The owner Scott and his assistant came to our home with a number of samples to replace our window treatments which were dated 1988. We replaced everything in our 3000 sq ft home. Because of the holidays, we split the installation with a partial install prior to Christmas and the rest around mid-January. Adam is their installer and he arrived with all of our shades and sheers and sunbursts and was very professional with the installation. He removed our old blinds and hauled them all away. The shades all look great and we are very happy with our purchase, We are thinking about using them again for our bedding covers.

Scott came to our home with a number of samples and discussed options for our window treatments. We knew what we wanted for our 2 bedrooms but were unsure about our living room and kitchen. He had great ideas but was not pushy. We agreed to purchse our shades and set up an installation date 2 weeks later. Adam arrived with all of our shades and was very professional with his installation. He removed our old blinds and took them all away which was great! When he was finished, he cleaned up and helped us spackle some areas on the ceiling where our old blinds were connected. The shades all look great and we are very happy with our purchase,

I have used Artistic Windows several time over the past few years. The owner is very professional and they were able to provide excellent service and delivery. I was very pleased with the results. My availability was limited and the owner recognized that and did a great job or respecting my time and was extremely flexible with accommodating me after regular business hours. They were my third quote. I did not share previous information. They were not only less expensive, but better fabric selection, more folds in the drapes than previous designer quotes and got the job done faster and before we expected it to be done. It was the day before a holiday weekend(thanksgiving). Most business owners take that day off. Scott and Chris got the install done perfectly and made our weekend. Any administrative frustrations you may have with contacting them and scheduling should be taken into consideration. This is a local owned company with a strong work ethic. They do not employ frivolously or waste overhead on admin staff. Respect their time and you will save money and get the window treatments beyond your dreams. At a FAIR price.

Scott and Chris were reliable and professional. They had a wide variety of samples to chose from. Turnaround time was approximately two weeks. I am very satisfied with their service.

Overall, it went great. Scott listens to your likes, dislikes and recommends materials that fit your needs and budget. He shows up on time, orders and installs in a timely manner and follows up to ensure you are completely satisfied.

Scott was so pleasant and easy to work with. He listened and really helped narrow down the selection. He was attentive, prompt, and professional. He was flexible and quickly responded by scheduling a Saturday appointment. Adam, the installer arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. The shades look great and we are very pleased with our experience with Artistic Windows. I would highly recommend Scott.

Prompt return call for bid. Scott was professional when he came out to show samples. Shades were ordered and installed about 2 weeks later by Adam. Adam noticed a small run in one of the shades that I would have not noticed for weeks - and immediately said he would call in a replacement and install for no charge. Great service, will be ordering more treatments in the near future.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. The original order was the wrong size, reorder was rushed and shutters delivered and installed the following week. The Plantation shutters look great

Scott and Gloria came to our home with samples and helped me select the best option for our huge windows based both on our needs and style preferences. I had never used this particular window treatment before and Scott was great at explaining how it worked and why it was popular in sunny climes. We love the shades and find them very easy to use, just as described. Adam is an excellent installer and did a terrific job; he was lightning-quick, careful, neat, and polite. Minor quibbles: on installation day, we discovered that a couple of items needed to be replaced and this meant having only partial window treatments in the MB in the interim. Also, we weren't clear about a couple of minor preferences at installation, and it would have been helpful if we were asked more questions about cord length, etc., before the shades were hung. We'd be happy to work with Artistic Windows again. They have great enthusiasm for what they do and they stand by their work.

I am so pleased with Artistic Windows. They came to my house with samples of the different blinds they offer and measured my windows. I placed my order and delivery was made when promised. Their delivery time (due to special ordering for size) was as promised... and much sooner than another local company I checked out. The young man that installed my blinds was prompt, courteous, fast... and he cleaned up after himself. I love my new blinds. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Everything went very well. Intially I had called and stated I wanted a shutter for my one windows. When they came to the house, they listened to what I wanted and explained to me more about shutters. Based on that discussion I realized that a shutter was not the best for that situation but a vertical blind would work best for me. Based on the price of the blinds, I decided to get verticals through out the entire house. The installer came out on time and installed the blinds. He was very professional. I love my blinds - they are exactly what I looking for and they make my house look so much nicer!

