Roger was super professional and timely, and was INCREDIBLY helpful when the dryer didn’t originally fit though the door to the patio. The washer and dryer are both in great condition. The W/D were a great deal for the price, and he did the install himself, even running to the store himself to get a part for my specific hookup. On top of that he was really nice though the whole process, and Instantly responsive when I messaged him initially to ask about the machines. He was also able to deliver and install them THE NEXT DAY which is amazing and probably more than I could ask anyone else for. 10/10 I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a washer/dryer and the services that go with them.

Very quick with responding to inquiry. Great selection and quality of appliances. They even helped with loading up the appliances onto our truck and answered all questions. They provided us with the extra needed tools for hook up. Felt they were very transparent and everything worked fine at home. Overall we were very pleased to have found their services. If you are looking to find good quality appliances with little to no time to search, we would definitely recommend!

Roger has 20 years experience, and was able to explain options: repair, replace, or buy a used replacement. Since he specializes in refurbishing, he was able to offer me a refurbished dishwasher. I also purchased a refurbished refrigerator from him at a very reasonable price. He was easy to work with.

Roger came to install washer and dryer made sure it was working before he left. Had a question regarding my washer 30 minutes after it was installed, Roger came 5 min after I called. He was so helpful. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.
