The week before Christmas 2023 the windows in our house were replaced. Twenty-three of them. I anticipated this was going to be a difficult thing to get through. It was not. Yes, there was work to it. Moving things out of the way and back into place, but that was about it. The windows have been in for two months now. They look good and work flawlessly. So, for those who like to get to the bottom line, we think we made a good decision and highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions as your window replacement company. For those curious as to some of the details of why, read on. Nancy Ciaschini was the salesperson with whom we dealt. She told us what we would get, when the windows would arrive and what would subsequently occur. Everything happened as she predicted. Louis the scheduler was as cooperative as she said he would be and scheduled the job in accordance with our needs. The installation crews were on time, came to work, and did so in a quiet and highly professional manner. They were polite and courteous to the homeowners and each other. They were careful and neat in their work and left no clean up for the homeowners. Shane, who came by to attend to a minor issue and provide a final walk through, was extremely knowledgeable of the windows and very helpful to our understanding of them. We received our electric bill in February covering the first full month of service after installation and in it TECO indicated for the billing period, the temperature averaged two degrees a day lower than a year ago. Despite that and a price increase in 2023 our bill for January was $58 below last year. Given all that, we think we made a really good decision getting our new windows through Apex Energy Solutions and recommend you consider them as well.

Our experience with APEX from beginning to "end" has been top notch. Sales person was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and offered design suggestions we ultimately accepted. Pricing was very competitive with other bids we received. Build time for our windows was shorter than expected, roughly four weeks instead of six to eight!!! Installation was completed in one day (with the exception of one window which was built wrong), including the sliding glass doors. Installation crew was quick, thorough, professional, and friendly, answering any and all questions we had during the process. The senior installer immediately recognized the problem with the one window and communicated with home office to start the expedited rebuild. The delivered window was installed until rebuild is ready because it fit (and the original had been pulled out when the problem was discovered). Windows and door look wonderful, and we can already feel/hear the reduction in both heat transfer and outside noise intrusion when compared to our old windows. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would hire them again!!

We just recently had our windows upgraded and wanted to pass along a review of the fantastic experience we had. We bought a large fixer-upper with 38 over-sized, original, single pane windows. We knew that replacing windows would be a major investment but also knew it would add value to our home. Prior to choosing to work with Apex, we obtained several quotes and most were within a reasonable range of each other. Apex came in with a quote significantly lower than the competition. What amazed us was that despite the lower price, the quality of their windows looked to be better and the efficiency values they quoted were much higher than anyone else. After we decided to go with Apex, we were given an estimated installation date which Apex beat by 3 weeks! They actually installed 38 over-sized windows in just 3 days. It was a huge job and they did it quickly, professionally, and affordably. The windows look fantastic. They feel sturdy and are easy to open for cleaning. We noticed right after the install that the house was cold, even in the midst of one of the hottest summers we've had, and we actually raised the thermostat several degrees. We're certain the windows will improve our energy costs as expected, and we're also certain these windows have added tremendous value to our home - they are worth every penny. Every aspect of this purchase has been outstanding from the high quality and aesthetics of the windows themselves to the efficiency and craftsmanship of the install to the low-pressure, honest, and professional marketing approach. I signed in the contract in July of last year for my windows to be replaced and it is almost one year that I am waiting for this work to be finished. When my windows were installed the stucco around each window had to be broken out and replaced. The new stucco that was installed has still not been sealed or painted since November and it is now June of the next year. In addition to the unfinished work being unsightly, I am worried now that it is rainy season that there will be water intrusion in my home. I have had several phone calls and emails with representatives from the company who continue to tell me they will get back to me and nothing ever comes of it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau CASE#: 67369171 and two weeks later the issue is still not resolved. I only put the deposit for the windows last year and am so glad I did, the contract states that I do not have to pay the balance of the invoice until the work is done to my satisfaction and well...I'm still waiting. The windows are good quality, but the customer service, responsiveness and timeliness has been the worst I have ever experienced.

The coordination for and the actual job went very smoothly. The Apex Master Installers were very informative throughout the process and worked efficiently to complete the job in a single day. They left our home as clean, if not cleaner than it was before they began their work and they were happy to answer any questions I had during and after the job was complete.

The process of upgrading my windows was so easy with Apex. Their team was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had no touch up painting required. I love my beautiful new windows and can already see a drastic difference in the house not heating up at all on a sunny afternoon.
