Description of Work: I made an appointment a week in advance, took the day off so the work could be done in the morning and they were a no show. When I called they said the guy I spoke to was out sick, didn't know why the appointment never made it into the schedule, blah, blah, blah. Don't care, I'm moving on.

Description of Work: Scheduled them to come out and give estimate on bathroom remodel (plumb new bathtub, toilet, sink)...they gave me a two hour window...told them I was coming from Valrico to Tampa and that they would have to be within that window because I would have to be on time to pick up my preschooler, back in Valrico. Called them 30 minutes in to firm up time and they assured me that they would be there within the hour. Waited the full 2 hours plus an additional 15 minutes...they were a NO SHOW and never even called me! Very unprofessional!! Obviously not in need of any extra business...additionally, the guy on the phone who I scheduled with acted like I was an inconvenience from the very beginning...should have been a clue to me!

Description of Work: Had a water leak between the meter and the house. The water shut-off valve near the house had rusted open and the pipe had cracked. I had already dug a hole around the leaking pipe and valve to save him time and hopefully me some money only to find out that they charge by the job, not time. It took him about a half hour to complete the task, including 15 minutes to let the pipe sealant dry. The plumber was very professional and about 15 minutes early for the appointment. I would use them again.
