Our daughters have a new "playroom" and my husband and I finally have outdoor living that we can enjoy during the warmer months, without getting eaten alive by bugs and with much more shade in the day time! Tim and his team were absolutely over-the-top! Our pool builder had left out a critical element (sheer decent fountains) that Tim's engineer should have known about when preparing the initial drawing and estimates. Even though the project had to be re-drawn and the fountains presented a challenge which required more expensive header beam and uprights, Aluminum Concepts honored the price initially quoted without question. As part of the process, there were detailed drawings supplied (twice) they handled all of the design, permitting and build (full service provider). The best part is that our pool screen enclosure turned out better than we had even envisioned and they did a phenomenal job of setting expectations throughout the process. Tim's team were very professional and also wonderful to have around our home. I would recommend Aluminum Concepts to anyone looking for a pool enclosure near Tampa. Their team, payed attention the details that made the difference. They Took the time to explain the process from beginning to end and make sure they understood what we were wanting in our screen enclosure. I received two other estimates. When owner, Tim Alvarez provided his estimate, I immediately felt comfortable with his experience, knowledge and ability to satisfy the customer. Tim took care of all the permit requirements with the county, as well as coordinating his ?concrete guy? to dig the footers and return to pour and finish the concrete. Tim?s crews were as professional and experienced as they come. I am amazed with the finished product. All of the work was completed within the estimated time line. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new screen enclosure.

They were pretty good to begin with. They completed the job and I was satisfied. However the concrete that was poured has cracked now. Its been only six months so pretty dissapointed. But the screen in construction was pretty good, price was good as well.

We obtained several estimates before deciding on Aluminum Concepts of FL. We were very impressed with Tim Alvarez who came out and provided us with detailed information and obtained measurements and couple of days later provided us with an estimate we were very happy with. I researched the company on BBB and they had an A+ rating. The company came on schedule and installed our pool enclosure and installed insulated roof panels to replace our aluminum roof and re-screened our patio area. They were very professional and had the job done in timeframe we were expecting. Everything went great, inspector was also impressed with the quality of the work. It has been 2 years now and we are LOVING the pool enclosure. We highly recommend them, the quality and professionalism can't be beat.

Fortunately for us Angie's List provides a long list of service providers that do the same work and we have signed a contract with another vendor. Our experience with this provider was obviously not very good and we would not recommend them to our family or friends.
