+ -1 moreHad a rat infestation on a recently purchased house that had been going on uncorrected for years. Animal Pros had to remove all the ceilings, several walls and all the insulation because of the odors. They sealed all outside entry points where rodents could possibly get in. They disinfected /deodorized the cinder block walls behind the drywall and plaster that had been removed. Put new insulation in.
Description of Work: Mike Pratt of Animal Pros was the only person/company out of 7 that evaluated the situation that proposed doing the entire job the correct way. Because of limited space in attic (less than a foot) you could not clean out the insulation that was soiled from years of rats living there. The debris was soaked into the ceiling. The job required hazmat suits with breathing masks because of the contamination. Mike got the job done in a timely manner. He started almost immediately (over Thanksgiving weekend). He returned to disinfect a second time when we ask him to. The job was costly, but it was done the correct way to permanently fix the problem and prevent future issues.
