where we needed to be while still making sure we had all the services done that were on our MUST HAVE list. Within 24hrs I had a written estimate in my email box of exactly how much the services would cost and i had to sign and send back. these people were legit! As we had just purchased our home and werent living there yet, Jack and his team made accommodations with a key (door lock box) which made it much more convenient for us because we were still living across town. They started the work the day after we closed on the home. My boyfriend swung by the home during lunchtime the first day and commented on how much mudding they had already completed. We also had a couple of items shipped to the home and the painters brought them inside, safe and sound, without even being asked. My boyfriend said they were all very polite and courteous, just nice guys. I received a voicemail from Jack two business days after the work had begin - he was calling just to check in and wanted to let us know that everything was on schedule and that they would be starting the color paint the next day. What an excellent courtesy! While we are packing/moving, i cannot express how nice it is to have someone check in/confirm with their customers for a change!! Three days later they were done - 2 days ahead of schedule. We couldnt take the anticipation of waiting to see what it would look like so we drove over to see the paint job the day they finished and it is simply the best paint job i have ever seen. I have never seen cleaner lines against the ceiling and trim. the paint is even, thick, and has no splotches. We are head over heels happy with the final product. Doing any type of construction/remodel no matter how big or small, is stressful. There are lots of moving pieces. I can tell you that the most stressful piece of painting the entire inside of our new home was picking out paint colors. There was no coordinating or follow up needed because ATi was proactive and one step ahead of us the entire way. ATi was great. They might have been slightly more expensive than the other guys, but if you are going to spend that kind of money on an investment on your home, dont you want it done right? and well? its an investment. We have some drywall issues in the garage and i'm sure there will be other things that come up over the years. ATi will always be the first ones we call. Thanks so much Jack, Cyrus, Joe and Ryan (i think those were their names!). You made our great new home look simply stunning. We appreciate you!

He quoted me $1500.00 for the job, which is far too much for just the removal of tile. I felt they were just trying to lock me into a contract.

I just can?t give enough praise to the professionalism and quality of work displayed by ATI Services of Tampa, Inc. Jack Zolnierowski is a man of his word and of his contract. Everything is in writing and is agreed upon. The men he employs are top notch! Ed, his on-site foreman, is excellent at handling any unforseen issues and always presents the homeowner options that are ultimately their decision. He can also be told Jack?s or the homeowner?s ?vision? and then make it come to pass, from a new entryway into my Master Bedroom, to the new shower enclosure and tub surround, to rewiring an antique chandelier for my closet! Dave, one of the newest employees this year, did absolutely amazing tilework for both my fireplace, my kitchen back-splash (both from previous renovation done in January) and finally my shower and tub surround. He works non-stop until the job is done. Ryan and Ed redid my crown-moulding which the original builder has just pieced together. It looks incredible now. Also, Ryan has a keen eye and is the first one to notice anything that might have been missed and then corrects it. Finally, Joe, the painter, is a pleasure to work with and makes sure the correct paint is used at all times. He discovered my house had both latex and oilbased and was quick to report to Ed and Jack that a change of paint was required for one of the rooms. ATI-Services also uses licensed sub-contractors, but NEVER has them on-site unless Ed or one of the other ATI employees are on-site the entire time. I never had any worries when ATI-Services was working on my home. I love the work they did and would recommend them to anyone seeking an upstanding, qualified contractor for home renovations.

Ryan showed up Friday bright and early made introduction and got right to work. Ryan was extremely careful to protect our neighbors property and our cars. He set up a barrier and then started digging and pounding away at the concrete. Ryan worked diligently on breaking up the ground and concrete. Needless to say the removal of the pole turned out to be a much more labor intensive job then planned. Ryan kept me informed of his progress or at times lack of progress. I am happy to say that Ryan after 4 hours of battling the concrete holding the pole in he was victorious. I was very impressed with Ryan's determination to see the job through to the end even though it turned out to be much much more work than planned. When Ryan was finished I looked at the finished job and was very happy. It amazed me that even after all that manual labor Ryan expelled he was extremely meticulous in cleaning up the job site. Ryan did Awesome! If you don't think ATI and Ryan did a great job, it got even better when I contacted Jack to make payment. Even though the job was so much more than expected, Jack held true to his estimate and would not take a penny more than what he quoted me. I would without hesitation recommend ATI to anyone who needs the services they provide. ATI and their employees really treat you with respect and take care of you the way they would want to be taken care of. They epitomize Customer Service in all areas.

Contractor's employees (David, Ryan and Ed) are knowledgeable, professional and punctual, plus ATI is a licensed and bonded operation. ATI employees (not subcontractors) proved very detail oriented and most appreciative and respectful of the property they were working upon. They are likewise most customer orientated and easy to work with. Will I recommend ATI to Family and Friends: most definitely yes!

