Scheduled over the phone and two men arrived on time. Surveyed the situation then departed to get needed materials. Returned promptly and quickly performed the task. These guys had done many jobs just like this so they knew exactly what to do. System works great...and the water company gets a lot less of my hard earned bucks.

Needed to have all this work done, the house is about 30 years old. The crew came out at 9 AM, we went over all the items, and they proceeded. They were really very nice and very professional at the same time, explaining the problems, answering questions, and doing whatever needed to be done. They did run into quite a few problems, as they found some homemade wiring jobs apparently done by a previous owner, which was the reason for the hall light not working. They even had to crawl around in the attic, and by the time they had finished everything, it wasn't quite as bad as they had first thought it might be, and I felt very confident that the house was much safer, that the repairs were done right. I also called this company about 2 years ago, on a Saturday and had to have a main breaker repaired. I had checked with a couple other companies, who would have charged me about twice what American did. Again, it was repaired quickly, the fellow was courteous and professional.
