Efi was professional, prompt and courteous. He rekeyed six locks in the house we bought. My only issue with him is that I called him about the special he was offering through AL of $79 to rekey four locks. He told me that the special had expired although it was showing up when I called him about it and is still showing up as of the date of this review. So I ended up paying him his normal price of $25 per lock. Not the end of the world since it made a difference of $21 in the total cost but if a company is advertising a special on AL, then it should be honored. But having said this, even at the $25 per lock, the price was reasonable compared to other providers for this service.

We had to change a lock fast due to a security issue. We called Americas Lock and Key Service and they said they were sending someone right away. The service tech called us about 10 minutes prior to arrival and was at our place right on time. He was very pleasant, took the time to explain our options and gave us price options. He did the work as promised and left our place spotless. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. I'll call them in the future for any lock work I need.
