Initially met with Jack Z the manager for a quote at my home, Jack was punctual and thorough. Jack gave me a quote for every job I wanted in the house and then it was up to me and my family to decide what work we wanted and could afford to have done. Once the job scope was ironed out a new quote was drafted up and the a general time frame for the job was established. About 2 to 3 weeks after the deposit was placed the work commenced. Joe, Charlie and Ken were wonderful workers/craftsmen and did great job, ATI was meticulous about protecting the interior of my home with plastic and paper to cover every surface. They also did a great job when it came to the actual work, the ceiling looks magnificent and the wall paper removal was wonderful no glue or paper left behind. Once they removed the chair rail & crown in the living room they fixed the gouges and imperfections in the wall which made the living room look out of site. Fixing the previous owners flawed crown molding saved a ton of money for my family as other contractors told me to just remove it all which would cost thousands to replace. Joe was such a great guy that one day when I stopped by to let some water out of the pool due to constant rain flow he agreed and very nicely turned off the hose for me when enough water had drained. This company has standup people working for them and I can recommend them. When I have saved up some more money I will be calling them back for more work to be done.

Very responsive and willing to dive into the project before I was commuted to him. Spend quality time trying to find a way to help me before i signed up with him. Went the extra mile. We may be using another contractor because of insurance claims, but want it to be know he was great and will use him for other services in the future.

I'm too worried about this lack of response or follow-up to consider him for this project.

Jack was a pleasure to work with. After he came to our home to check out the project, he had Joe and Ed come out and perform the installation. During the installation process they had to knock out part of a wall and put it back afterward like it had never been touched. Not only did they do a great job, but they were extremely nice and respectful of our home. We would use them again!

ATI representative discovered discrepancies in what my insurance adjustor had quoted. Insurance adjustor agreed and all necessary repairs were covered. Scheduling was prompt and efficient. If there were any issues, they were addressed very quickly. Workers were courteous and professional. Workmanship was professional and met my standard.

I can't even begin to describe the quality of work that ATI Services completes. Our Master Bedroom and Bath that we had just renovated one year ago with ATI Services, was a complete disaster after a hot water heater leak (not installed by ATI). Jack brought in his crew and made our bedroom back to the original quality that we have been so happy with for the past year. Ed oversaw each step of the process and was instrumental in getting all of the custom closet back installed and good as new. Ed and Ryan repaired all of the drywall and new ceiling while Joe re-textured the ceiling and completed all of the painting in a superb manner. Jack's crew are reliable and extremely trustworthy. Everything was completed right on schedule with Jack's initial estimate. Thank you again ATI Services. I will always recommend you Jack Z. and you will also always be my first call for any major repairs or renovations.

ATI was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job with removing the wallpaper from the kitchen and bathroom and then painting them.They were very careful and lined paper on the floors and kitchen cabinets to prevent spillage and drips. We were thinking about doing this project ourselves but glad we didn't try it. Removing wallpaper is not an easy job. We would use ATI again.

From pre-sales to finished job, ATI Services was responsive, professional and on-time. They consistently answer the phone and I was able to speak with Jack right away to set up an estimation appointment in the same week. I had the detailed estimate with photos in hand later that evening. He was very accommodating of the revisions we made to the scope of work and still managed to get us onto their schedule shortly after signing the contract. The crew was excellent. Joe, Eddy, Ryan, James and Ed took care to minimize the impact of their work in our home and to communicate with us every step of the way. They not only covered floors and furniture as you would expect, they also made sure to put everything back to its original place every night so we could have a sense of normalcy in the evenings. We live in a historic bungalow so there is no shortage of work to be done. The work they've done so far has already brought out the character and beauty that we love in old homes. We plan to use ATI Services again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I contacted this service and requested an estimate on interior painting. An estimator arrived and viewed the house, then gave me a brochure with some company documents of a general nature (business cards, licenses, list of services, etc.) He discussed the painting of four-five rooms with me, and promised me an estimate by e-mail in a few days. That was a week and a half ago. I was not only put off by the estimator's unasked-for comment: "It'll be more than you think it should be!" but by his inability to distinguish crown molding from a picture rail. The worst thing, of course, was completely dropping the ball and not phoning, e-mailing, or getting back to me with an estimate. Perhaps this company has so many large jobs on their docket that painting a historic bungalow is too trifling for them. If so, they should state that in their advertising. ("Big jobs only!") Or maybe they're just unprofessional, sloppy, and inconsiderate of a homeowner's time. Either way, I wouldn't use this company if they were the last one on the planet, and I think Angie's List should reconsider listing them.