We had a great experience working with the whole crew from ATI. Jack was so responsive and came out and met with us quickly to discuss our project. He gave us lots of great suggestions and we felt confident in his knowledge. The actual crew was thorough and efficient. Ed, Ryan and Joe were so great to work with. We will definitely keep ATI in mind for our future projects!

My husband and I were so pleased with the results - the overhang above the garage now looks gorgeous and brand-new; they even cut and installed trim that finished the look. It was badly peeling and damaged before. The textured work in the garage and living room ceilings looks flawless, and they were careful to paint everything (not just the corrected areas) to match. They worked for a full week on the job, and were very careful about cleaning up. I especially appreciated that they were able to work around an unexpected incident when my kids got sick and had to stay home from school. The two workers, Joe and Cyril, were polite and professional. I also liked that they arrived on schedule and got the job completed in a timely manner. I would be happy to hire them again. I thought the value of the work for the money was excellent.

Jack responded to my email inquiry immediately, scheduling an appointment the following week and providing an estimate in less than 24 hours. He was very professional and helped us to know what grout and trim to buy. Ed and David showed up at the appointed time and carefully prepped the work area to ensure our floors were covered. David, the installer, was detailed and conscientious. He did a fantastic job with the install, cleaning up the area afterwards as if there had been no work at all. Jack followed up to ensure we were pleased with the job. We certainly are! I highly recommend this company for any small or large project you have in mind.

Working with Jack and his team was wonderful. If they said they were going to do something, they did! In addition, it was nice to have a team of professionals helping me determine the best way to make the improvements I wanted. Jack had many ideas which made decision making very easy. Jacks's entire team was wonderful, but especially his "lead man", Ed. Ed was so kind and would always make a quick call if he needed clarity. This made going through the project less stressful since I knew they wouldn't move forward unless it was EXACTLY right. There was a minor issue we encountered, but Jack made it right and did so without a fight. I am very thankful we found ATI Services and will be using them in the future.

I am so pleased with the overall experience in hiring ATI Services of Tampa for this project. I contacted Jack to request a bid to replace 3 bi-fold doors in my MBR. Jack suggested solid 6-panel doors. He promised to send an email the following day with the bid and contract. He called me the next morning to inform me the bid had been emailed...sure enough...I had the bid for work and found it to be very reasonably priced. I signed the contract and mailed a check for 50%. A little over one week later, Jack called to tell me the doors were ready for installation. We agreed on a date and as Jack reported, Ed and Joe were at my front door at 8:00 am (promptly!). They began by putting down protective paper in all areas from the front door to the bedroom. I have to say, I have never seen 2 carpenters work together more systematically than Ed and Joe. They kept the job site clean at all times....vacuuming and mopping up "residue" as Joe called it. I would highly recommend this company and especially Joe and Ed to anyone who has need of remodeling, general carpentry, painting, etc. I will definitely hire ATI Services again in the future.

Our second "go-around" with this contractor. He is superb. Attention to detail, makes sure customer is completely satisfied and understands a high end clientele, which is rare in this business. His crew is superb, on time, so easy going and easy to speak with, understood our needs and were respectful. Just loved Joe, Ryan and the whole crew. See my review of Jack's company from my kitchen renovation in 2009. You will NOT go wrong with this company. Love everything, except the mirrors in my Jack and Jill bath (totally my fault). they were installed too low and I hate the light fixtures I selected. I will replace them with something I like better down the road and have the mirrors adjusted. If I had to do it all over again, I would have made the framed mirrors (custom made from a frame shoppe in Tampa) much larger and had them hung a bit higher....my mistake. Thanks, Jack, for everything!

They did a terrific job. The workers were very professional, started on time, worked according to schedule, didn't play loud music or smoke in the house, and the best part was they cleaned up at the end of each day so we could still use the kitchen each night. The finished ceiling is very nice. The only hitch is that a thin line crack has developed that comes and goes where the original hole was, but Jack is working with us to set up a time to stop by and fix it. He assured me that it will be easy to fix and reminded me that whatever fix is needed that it's covered under the original cost.

Jack is everything described in his strong Angie's List reviews and more. He responds to inquiries immediately. He returns calls and emails promptly. He shows up when he promises to show-up and, without delay, provides a thorough written estimate. Perhaps most meaningfully of all, he takes time to talk the estimate through over the phone or, in my case, to come out to the property in-person on TWO occasions. He also recommends a course of action for rental property improvement work (including materials choices and sequencing of work) that is both highly practical and mindful of what good renters want to see in a competitive property. Although I ultimately am not using Jack and ATI because my longtime property manager offered to manage my work at a special rate, I was completely impressed by Jack. And you should know this: I called three of Jack's references and they were all glowing and reflected the type of experience I had with Jack.

