The first time I went I had to wait an hour. They were kind enough to squeeze me in, but it was a long wait. Subsequent visits have not been much of a wait at all. I waited to review him until I saw what the situation was regarding the wait. Now I just make a point to ask when they aren't busy and pick a time when I know there will not be a wait. Dr. Bruce is excellent. He has a couple of things that make his treatment extra nice, including a warm, vibrating, water filled mattress that really relaxes the back so you adjust well. His prices are very fair, and he is very dedicated to helping his patients. I like that he doesn't press you to come back on a regular basis, which some chiropractors do, but lets you decide when you need an adjustment. I tend to have tight muscles in my back and hips and he does a stretch where he actually lays over my body to increase the stretch. It is very effective in loosening up tight muscles. He applies whatever techniques he feels work best for you, and he takes the time to be thorough.

He was on-time and finished in about 30 min.

Terrible follow-through, price gauging, failed to complete the work and provide the parts that were quoted and paid for -- am working with credit card company to dispute charges since attempts to work with the company have failed. I initially contacted them to drain, clean, and refill my spa and to measure for a replacement spa cover. They measured for a new cover and delivered it about 2 weeks later - I was happy with that. What was promised on the phone call and what was actually done with respect to the cleaning service was close so I had no issue. After refilling, it was determined that the spa pack had burned out as luck would have it -- it had been working fine for 5yrs. I asked them for a quote for the spa pack to include a replacement top side controller. They never actually spoke with me to provide the quote, but rather left a voice mail to call for the quote, so I was surprised to come home one day to find they had replaced the spa pack - without my explicit go-ahead. I called because at the time they did not complete the work, and to discuss one other issue I wanted them to take a look at. I was told numerous times they tech would be out in a few days to complete the spa pack and top side replacement, and would look at the other issue too...it took probably 3 calls to them to constantly ask when they'd complete the job, and to ask them to please call with a recommendation for the other issue -- their follow-through was extremely poor. They did come out to complete the spa pack replacement work sometime in the weeks following my repeated calls to them. After I received the bill, I did some searches on the Internet to see how the price they charged (just for the replacement spa pack, not the labor) compared. I was shocked at their price and felt completely taken for a ride. I called and talked to Craig, told him the spa pack (with the exact same model number) was available on the internet for less than half. He tried to explain that it probably did not include the top side controller. It did. I asked him to review his price and let me know if there was anything he was willing to do -- especially since I never gave them the go-ahead to perform that work, since he'd never actually provided my with a quote. I feel they took advantage of the fact that they had my credit card information from my cleaning service and replacement cover orders. I also told Craig that the top side had never been installed and to follow-up and get that completed. 2 months later it has still not been completed. Suffice it to say, I'm massively disappointed in this company, their underhandedness, their lack of responsiveness, and their dishonesty. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I only have one criticism. I thought I was getting an incredible deal on implants and it turned out I was not. The way he structures his billing I wish I had known that. He does not do it all, he only does the actual implant. He does not do the crown. Two implants with him cost 5,000 dollars. It turns out the crown cost a lot more than the average crown. It turned out that with the implants and crown it was more like 6,000 dollars. I had such a good experience that I was not to preoccupied with this. I was not to happy with the finances. He is more expensive than he seems to be. He is really amazing. He has a really relaxed, calm, and gentle manner. He talks to you and explains everything in enormous detail. I like that. I get the feeling that he is not going to push it on people that are not interested. If you express interest he will explain every step of the process. He tells you when you will be back and this is what we are going to do then. I really like his manner, which is really, really calm. He is very phenomenally gentle with the needle. He is not afraid to give as many shots as needed to numb you. He also extracted a tooth. He was very gentle and not at all complicated. Dr. Patterson was extremely effective, in a very calm and relaxing way.

I love having the additional security lights when I come home in the dark. By the time I was satisfied that the lights illuminated the areas I wanted, he had had to move them around quite a bit. He did so, not only without complaint, but with a smile. I am also glad to have had the wiring in the attic checked and updated. The one part I did not like was the cheap covers he put on the switches and outlets. They were modern, which did not match with the house style. And they were plastic, and just looked cheap. So I cleaned up the old metal ones and had him reused them. But other than that, I was more than satisfied, and will have him back to do any other electical work that I need. Except I don't think there is anything left to do!

