Absolutely perfect. Third time I have used this company all for unrelated appliance problems. they are proffessional, trustworthy, and very fair on price. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Prompt, Informative, Friendly . Freezer is 20yrs old but way to expensive to replace. So we thought we would get an estimate on a repair. It is in great condition so it was well worth the cost. Explained the entire process. Great company!!!

Very impressed with how courteous these guys are. We are having construction done and the electrical service was moved from one point to another by the electrician. There were some electrical issues where the electrician was pointing their fingers at the electric company claiming they dropped a neutral and as a result there was damage done to several items including the refrigerator. In other words, we had useless frig because it was not cooling. Luckily, we had a small frig to make do, but lost about $300 worth of food and the ice was melted water on our kitchen floor. The technician that came out to fix our frig (Tyson) did an excellent job. He explained what needed to be done. He gave us the details of the damage done: compressor relay overload and condenser fan circuit shorted and gave us an estimate so we could determine if it was worth repairing or just getting a new frig. We opted to repair since I love my frig and the cost to repair was not as high as we feared it might be. I'm so glad we called these guys. They were right on the ball, explained how long it would be to get the parts in, called to make an appt for repair and even arrived earlier than the estimated appt time. Tyson repaired the frig quickly and we are so happy to have ice! We made the first trip to the grocery store tonight since the repair and it feels good to have some cold food and drinks in the house... It's been a long week living out of a tiny frig and eating out all of the time so we could have cold drinks with ice. Polite, efficient===Thumbs up!!!

arrived late. said coupon did not cover the cost of the job so, lets see now $75.00 plus $139.00 is $209.00 for 15 minutes work. seems steep to me. He did the work, I just felt that I was overcharged. by $139.00. I think I could have not botherd with the cupon, or the cupon chould have coverd the cost of a rather minor job. Unfortuanatly I can become intimidated a allow people to take advantage of me. My fault for refusing the job and following up with angies' list. Maybe $210 is right, but my sense is that the coupon should have covered it.

I called Whirlpool about the problem and they said they could ship the part (new Pump for less than 40.00)to me. However, I am in no condition to attempt the repair myself, and opted to have service provided. I just thought they did a great job , but 150.00 for labor seemed a little steep.

They’re actually very nice. They came out and took care of it and took all the parts out and they thought pricing and all of that. I really appreciated. They came back to care of it and I miss them but then they came back again so they’ve been very nice and very professional.

I contacted Appliance Repair from Angie's List and the person that answered was very helpful, tried to call a repair person that had been in my area to try to catch him, and then called me back to let me know he was gone from the area, but they could set appointment for the next morning. He called me later when he said he would to give me a time frame, and the repairman, Chris, did show up right on time, was very personable, professional, and efficient. Who could ask for more? (he even put up with my dog that was determined to HELP him). I have already give out the company information to a friend that thinks she needs to have a repair. I would recommend and I will use them again. I dont really know what it should have cost, however, just due to the fact they could come out right away made it worth it to me. PLUS they had an Angie's List coupon that I used so I did rate price an A.

Second time I have used this company.Both times the companies technician Mario came out. He was very professional friendly and patient in explaining appliance issues. He gave us the best deal he could. Solid honest company and technician.

The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. He replaced the faulty part and was honest when answering all my questions. I had forgotten to give the technician my Angie's coupon and after the technician had left, I went to their place of business with the coupon and a new check. They graciously accepted the coupon and check and mailed back my original check within a day or so. I was very impressed with the easy going and friendly atmosphere at their place of business.

