After the initial appointment it was a pittle difficult to get the follow up scheduled but this was mostly due to my schedule. their prices seem high, however the techs are very knowledgable and will talk you through the repair so you can understand the fees. Also no initial service fee for coming out to quote!

Very conscientious electrician -- made two trips to Home Depot to get special parts to make my vaulted ceiling fan installation a reality. He found some issues with previous electrical installations and made them right. Compared to other electrical services I've used, this one gives you a lot of bang for the buck.

Customer service was prompt. Technician was great! Very thorough. Did not cut corners and did exactly as I asked. Would highly recommend!

THEY SHOWED UP...AND ON TIME. Received confirmation call prior to scheduled appointment. Electrician was on time and fixed our issues in record time and for a very reasonable price. Almost every other company charges a $49 trip charge ON TOP of the repair. No trip charge here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Allstar was great. I told them in advance that the problem was not major and if there was a scheduling issue and they needed to help someone else to go ahead and let me know when they could schedule me in. AJ came the next day and solved my problem. Someone had put the switch in the off position. I completely forgot about the switch due to fountain runs 365 24hrs a day without turning on or off. I surely would recommend All Star to everyone. On time, explains what has to be done, and the cost before starting job. Thanks All Star Dennis Cottrill

Their work was professional and timely, however they were way overpriced. I paid $495 for 1 1/4 hour of labor. No parts, just labor. I will not hire again.

They came out fast and installed whole house power surge protector. Excellent work and a great price. Recommend them.

Great job to fix all my outlets and switches would have them again.

Regret hiring this company. Too lazy to do things correctly and over charged. I think something was shady with the payment too, so we are going to check on this. NO ONE should charge ANYTHING until the job is complete and then they should at least complete it. We still have uncovered wires in the yard. They were very SLOW to do what they did actually do. I will update this again later as I am trying to sort out all the fees.

Sorry to say I don't remember the man's name. However, he was wonderful. My 2 granddaughters were curious and his patience with them, showing them what he was doing, He had them laughing. He was most professional in installing the fan. He got the job done. I was very pleased with his service. Would definitely recommend this company.
