Eric was the technician sent to my home Tuesday, April 22. He ascertained that the igniter was the issue with my gas dryer. He had an igniter with him, but it was broken. He was going to order one and thought he would be back the following Thursday to make the installation. When I didn't hear from them Thursday morning I called to find that I wasn't on the schedule at all for that day. They called me back within the hour to let me know the part had arrived and they would be out that day with it. Eric came back and was able to get the part installed and test it to ensure all was working fine. He was very courteous and did a great job. He did tell me that if I wasn't happy to say that Chris was the person who made the repairs. LOL. The only thing I would change is removal of Saturday hours on the web page.

The gentleman that came to my home, Eric, was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this company. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I paid for the service and on contacting the company was notified that they did not service appliances in my area. They refunded the payment. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Angieslist, however, was unable to remove the "NAGGING" screen which demanded a review of a service never negotiated for a transaction made in 2011. This despite 2 calls and a couple emails explaining the situation. Filling out this form evaluating a non-event appears to be the only way to remove the NAG screen from my Angieslist account.

My dryer stopped heating. I called Appliance Repair Specialists and told them the problem I was having. I told them what I had checked. They asked for the serial number to make sure they had the right parts on the truck. Chris arrived on the front side of the arrival window. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I had him do there repair. He finished pretty quickly. Everything was put back in place and we could start drying clothes again. The estimate was exact. Chris was very nice. I will use Appliance Repair Specialists in the future if the need arises. I highly recommend them.

A couple years ago, I contacted this company from Angie's list and have called upon them whenever appliances in our properties need repair. They have always performed superbly. On this occasion and by coincidence the washing machine, refrigerator and dish washer needed repair. I called and was scheduled an appointment within a week. Two technicians arrived as scheduled and immediately knew what and how to repair the items. The washing machine had a bra underwire lodged between the inner and outer drum. Refrigerator had water building up on freezer floor and was leaking. The dish washer side brackets were not mounted correctly which made the door opening loose. Completed all repairs were expertly and expeditiously. The technician were courteous and professional.

The only problem is that they do not have much experience with LG dishwashers. They did tell us that LG only has 1% of the dishwasher market. They were first thought that the pump needed to be replaced so we had to wait a week for it to be delivered from Jacksonville. When they went to put it in they found out that there was nothing wrong with our pump. I give them high marks for their honesty. They then ordered a control board. We were again told it would take a week for it to arrive. . When we did not hear from them after a week we called. We found out that the control board was in but some other part was ordered from Las Vegas and they were waiting for that. This was a simple mix up and the part was not for us. They then came out and repaired our dishwasher by installing the new control panel.

I found this company on Angie's List they would have gotten an A Had their availability been better. Overall Overall they did a very good job and the technician was very good.

Instead of spending money fixing it, he suggested I just buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty.

The kid, Tyson, that was going to do the repair stormed in our house, grabbed his toolbox and hollered, "I don't work for free!" He left our front door WIDE open, he is lucky our two small dogs did not get out. How rude is this kid! I cannot believe that with this economy they are trying to overcharge and disrepect their customers. $109 plus tax to remove front panel and pull drum forward, NO THANKS.

The price was very appropriate for the service call. He was clean, did everything he could, and then left. You couldn't ask for anything more.

Service tech Mario was courteous and professional. Offered repair by ordering new hose part. Declined service due to simplicity of fix by to repair existing hose. If I had been unable to perform repair, I would have asked him to provide service. I had originally ordered the service call by using their on-line service request. The request was answered in a timely manner. Other companies I have dealt with in the past seem to ignore their on-line and email requests or monitor them very rarely. Good experience.

They did not service our area so we had to cancel.

Tech can and was professional. After looking up issues with washer, found a problem with a switch that could cause problem with washer stopping mid cycle. Ordered part and returned about a week later. Installed part. Very professional. Washer worked well for about a month and problem returned. Replace washer.

We purchased a new washer on his recommendation, only to find that the dryer didn't work as he suggested it would. We had to replace that as well. It was probably an honest mistake, but if he had been more thorough with his inspection, we could have either serviced the dryer or replaced both units at the same time saving us time, expense and extra aggravation; not to mention an extra trip or two to a laundromat!

I joined Angie's list because we needed a service provider we could depend on after a bad experience with another provider who could not diagnose the problem. I found Appliance Repair Specialists on your recommended list in our area. I Called and they came the next day. The gentleman was polite and diagnosed the problem promptly. As mentioned previously he called ordered the part, it arrived yesterday and they scheduled for him to come today and switch the parts out. All seems to be going well.

Went great! Very professional! Arrived on time analyzed the problem and ordered the part needed. Came back the next day to install the part.

I called because they advertise same-day service and we had used them before. They could not come for three days. Think it would be wise for them to withdraw advertising "same-day" service.

Mario, the technician arrived as scheduled. He immediately diagnosed the problem a a bad thermal fuse. He had one on the service truck so was able to repair the dryer the same day. Mario was very professional and knowledgeable. He seemed to be uncomfortable with the cost of the repair but stated that he had to go by the service guide that was provided to him. I found it odd that the part was waranteed for 90 days but the labor only 30 days, especially since the part was less than 1/20 of the cost of the repair. We are now in to the third week since the repair and everything seems to working perfectly.

They were totally professional from start to finish. Mario showed up as promised & went to work right away. Within a 1/2 hour, he had determined the problem. He also gave me the option of being able to save money by allowing the refrigerator to defrost on its own rather than having him do the job. I agreed to do that since it was going to save me $80.00 on the cost of the job. By the next day (Sunday) I was able to plug the refrigerator in & it started working fine right away.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The services were fine. It was great and I've used them since. They were on time, fast and efficient. The door does squeak very loudly and it is very noisy. They were here on time and they did what they said. It has worked ever since.

I called them the week before and they came out the next day and he found out it needed a part that had to be ordered. It was, and they called on the 17th to come on the 18th. The repairman completed the replacement in good time and was very professional and courteous. Also, they had a coupon on Angie's List that I was able to use

A. The technician told me what the problem was, and the cost to repair it. He was polite and professional. The repair cost was too expensive so I bought a new one instead. He answered all my questions. Very satisfied.

Mario arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us the parts cost in the sears / whirlpool documentation. We agreed to the service and he fixed it quickly. He was polite and professional and we definitely use them again. The Angie's list coupon for $20 was also a win!
