I really wish we could submit a nice review for Jim & Niki Beavers. Unfortunately, the experience with their company in regard to the project we hired their company for was nothing short of painful. 1. They do not perform their own work or employ their own crews. They sub jobs out to independents they know. Ours was an installer named Raphael and a couple of his laborers that work for him. While Raphael was very nice and (he himself) took time to do a good job (The 3 stars for work quality is all for Raphael), his laborers were like bulls in a china cabinet. Many things they messed up and Raphael would have to fix, but only after my husband and I called it to their attention. 2. The person supposed to be overseeing our job was nothing short of pitiful. He only showed up to bring extra supplies to Raphael (trash bags, tile leveling clips...ect). He neglected to even plan for the disposal of the old tile they were breaking up. They literally used my personal 5X8 trailer to dump all the debris into and then I HAD TO ACTUALLY USE MY OWN TRUCK TO GO DUMP THE TRASH AT THEIR DUMPSTER. And I paid them to do this job?? No discount received for my time, use of trailer and truck. 3. Destroyed our toilet and more importantly toilet flange. Instead of unbolting the toilet like a normal person would, the install team rocked the toilet side to side (yes, the toilet was being replaced with a new one). The problem was that when rocking the toilet they destroyed the plastic toilet flange. This required them to have to have a plumber (Kevin) come and replace the toilet flange. (Kevin is a solid individual, no BS, no lies. I will use Kevin for any future plumbing needs for sure.) Kevin even said "Who the h*** takes a toilet up like that!!!" So with all this going on, we ended up having no toilets to use as the install team decided to remove our only remaining working toilet. We had to spend the night in a hotel (at Beaver's expense). 4. Destroyed baseboard: The laborer using the power hammer to break the old tile up slipped and hit a baseboard in our laundry room breaking it in 2 pieces. Understandable, it happens. The problem.....they tried to hide it by putting it back in place with liquid nails and hoped we would not catch it. However, we did catch it and replaced the base boards ourselves in the laundry room which we would just subtract from what we owed Beavers at the end. 5. Carpet to tile transitions: We kept carpet in all of our bedrooms, however the rest of the house was the tile job. In the doorways from carpet to tile we needed to have transition moldings put down. DJ insisted that they just run the tile right up to the carpet and that's the way its done. Well, we don't know if that's where its done where he comes from, but we prefer not to cut our foot on the tile edge or to have (in some places) a quarter inch gap between the carpet and the tile. The end game: With all of these problems, we had pretty much written off any more dealings with DJ (project manager) so Jim Beavers came out to the job (basically to collect the money we still owed). Jim made nice with us and tried to smooth things over by promising a handful of things, most importantly to send a carpet guy to address the carpet to tile issue and cover for DJ saying "He is overworked and I'm going to send him for a vacation". Say what??? I paid Jim the balance owed on his word....(my mistake). Have not heard from Niki or Jim, carpet guy has never shown up as promised and now we are being ghosted with no response to our repeat emails. Once they were paid.....we no longer existed. Do yourself a favor and look past Beavers to a more reputable company.

The work took about 2 months to complete, and it was a LOT of work. They removed popcorn ceilings in 95% of the house (only remains in a few closets) and repainted with knock-down texture. Put in new cabinets in the kitchen and vanities in the bathrooms. Completely redid the tile in the bathrooms (floor and showers). Painted 96% of house (only 1 bedroom wasn't painted) and put in wood-look tile in 80% of the house (bedrooms were carpeted by another company) and new 5 inch baseboards througout. Also did crown molding in the living areas of the home and the master bedroom. Our house had a LOT of weird angles and they did the best anyone could in putting in the molding. Also, we learned our home builders did not own a level because not one room in the house had totally level walls. Andro Beavers worked with all of this bad construction and made the house seem like it's brand new. I highly recommend, especially for tile work and molding.

It went great. They said they would start on Monday 8/15/16, and it would take 4 to 5 days. They showed up on time and finished two days early. The workers were very good and cleaned up after the job was done. I liked the idea that when the job was completed a supervisor came by and checked out there work and asked if we were happy with the job, before they were paid. I would and have already recommended Andro Beavers & Associates to a few people. Very happy.

We've had an history with them for about two years now they put in marble floor for us and they did a fantastic job the people that he used worked directly for him they did a fantastic job the did our inside entire painting inside and outside inside was very well done and outside was not a quiet done but the people that he sent out they were very professional now that was about a year and a half ago since than I have had the need for him to be our general contractor so we agreed that we were going to call him for things and we had somethings to do and I called him seven times, well his wife actually runs the company the company is in her name but you contact her first so I called them seven times, well when I get to talk to her she put me off but she never called me back once and I know they had a problem but I just feel with our history. I am not going to be calling them anymore for anything. I really like the work that they do it's just getting a hold of him and I am not quiet sure why I am not getting a call back.