I have used contractors many times, but I have never been as PLEASED as I am that I chose ATI for help, as I prepare my home for sale. From the beginning of the process - the initial call with Jack, the walk-through for the estimate, the discussion of the estimate cost, my timeframe and finally, the completion of the work by a great team - it was ALL a terrific experience. They began the work on March 19th. At 8 AM my wonderful crew arrived - Magic Ryan and the Smiling Irishman - Joe. These two men worked like machines. In the blink of an eye, they had completed an amazing amount of work in all three rooms. They were courteous, professional and very patient with me (and my visiting mother). When they came upon an obstacle - they made it work, each and every time. Ryan and Joe worked tirelessly each day (and they were full days). There were some challenging issues with the drywall on some walls in my home. They performed miracles in each room. Ryan and Joe work really well together. What one doesn't think of or isn't able to do, the other one does/is. Ryan is so quick but has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. Joe did such an amazing job on the texturizing and especially the paint touch-ups on walls that were painted many years ago. He's an artist. Joe and Ryan did the work of ten men in 4 days. They cleaned up each day before they left. They exceeded my expectations by giving me high quality work at a reasonable price. My home looks fresh and new again. I feel ready to now list my home with confidence. This was the best experience I've had with any contractor EVER! I highly recommend ATI Services of Tampa for any remodeling/updating needs you may have. Thanks Jack, Joe and Ryan!!!

This past November, I needed to find a business or a couple of businesses to replace the carpet in the entire condominium, update or replace the existing linoleum (foyer, both bathrooms, and the kitchen), and paint the entire interior walls and some ceilings (living room, dining area, front bedroom, hall bathroom, & kitchen) so we can sell my mother-in-law?s condominium. I was told by our realtor agent plus I read an article in the newspaper that the best time to sell a condominium in Sun City Center, FL is between Christmas & New Years Day because that is the heaviest traffic. I had approximately a five week period to look for a contractor or hire two separate independent businesses to perform the work and complete it by December 20, 2013. Before I contacted ATI Services, I contacted a flooring business and a painting business for estimates. Once I received their estimates, I contacted ATI Services for their estimate. I gave all of these businesses the same information about the jobs that needed to be performed. They all gave me an estimate but the painting business representative was a little snippy and he did not offer me much information on what can be done to improve the selling appeal of the condominium. The flooring representative was nice. He gave a simple and cheap suggestion to enhance the look of the kitchen. His suggestion was to replace the old fashion looking cabinet door knobs with updated modern looking cabinet knobs. I did that and it really did changed the appearance of the kitchen. The flooring representative also suggested that we install in the kitchen, foyer, and both bathrooms, a new type of linoleum that will not crack when you bend it. It is not really linoleum but I forgot the name of the product. Anyway, both of these companies gave me estimates that I expected. When we met Jack from ATI Services, I believe we had a good connection. During his introduction of his business, he showed my wife and I copies of his license and liability insurance. Of all the businesses in the past that I interviewed, he was the only business that provided me with this information when I did not ask for it but I was going to ask him later. Every business that I hire must have liability insurance and a license or I do not hire them. Sometimes I look for a business that is bonded like ATI Services. Unlike the flooring representative, Jack suggested replacing all the linoleum with tile. I realized then that we have tiles in these four areas of our home and it really changes the appearance of the house in a very positive way. So, I asked Jack to give me his estimate for the painting, replacing the carpet, and installing new tile in the four areas. At this point, it would be difficult to compare the other two business estimates since I did not tell the flooring representative to add tiles to his estimate. As it turned out, this did not matter because surprisingly, Jack?s estimate was a little over $1,000 less expensive than the other two businesses combined even including the new tiles. Other potential customers may not receive this type of savings. We received this savings because it was the end of the year where most people concentrate on shopping and not renovations. I was looking for a business with an A rating overall and Jack?s ATI Services fit the bill. I was not disappointed in hiring Jack. During the renovation, Jack offered additional suggestions. I did not hire Jack because he was less expensive than the other guys, I hired him because of his A rating, his good introduction, and his excellent advice. All of his workers were very nice, punctual, and professionally catered to my needs. I also received additional good advice from his workers. They completed the job one day earlier than his estimate and they cleared the mess and vacuumed the house. Two things happened that I have to mention here. The foyer ceiling was a little drop-down ceiling next to the living room ceiling. In the contract, I wanted Jack to paint the kitchen and living room ceiling. After they painted both ceilings, Jack called me to tell me that they painted the foyer ceiling for free. He said that there was too much of a difference so he could not leave it that way. I thanked him a lot for that. I also want to mention that I saw the new carpet and it looked great. About a week later, I received a call from my agent informing me that the carpet buckled in a few places in the living room. I told Jack and he had his carpet people come back and stretch the carpet. I read that this can happen with new carpet so I do not blame Jack?s workers for this problem. After the stretch, it looked great again. The house sold in 67 days and we received our minimum selling amount. This amount was based on the great work of Jack?s workers. We were able to increase the price of the house because it looked so great. We only received two negative comments about the condominium. These comments were beyond our control. No pets were allowed in that area of the association and the condominium was the middle unit of the triplex condominium building. Potential customers made good comments about the paint and flooring. I hope this helps and that I did not bore you all. I really recommend ATI Services.