What a pleasure it was dealing with Scott and Cheryl at Artistic Windows. We were having windows replaced throughout our house and decided to also replace all the window coverings. Scott and Cheryl came out to the house shortly after my initial call and with their assistance we replaced every window covering in the house. All the blinds came in exactly when Scott said they would, but unfortunately our windows did not. After holding our order for two weeks I had Scott deliver the blinds to my house because we were not sure when the windows were going to arrive. Almost four months later our windows finally arrived and Adam, Scott's installer, came out and removed all the old blinds. However, it was still almost a month later before the new blinds could be installed. When I called Scott to ask what our next step would be I was surprised he even remembered us after so long. We set up a installation time with Adam, who by the way is incredible, and they were installed in no time at all. The customer service you receive with Scott and Cheryl is far above the norm, and their products are top quality. I am recommending them to anyone and everyone I know.

His staff came in on the day assigned, hung the treatment, insured it was what I needed and cleaned up after himself. Great job and would recommend him anytime. I rated him a "B" on price because of the materials I chose. His work is worth every cent he did though.

They did an outstanding job. They really knew their business and they were very thorough. Our house is very old and it was difficult for them to put the rods in. They were here throughout the day because they had to do two rooms. The quality of their work was good and I was very pleased with them.

Scott went out of his way to accommodate our tight time frame. He met us at our house after work hours and took us back to his shop to go over designs. Blinds were up and installed in less than 2 weeks from initial contact. Installer was on time and professional. We would defiantly do business with Artistic Windows again.

They were recommended to us by the real estate agent we used when we purchased the house. They are very punctual, their pricing is fair and they provide excellent customer service. If you call them, they are quick to get back. Scott Sowder is the owner and he is very easy to work with. When he comes out, he will bring samples with him. He?ll take the measurements and as soon as everything is ready, he?ll call and schedule the installation.

We decided to have draperies replaced with cellular shades because we are very happy with the way the shades looked in the other rooms in the house. Since we were very pleased with the jobs done in the past by Scott Sowder and Artistic Windows, calling him was a no brainer. Scott responded to my call by welcoming us back to Tampa. How nice to be treated like an old friend rather than just another customer. We set up an appointment and when I voiced a concern about a shade installed last year, Scott sent someone over immediately to correct the problem. Scott then scheduled a time to give us an estimate on the bedroom shades. The new shades were installed in two weeks time. Adam, the installer, was as usual, punctual, professional, and efficient. He works quickly and quietly and leaves no mess. Dealing with Artistic Windows is always a pleasant experience.

WHEN I ASKED IF HE COULD RECOMMEND A CARPENTER BECAUSE WE NEEDED SUB FLOORING REPLACED HE NOT ONLY GAVE US A NAME BUT BROUGHT HIM TO THE HOUSE TO INTRODUCE HIM TO US. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GENTLEMAN. HE WAS REALLY GREAT. THE SHADES ARE TOP QUALITY, INSTALLATION WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK AND SCOTT CALLED TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS AS DESIRED. WE DID HIRE THE CARPENTER HE RECOMMENDED AND SCOTT KEPT IN TOUCH TO BE SURE WE WERE HAPPY.

CHERYL WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THE DEFECTIVE BLINDS. THEY SEEMED TO HAVE NOT BEEN FINISHED PROPERLY. NO PROBLEM WITH GETTING THE REPLACEMENTS AND THE INSTALLER IS FAST AND FANTASTIC AS WELL.

THEIR LACK OF PUNCTUALITY FOR THE INITIAL SALES CALL AND INSTALLATION WAS OFFSET BY DELIVERING A BEAUTIFUL PRODUCT AS PROMISED AND ON THE DATE AS PROMISED. BOTH SCOTT AND SHERYL ARE PLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH AND KNOWLEGEABLE ABOUT WINDOW TREATMENTS. WE DID NOT GET A COMPETITIVE BID.
