They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and the ice maker works. They did a good job and deserve a gold star at the top of their paper.

ARS responded quickly...I called shortly after 8AM and was given a time range of 3PM-6PM that same day for repair. The tech arrived shortly after 3PM , quickly determined the problem, and quickly fixed the problem. I was very satisfied with ARS response time, the professionalism of the tech, Tyson, and the price. I recommend ARS and would certainly call them again if I needed to have an appliance repaired.

I called on Wednesday and made an appt. for Friday, he arrived on time, was very polite, the problem was a blown fuse, he had the fuse on the truck, it took less than an hour. The best part, I bought a coupon on Angie"s list . I paid 30.00 for it, my bill came to $192.39, after the coupon was deducted I only paid $52.39, a $140 discount. Got to love that

We were very pleased. Our technician, Mario, was most professional and appeared to know what he was doing. Our refrigerator quit cooling on a Friday night.......We called the Appliance Repair Specialists at 8AM on Saturday. Mario was at our home by 2PM. He was in our home about an hour. Checked out the situation and fixed the problem. We could not be any more pleased with the outcome. It is nice to know of such a company to call in time of need.

Although my Kenmore Elite was only 4 years old, it had bit the dust. The rep. was very honest, and informed me that the machine was not worth fixing. (Because of the cost of parts and labor) I later checked with someone else who told me the same thing. I appreciated the assistance that this company gave me in regards to new washers to look at, and ones to stay away from. I found this company very honest and will call them again in the future!

They had given me a quote and then did the work. He did fine work and he knew what e was doing. He was familiar with the model. I had an Angie's List $20 coupon and it seemed like he was going to charge me $130 whether or not I had the coupon; that was the feeling I got from him. They came out within two days of when I called. He was professional and knew what he was doing. I would use them again.

My refrigerator stopped working. Since it was in warranty, I called the manufacturer who gave me a list of authorized service companies in the Tampa Bay area. I checked Angie's List and called one that sounded good. They were very responsive and sent someone out the next day. He quickly found the cause of the problem and replaced the defective part with one he had on his truck. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the refrigerator was returned to full operation. The repair was covered under warranty, and I didn't have to fill out any additional paperwork. Shortly afterwards, the company sent me a thank you note and included cupons for discounts on future services.

The price was acceptable. They were prompt and professional. They were able to repair the refrigerator. Their professionalism and knowledge were very good.

They came but could not fix the appliance. They told me that it could not be repaired.

Scheduling and communication were always very good. I will definitely use their services again in the future should the need arise. I don't know about pricing, because my frig was still under warranty.

My oven locked itself closed after a self-cleaning cycle. I called Appliance Repair Specialists as I've used them before and they were great. Tyson, the tech, showed up right on time and found that I needed a new locking mechanism as I had broken it. He gave me an estimate and ordered the part. Tyson came back, right on time, and installed it. I'm back in the oven business. Tyson is the man!

Did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, had a very professional manner and repaired the dryer for a reasonable price.

I was going to throw the washing machine away because they are usually too expensive to fix. But, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get it to work with a fair price!