- Very friendly and competent consulting and competitive offer by the owner Jack - The tiles have been installed by the very friendly and sympathetic team Alex and Tammy. They did a fantastic job and made a lot of great suggestions. After the job they cleaned everything. If I will need someone for new tiles in the future - I would call them again - no doubt!

The work was done very nicely, Eddie and Joe were very responsive, pleasant and professional when returning for a few touch ups. Don't know the name of the person that did the crown molding but it looks wonderful. Thank you to everyone involved.

First time in a long time I felt comfortable enough to leave the workers here without me. Jack "Z" and company were a little higher that the others, but it's like they say, you get what you pay for. PLUS the money I saved NOT having to take off work for three days MORE than made up for the small difference in cost. I even told my husband when I returned home the first day that I thought the house was straighter when I got home than when I left for work. The work was done on time, and done correctly and looks great. Jack hated the unfinished look of my utility room paint job and even threw that one in for me. Thank you. :)

They were very accommodating and professional. I had to reschedule several times due to conflicts on my end and they were able to work me in. The work took a little longer than originally quoted because the walls hadn't been properly primed/sealed before the wallpaper was put up during the original construction. Ryan, Joe and Eddy were friendly and professional and made every effort to minimize the disruption. Jack was easy to work with on the quoting and billing end. All interactions were straight-forward and professionally handled.

Ryan came out first thing in the morning. He put down paper over the tile and walk areas. He was very polite and professional. Before starting he assessed the kitchen and looked for any potential problems, then Asked me how i would like it done in the situations that needed decisions. He went to work and by the end of the day I had beautiful new backsplash! I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

It was a great experience. Ryan was the painter and he was an excellent painter. He was very neat and very personable. He covered the floor and the furniture around where he was working. He was careful to clean up behind himself and bagged all his trash and removed it. I would definite use ATI again and I would specifically ask for Ryan to do my painting again. Thanks for a job well done.

Quick, accurate, on budget, and on time. I have more work to be done and will definitely be contacting Jack Z in the future.

Contacted Jack via email and received an appointment to perform a work estimate very quickly. The estimate provided was very detailed with what work would be performed and listed what we needed to provide to complete the project (door knobs and if needed, wall touch-up paint). Work scheduled and Ryan and James arrived on time and began the job by covering floors. Installation of the doors, trim and painting was completed timely and professionally. They cleaned up the work area when they were done and you would never know the doors were just installed. I would definitely recommend and use their services again if the need arises.

This was one of the best construction jobs I have ever experienced. Joe, Gary, James and Ryan were always on time if not early. They made very little mess, and swept up every night, laid down new construction paper every week. Ed was awesome as supervisor, pitching in where needed on occasion. Communications were terrific - I always knew what was scheduled for the week, and if there were any problems (they were minor) I was informed promptly. Jack was my initial contact, and everything he promised was delivered, including the time to complete the job (six weeks for the painting and the first, larger bathroom, a break for the holidays, and then four weeks for the second bathroom). I could not have been happier with the company, the crew and the results. I will definitely call Jack for my next remodeling job.

We would highly recommend ATI Services as they are very professional with excellent response time in completing the work when promised and communicating as the work was being completed.

Due to extenuating circumstances the project took longer than anticipated, however the end product was worth it. There were a few glitches along the way, but Ed, who was managing the project, was very responsive and dealt with any issues to our satisfaction. Ryan, who did everything but the tile work was excellent at his job and a pleasure to work with. They were concientious about keeping the house clean and covered the floors and stairs while working, but took it up before the weekend. They arrived when they said they would and even on occasion, Ryan arrived early and waited in his car until the appointed time. The tile installers that were hired for the job also did an excellent job. We would definitely hire Jack and his crew again.

