Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for the July 25th at 11:00 for termites inspection and the type of exterminating I needed. The representative came a day earlier, at 9:30 without calling to inform me of the different in date and time. I specifically requested a phone call prior to coming out. Ok, I gave the exception of thinking it may have been a schedule mix up.However, the representative sat in his truck for about 10 minutes upon arrival. He finally came in with an estimation in hand. It was exceptionally higher than the estimate I received the day before from another company I selected from Angie's List. I asked how did he determine the cost without inspection, his response was, " I do this all the time, and the cost is determine by the size of the house." I asked how did he determine the size of the house without getting out of the truck or the type of extermination required if he didn't inspect the house for termites. His inspection for termites was on a knock on the wood as he entered the house. He tried to justify to me why his cost was so much higher than others mainly because of the type of extermination, and the extended warranty his company gives. To give credit to the company, I am sure this is just one of the times the representative took it for granted that I would take his word.
