Despite my scheduling of the appointment two days prior to my visit, I was told that the company would not fix the problem free of charge because my warranty had been expired for two days. Mind you, the phone was in no way shape or form damaged. That said, it was not as if I was trying to slight the company and get a new phone for free. Long story short, the store manager told me that I chose to save the $100-some-odd by not purchasing Apple Care and that now I would have to live with the consequences. Not only did I find this to be extremely inflexible and rude, but I was offended by his unwillingness to consider the fact that I have been a loyal Apple customer for nearly a decade. To that end, I showed up wearing an Apple Watch and with my iPad (I had documented the hardware issue on video with my iPad), which made it obvious that I was a loyal customer. Needless to say, I did lose my temper at the end of the exchange. Bottom line: if you can, make the drive out to Brandon if you have any customer service issues. The store manager made me cheated and as if my loyalty meant nothing. Mind you, I am (or WAS) one of those people to wake up at ungodly hours to purchase the newest Apple products.
Description of Work: I went in for a known hardware issue with my iPhone 6 Plus' screen. I scheduled the appointment 2-3 days prior to my visit, due to limited availability.

It went very well. They were right on time for my appointment, quickly assed the problem and replaced my phone because that was the only solution. It was handled within 15 minutes, start to finish. It was absolutely free.
Description of Work: I use Apple Store. The last time I used them was to have a repair done for my iPhone.

They did a good and quick job. They did the diagnosis on site and had the repairs done in 3 days. They were very prompt and efficient. I would absolutely use them again.

As the saying goes: If a man cheats me once, shame on him; if he cheats me twice, shame on me. After the second time 'Genius' repair said the iMac had to be replaced, we gave up on Mac and bought a PC, thanks entirely to the staff at the International Plaza Apple Store.
Description of Work: Took in iMac damaged by power surge and was told repair would cost as much as a new computer, so they sold us a new computer. Three years later, they said the same about the second iMac, even claimed it would not turn on and demonstrated to us that it was 'dead.' We took it home and it turned on without a problem. When a teenager tested both, they worked fine and are now in use at a church program. The 'amount paid' is a combination of the charge for evaluating alleged damage to the first iMac and the cost of the second computer. Neither iMac was kaput, as they had claimed.

I GIVE APPLE TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP! TALK ABOUT EASY... THEY CAN'T BE BEAT. GETTING A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR MY IPOD WAS AS EASY AS, WELL, AS USING A MACINTOSH COMPUTER. IT'S WORTH MENTIONING ALSO THAT THE STAFF WERE ALL FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. IF YOU GO THERE FOR SERVICE, BE SURE TO SIGN IN OR SEE AN ASSOCIATE WHO WILL SIGN YOU IN.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY IPOD IN FOR WARRANTY SERVICE. THE TROUBLE WITH IT WAS THE BATTERY FUNCTION, AND IT WAS AN INTERMITTENT TROUBLE. I WAS AFRAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO KEEP IT FOR DAYS TO OBSERVE THE TROUBLE - THEN IT MAY OR MAY NOT BEHAVE AS IT DID WITH ME. INSTEAD, THEY ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS, THEN REPLACED MY IPOD WITH A NEW ONE.