There are still good people in this world and Eric the service manager is one of them. We could not find the manual for our washing machine and we had a washer full of sopping wet clothes and a ton of laundry that needed to be done. I called and spoke to Eric about the problem I was having with my washing machine and gave him the error code and model number of my machine. He reviewed the pricing of the service call with me and informed me that he could send someone out the next day. As we were in a bind, he accessed the manual for our machine and advised that we check the filter for the drain first and that he would have someone to us as quickly as possible. In the approximately 7 years we've had the washer, we've never even thought about cleaning the filter for the drain as maintenance - saying it was nasty is an understatement. I think my husband found every sock we've ever lost as well as coins, broken pencils, etc. It worked!!!! We kind of feel bad about this costing you a service call, but Eric's willingness to help and his honesty has put your company at the top of our call list, and we honestly recommend your company to anyone who needs service for their appliances. It took a couple of visits to figure out the problem but I was satisfied with the repair.

I called this vendor on 03/22/2013. My information was taken over the phone and I was told that I would be called by a dispatcher either Saturday (03232013) or Monday (03252013). It is now Wednesday (03/27/2013) and I'm back on Angie's List looking for another vendor that will perhaps call me back./drain water.

Overall, this was a very good experience. I contacted Appliance Repair on Wednesday. I was informed that the repair team was in training for the next two days, but that they could schedule me for Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise. The company called me Friday afternoon to confirm that the repair person would be at my home on Saturday, between 10-12. Tyson, the repairman showed up at 10:30am and promptly diagnosed the problem. He provided an estimate and got to work. He had the part installed in less than 15 minutes. When he tested the icemaker he determined that there was ice built up in the dispenser and got his steam gun to thaw out the ice and remove the blockage. He also cleaned up any water and ice that fell on the floor. I was very pleased with his technical ability and professionalism. I would recommend this company to others.

I was very, very pleased with the service of the company. Chris was friendly, very polite and explained fully what the problem had been. He allowed me time to clean the area (previously unseen as behind a panel). He also answered questions about my stove and explained the procedure for getting new parts. He saved me a great deal of money by doing the repair so that I did not have to purchase a new refrigerator. I will definitely use the company again, asking for Chris of course. And I will definitely recommend ARS should anyone I know need an appliance repaired.

Could not have asked for better service. This is the second time we have used ARS and both times Mario (should be called Super Mario) was the technician. He diagnosed the refrigerator problem in less than five minutes. Defrosted the block of ice on the evaporator, replaced the thermostat and checked the performance after the repair. No mess, no problems. Diagnosed the dishwasher door assist problem as an improperly installed repair by the warranty repairman (not ARS) and replaced the parts with ones I had already bought to do the repair myself. Mario was done in less than five minutes. Would have taken me an hour to figure out how it was supposed to be configured. Quick service (next day), although the first time I used them a year ago they were in the area and arrived within 45 minutes of my call. Neat, clean, extremely competent, courteous, fast, reasonable pricing, no up selling, parts on the truck. Can't ask for anything more. Would recommend ARS, particularly Mario, to anyone and everyone.

He did a good job and I have no complains. He told me how to get a part and I ended up buying online. He knows what he's doing and he is very prompt.

It was a great experience and I would use them again. The cost was 161.33, the additional 35.00 was for the diagnosis of the dishwasher that was not repaired.

Our refrigerator went on the blink so we brought up Angies List and gave Appliance center a call. They responded very quickly and the technition was at our house in just a few hours. It turned out that the circulation fan in the refrigerator had failed. He did not have the part with him so we thought he would return the next day as it after 5 pm when this was discovered. He however made the extra effort of picking up the part and returning to complete the repair. He was very efficient and personable. I would definitely use him in the future.

they came out on as schedule called ahead to tell they were on their way, it turned out i needed a part it was ordered and as soon as it came i the came out and replaced, Mario was very professional and polite was was really impressed with the service and company would definitely use again

Service Tech, Lance Kimball, diagnosed the problem with dryer not heating and replaced the heating element. He also recommended that the dryer duct be cleaned through to the outside vent and referred us to someone to do the vent cleaning.. Service was prompt, professional and courteous.

The tech was timely and polite. Work was completed. Part was ordered and they worked around my schedule to finish job.

He explained the process, (removing oven from cabinet, tking entirely apart, replace bulb and reassemble).
