It went well until I noticed I had leaves in my attic. I called Angel and he came after 3 calls. When I opened the attic trap door he had to move back from all the leaves that fell down. He said it had nothing to do with the roof! I explained that in the 17 years I owned the house I had never had this problem. Furthermore the leaves were in a direct line across the attic following the line of the roof vent he installed. Previously I did not have a ridge vent only the turbine. After he dismissed my concerns he said he could change the vent for another 500$. I decided if I had to pay for it I would prefer to pay someone that was honest and professional. I called another roofing company and he said the wrong ridge vent was put on because my slope was minimal. But he also said the roof looked new so I should call the original roofer. When i explained that he would not rectify the problem he wanted to know the name. He knew of this company and unbeknownst to me he called the permit department and was told that Angel had never pulled a permit!!! On my receipt it states a permit fee. No County employee came out to approve the roof for proper installation. Although he told me they had and it passed inspection. This new roofer would not work on my roof until it was approved by the permitting dept and passed inspection . For a year I have been dealing with this and have had to go to court to plea my case. Apparently the homeowner is responsible for any repairs done to the home even if they were told the contractor pulled a permit. I have the receipt and yet I will be fined and will have to pay or a lien will be placed on my home!!! This company has mislead many homeowners and this was the 5th incident that the code enforcement dept knew about and therefore his licence has been revoked in Hillsborough County. DISHONEST Contractor.

Could not be better. This roof needed to go on to close a sale on the house and they did a great job at a fantastic price. Highly recommended.
