Went very well from start to finish. Had a problem with the phone, in terms of letting him in the gate and the elevator access but it was on our end, not his. Worked out fine as neighbor let him in. Very quickly diagnosed and repaired.

We contacted Appliance Center to come out and fix our Kenmore microwave. We kept getting an F7 error which I diagnosed as needing a new inverter, as it was not heating. I contacted AC about coming out and installing the new part. They were quick to come out and look at the microwave after receiving the part. The Tech installed the part and the microwave did not work. He said he would have to take the microwave in and it would take approximately a week for the microwave to get fixed. I told him we had small children and use the microwave many times daily, but they still gave us an estimated fix-time of 1 week, even though they had no clue what was wrong with the microwave. I decided to have Sears come out and fix it as they are more expensive but have always been able to get the appliances working. We had paid $260 for a part and labor that did not fix our microwave. At payment, I presented a coupon for Angie's List customers for $39 once work was completed. They told us they would not honor the coupon because that was only for trip charge, which no one ever mentioned a trip charge to begin. They had only told us that it would be $100 for labor. After discussions with the Manager there, they still would not honor the coupon. I felt this was very misleading and after explaining our entire case to the Manager, he was not very understanding. I'm a huge fan of great customer service and did not feel that we were treated in a fair and honest way. Next time I will ALWAYS call Sears as they always do what they say they will do.

I think I wrote the complete 2011 story in previous paragraph, the call I made today was a mistake the operator's (self) fault, I did not have my water filter installed properly and the ice maker shut down, it had operated for nine months with it installed improperly. Chris showed me what I had done wrong.

They came to the house and adjusted the belts on my dryer. The only complaint is that it wasn't same day repair like they said it was. Friendly and answered all of my questions.

I called Applicance Center this afternoon. A live person answered the phone immediately. Within about an hour or so Don called to let me know he was on the way. I had called another company who was not able to come out today. Even though this was not an emergency situation, when I was told someone could be here today and that it would be just a short matter of time, I went ahead with Appliance Center. Don was courteous, answered my questions, and took care of the problem very quickly. He checked out the other things I had asked questions about. I was given a discount. The cost was so reasonable to have the appliances fixed and working. I would not hesitate to contact Appliance Center again in the future. Great job, Don. Thank you.

They answered the phone when I called, and I did not even have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I told them what the problem was, and they told me that the drain hose was probably pushed too far down the tube. They asked me to raise it up a little bit because it was creating a vacuum and would not let it drain. They asked me to call them back if this did not work. I was able to fix the problem by pulling the hose out a little bit and tying it down so it would not drop in again. It was very nice and professional of them to offer help for free when they could have come out and charged me $35 for the service call. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I thought I would have to replace it but the repair was well worth delaying the replacement. Technician, Dan, arrived when he said he would and quickly and efficiently fixed the fridge. In a down economy where there is a place for every penny, prolonging the life of an expensive and necessary item is a win, win.

I have used this Co many times through the years. I call and describe what problems I am having with my appliance and they take the time and help me pinpoint exactly what part I need to buy. They give me a quick lesson on how to replace the part and off I go. They have been dead on each time. One time in particular I indicated to them that I was fed up with my appliance and was open to buying one of theirs and to my surprise they talked me out of buying a new one and reassured me that If I replace this certain part I would once again be happy with my old one and sure enough they were right! Now that's selfless customer service. They also come out and repair your appliances If you don't want to do it yourself.

He was on time. He was very professional. He was kind and courteous. I would not use him in the future. The charge for the visit, quoted on the phone, was larger than what he said it would be.

He failed to fix my fix my refrigerator, and said that he would have to take to his shop, however on the phone he said he would be able to fix it on site.

My experience is an A+! They had to make 2 trips because of parts that were needed. The repair was more difficult than we expected. They only charged me 1/2 of the price of the service charge and installation for the second visit. They were very prompt, professional, and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The first time he came out he didn't have the right switch because I did not have the model number. He came out a 2nd time with the right switch and fixed it for no extra charge. We also had something wrong with our refrigerator which he repaired as well for not extra charge. We thought the service was outstanding.

We called at 8:30 AM and they tried to help us on the call to fix the problem. After we couldn't fix it they said they would send someone out. Within a few minutes they called and said they would be out between 11:30 and 1PM. Don arrived at 11:30 and resolved the problem within 30 minutes.

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASES OF NEW APPLIANCES AND REPAIR WORK AS WELL.