We were extremely pleased with ATI Services. They did a great job. We chose them initially because it was clear that the company was well run: Jack Z provided insurance information without being asked to do so. He provided a written quote very quickly: in it there was a firm, complete cost quote and a paragraph about work order changes and how they were handled vis-a-vis additional costs. We knew there would be no surprises at the end. After we accepted their proposal, Ed came by to look at the job so that he had first hand knowledge of what needed doing; he was the supervisor of the guys who actually did the work. Again, good management of the project was clearly evident. They were able to start fairly quickly; on the appointed day Ward and Ryan showed up on time...which they did every day of the project. They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves meticulously at the end of each day. They were more demanding of the quality of the workmanship than I was! As example, Ryan re-painted an entire wall rather than just the fairly small area of sheet rock that was patched, as he told me that with eggshell paint you can get a different light reflectance if the paint had dried at different times...called 'flashing', he said. Who knew?!? This project was on time, on budget, well done, with excellent results.

I enlisted the services of ATi to remove the fluorescent lighting and soffit in my master bath, texture and paint the walls, and install new baseboards, light, and mirror. They also replaced the door to my outside storage unit. As other reviews indicated, Jack Z. came to provide an estimate and showed me a copy of his license and liability insurance. He was professional, and it was good to hear that they valued smaller projects like mine as well as larger jobs. Ryan arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked tirelessly. He paid attention to detail and consulted with me throughout the process. I appreciated the steps he took to contain the "construction dust" to the work area, and that he swept up at the end of each day. Ed worked on retrofitting the new shed door, and it came out great. When the paint dried after the final day of work, I felt some of the texturing around a couple of tricky angles in the wall needed a little more work. I was about to call Ed, when I received a call from Jack following up to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I told him of the issue, and Ryan returned that afternoon. He textured the areas some more until I was satisfied. I appreciated ATi's excellent customer service and follow-up.

We had rented our house out for the last 2 years. Due to the wear and tear of our renters the interior of the home was in desperate need of help. I looked on Angie's list to try and find someone who would be able to do everything that we wanted rather than having to contract out with multiple people. I read the great reviews others had left for Jack and ATI Services and decided to give them a call. Jack was quick to respond to my initial call and was prompt when meeting us to tour the home to determine what exactly we were looking to do. He provided us with a copy of his license and insurance right away and took measurements. Within 1 day I had a comprehensive and thorough quote which we believed was extremely reasonable for all the work and timeframe we were wanting the work done in. On the first day of work, Jack's crew was here on time (early even) and ready to get to work. Joe and Eddie were especially great with all of the painting and everything else that they did. They were so nice, approachable and patient with us throughout the entire job. We are so very happy with how everything turned out and the great job that ATI and Jack did. We have recommended ATI to several of our friends and co-workers and are even having them come back to do additional work for us. Thank you Jack and ATI!!!

I contacted ATi Services and Jack Z. was a professional all through the process. He was on time and from start to finish and ATi Services was on the ball every step of the way. Professional. Pleasant and Very Helpful. I bought a 1925 Bungalow Home that was in Foreclosure and I called Jack Z to see if he could help me. Since I didn't own the home, at that time,he charged me a consulting fee for the estimate of $350 dollars that was totally refunded since I move forward with the project. ATi Services is awesome. The estimate came in quickly and it covered the entire home and Jack helped with the design and color selections. He was spot on. He captured my vision and then some. ATi has some wonderful folks working hard each and every day to ensure a quality finished project. Ed, ATi's Operation Manager knows how to get it done. He took charge of Jack's vision and detailed the work to his crew. Joe, Ryan, Wade, James and Eddie did a fabulous job but what is most impressive is the fact these guys show up every day on time, clean up after themselves and define the word polite. They exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. These guys can do it all and they do it very well. They are now my "Go To Guys" for all the remodeling needs I have moving forward. Jack Zoinierowski did an honest and knowledgeable presentation of selling the job. His positive and well-documented approach made us comfortable that he would ensure that all would go well. Ed, the supervisor of our four-day project was so positive with us and also wonderful with the two workers he was supervising. Professionalism reigned among all workers. Joe and Eddie, the two gentlemen who were here for four days were respectful, attentive, and thorough. All personnel from ATi had our best interest at heart including trying two different stains which meant sanding a door again, in order to match the inside sheen. I was recovering from a December 2, 2014 knee replacement which mandated that I ice my knee via a machine. I was comfortable doing that while the men worked. I felt safe. Maybe best of all, Joe and Eddie took amazing pride in their work and wanted not only to please me, but have a fine sense of a "job well done" on their part. I will use ATI again and I would ask for the same trustworthy and excellent workers again.
