Thank you for taking the time to send in a review. I really do appreciate the feedback. Hopefully next time our availability will be better. Unfortunately I lost a couple of technicians. Finding technicians that are well trained, professional, and can pass a background check is harder than you think. We have finally restaffed and hopefully in the future we can service you in a timely manor. Here is a copy of the information we receive for your service request through Angie's List: "(1) Whirlpool Dryer wont start, (2) GE Refrigerator (a) Ice maker jams due to missing / broken part, (b) Drain @ bottom clogged I believe, leaking on floor. Member suggested dates to schedule service: Afternoon (PM) on 2/25/2014 Afternoon (PM) on 2/26/2014 Afternoon (PM) on 2/27/2014" We do not receive any email, phone number or address from these request through Angie's List. We can only respond to you through the Angie's List web site. We try to respond quickly, but without talking to you directly is does slow down the repair service.
