 + -1 moreEmployee spoke with me about what I was planning to do, the fact that asbestos is a problem when airborn, but not wet. He gave me specific directions as to how to handle it to make it safe and reassured me that I could do this and still have skylights put in the house without creating a health hazard. He was very kind and comforting and that was a huge relief.
Description of Work: He spoke to me by phone when I was alarmed that scraping a popcorn ceiling could create a health hazard for my husband, who has respiratory issues.

Description of Work: We needed someone who could test for asbestos on short notice. We brought a sample in first thing in the morning and their lab gave us the (negative - woohoo!) result within the hour. We were very pleased with their affordability and professionalism.

 + -1 moreI had very professional, compassionate and polite service from both gentlemen. Frank explained to me that I can mail samples in to be tested if I was concerned and what I should expect from my contractor if I begin renovations to the house. He made me feel better immediately.
Description of Work: I was referred to Apollo with questions I had about asbestos in our 50 year old home. Frank in the Asbestos department was amazingly helpful. He explained when and why we should be concerned and how to ease any concerns we had in an economic way without having them come out for assessments and get charged an hourly rate. I also had a phone consultation with Alex in the Mold Department.