Everything went very well from beginning to end. Jack was prompt in returning phone calls, answered all questions and was very thorough in explaining everything. The work crew of Ryan, David, and Ed, did a fantastic job and left the house clean after each days work. Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to use ATI again.

The work was done according to specs, on time and in a totally professional manner. Jack Z.,The owner of the company, was directly involved, and his crew Ed and Joe were total professionals. They both took great pride in their work, and in accommodating me with minor changes. The owner was proud of his crew and proud of their work...and their customer service. In all my dealings with the ATI crew, they had a smile on their face and a focus on satisfying the customer. I highly recommend ATI Services.

The results exceeded our expectations. Not only was Jack Z. of ATI Services extremely professional, his crew members and subcontractors were neat, timely and attentive to details. After we had picked all of the materials we desired for the project and cabinets were ordered, the actual timetable of the renovation from day of demolition until sign off of completion was one and a half weeks for game room and a remarkable 3 1/2 weeks for the kitchen. Ed, the onsite foreman, was extremely professional and quite a "Jack of all trades." He listened to any concerns we had and made sure everything was up to our expectations. Ryan did an excellent job alongside of Ed with both the floors in the game room and the tile in the kitchen. Joe, the painter, was about the neatest painter I have ever seen. I never had to worry about anything in my house getting damaged by spilled paint. Joe, the electrician did a fabulous job on my lighting throughout the kitchen while also finding and correcting some hidden live wires not up to code left from the original builder. Mike was a big help in the initial stages of the kitchen and Dave, the newcomer to Jack's crew, helped to complete the job with my beautiful tile on the fireplace and the back splash in the kitchen. The plumber Jack contracted also did an excellent job. As you can see I got to know each of the workers who came into my house and felt very comfortable leaving them to their work while I had to leave the house. They were also very kind to tolerate my dog who liked to follow them begging for treats. I will recommend Jack Zolnierowski of ATI Services of Tampa, Inc. to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area who is interested in having renovation work done in their homes. Finally, I can't compliment enough the quality of workmanship of my new cabinets! Madewell Kitchens, Inc. served as a subcontractor to ATI Services and did an extraordinary job. James, did the measurement and design while Joe came in to install all of my Wellborn Cabinets. They worked in coordination with Parthenon Mable and Granite, Inc. who installed my beautiful Cambria countertops. Based on our excellent experience in our kitchen renovation, we are going to use ATI Services again to redo our Master Bath and add an additional walk-in closet!

The project went well and was completed in the timeframe that was given to us. Jack came out a couple of times to meet with us to discuss ideas and give us some prices. He was great to work with and very considerate with cost when he discussed options with us. However, the thing I was most impressed with was the quality of work. Joe, Ed and Ryan were all very polite, considerate and a pleasure to have in our home. They were great to work with when we ran into the small surprises that every construction project brings. The finish work Joe did on both rooms was fantastic! You can't even tell where the changes were made in my home. It looks just like the rest of the house. Thanks to Jack and his crew for giving me the closet space and workout room I have wanted since I moved here!

I contacted this provider because of his ratings on Angie's list. The first time I contacted him was October 8, 2013. I explained to him I was in town for a short time and would be leaving in a couple of days and would like an estimate on my renovation project before I left town. He called me as I had just made it through TSA security at Tampa Airport. I gave him one further opportunity. I called him on November 18, 21013. I was scheduled to be back in Tampa in three weeks. I was still seeeking an estimate. Jack called me and left a message. I called him back within ten minutes. I am still awaiting a return call. If this is the type of service he provides trying to get your business, I hate to think what he would do in the middle of a renovation project.

Jack with ATi services came out and was very professional, provided a folder with all of his insurance and liability information right up front, which I thought was very smart. I had 3 other providers come out and quote the same job, he was the only one who was correct with the diagnosis of a wall issue in our bedroom. We hired ATi and they sent a great guy out whom was also very professional. He was on-time and did an amazing job. I am about to hire them for another job. Thanks ATi for bringing the professionalism back into the service provider arena. Nancy Fox