On time, reasonable price for a service call and we are purchasing a new machine that fits our needs instead of investing more money in a machine that Randy says was built poorly from the start.

They were there when they said they would and were prompt. They were there even earlier than their scheduled time. So far everything has been fine and I still have to check if the termite control was done properly and if I don’t see anything then it is good.

We bought a house knowing it has termites and that we would need both subterranean and drywood treatments. While working on other aspects we got inspections/quotes from about 10 different companies in the bay area and did some research ourselves. The warranty and service contract for Bay Area is what ultimately decided it for us. They were not the cheapest but they also were not the most expensive. They gave the longest warranty for the tenting of the house though which is important with drywood termites. If you look into the lifecycle of drywoods on various websites you will see that they take 2+ years to become fully mature and send out swarmers. Many companies gave a 3 month warranty on the tenting. If you are tented in May and see swarming again that year... the tenting was not effective based on everything we know about drywood termite lifecycles. Any company with warranties too short was immediately eliminated. That left Bay Area and a handful of others. Again their initial cost was mid-range. Their follow up costs for maintaining the contract tied them though with companies that were cheaper initially. The tie breaker here was that they retreat the attic with termidor every other year when they reinspect. On the off years, they retreat the crawl space under the house. It isn't going to absolutely guarantee that the house wont eventually get reinfected but it was more than others were doing by far.

Pat is FABULOUS. Very professional and personable. I left him alone in my home for hours. He is very trustworthy. He did a great job on my kitchen renovation. He was prompt everyday. Very respectful of myself and my home. He also is very flexible. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a fair price for a great result. Ilive in Pataskala and he drove to my house every day. He seems to service most, if not all of the Columbus and surrounding area.

They are an excellent company. We have been using them for a long time now. They have just been very good. We have been termite free for many years now.

He was prompt and professional. He installed a new electrical outlet in less than an hour. He did a really good job and he was quick. My overall experience with this service was great.

The appointment prior to the colonoscopy was to check me over to make sure there were no other issues. The appointment was on time and the staff were friendly and professional. The actual colonoscopy was at the hospital. Dr. Larson came to talk with me before the procedure to answer any questions and then he came out after it was over to discuss how it went. I can't recommend Dr. Larson enough. He is the rare physician who considers the whole patient and asks about diet, stress, etc. I believe he really listens to what patients say and that he genuinely cares. He also has a good sense of humor which is refreshing.

As a person who doesn't like to wait, I was happy with the short wait time in the waiting room. The nurses and staff were professional and friendly. I personally enjoyed the Christian environment. I also didn't have wait long at all to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner and was thoroughly checked out and given the all clear.

,The move went very well and we ended up paying about $200 less than the original estimate. The guys were all friendly and worked quickly and efficiently.

They were neat, courteous, trustworthy and always on time. We will have them back again to do any kind of plumbing work that comes up. I can't say enough good things about this company!

I really enjoy Dr. Moore. He takes time in the room to listen to what is going on and you can tell he really enjoys his job. The office staff is incredibly nice as well as the PA's and nurses. They will go out of their way to try and answer questions or get you into the office. I would not take my kids anywhere else.

I really like everything about their practice. Their entire staff are very helpful and professional.

These guys did a great job. I have a large house (4000sq. ft) with mostly carpet. My carpets were filthy. They had spots and pet stains and overall ground in dirt from wear. My original estimate for $350 or so. I added pet cleaner and scotchguard to several rooms, added 4 large throw rugs and four dinning room chairs. I fell victim to: "since they're here......" If you want to stay in your budget, just say NO. Neither of the two guys that showed up pushed any additional service; they just let me kow what was available. I did say no to the air duct cleaning. They came in, did their job quickly and effectively. They were neat, clean and polite. My carpets dried quickly. I will use them again.

Overall the service I received was great. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They were great, they just can't come to your residence during rain. Other than that, they get an A.

We have not had any problems with them. Our daughter has a yearly annual contract with them.

They came out and did the job well. I would definitely use them again in the future.

i hope that you make a wiser decision than I did by finding a better surgeon than I did. I did not know of anyone who Dr, Man had done. I shoud have gone with the surgeons my friends had used and were happy with,
