Great job!

Had appointment for a Wednesday. Had an earlier opening so came four days early to my delight as was trying to finish project before holidays.

Allstar Electric Co. was very friendly, courteous, and professional. They came out on time, as scheduled and performed the work in the amount of time for that type of project. And gave me a 3 yr. warranty... should anything go wrong again. And the charges were reasonable. I was well pleased and would hire them again. Unlike the tree service I hired back in 2017.

The technician was friendly, punctual and professional, and had my job done quickly. I will certainly consider Allstar Electric for any future electrical needs.

Only thing I have negative about this was that they estimated it would take 4 hours to do the job and it only took less then 2 but was charged the same price. The work was good and the electrician was very nice but I was thinking that maybe they would lower the price a little since it didn't take as long to do the job.

**** UPDATE**** I expressed my concerns with the Management and they were very understanding. They explained the pricing and agreed to adjust the price. Again...the workmanship and Customer Service was great. There was just a miscommunication in the pricing. ----------------- Old Review: Extremely Expensive. Had ~10 ft of LED under cabinet lighting installed for close to $600. $200 for an outlet and $400 for the install of the lights. The LED kit was only $25. I know because I had to let them know which kit was needed. It seems a little unfair to charge this much for such and easy install.

Andre did an excellent job. He explained all the technical things we were not familiar with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would hire him again. Everyone we spoke to prior to the appointment were efficient and friendly.

Smart technical expert came to my home and solved my problem for $11,500 LESS than I was quoted from TECO and another electrical company!! My bill $256. Amazing service

Quoted one price then on the day of the job, lowered it! Quality work done in less time than estimated (all the lines behind the walls were conveniently already right where needed saving time, a rarity according to the technician).

This company charges you anywhere from four to seven times as much. I paid $75 for labor and parts that this company would charge $511! Case in point: a curbside light repair job that this company would charge is: $511. Later I paid $75 for the same repair job including a sensor bulb through a referral. Also, this company charged me $197 for troubleshooting the same light job and the $197 cannot be applied toward repairs. However other companies charge $49 for troubleshooting and the charge can be applied towards the repairs. So the choice is obvious.

Service was excellent, I had 2 electrical problems, one was resolved right away, the other needed troubleshooting, they told me in advance the cost for that then the cost for repair. Really appreciated and would recommend them anytime.

Great company but a little expensive.

We had just put on a new roof and our handyman found the electric service pole was damaged and needed replacing. He came gave us a fair estimate and completed the work the next afternoon.

Electrician showed up on time. Did neat work. Gave me an estimate on future work

Timely and responsive. Technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and helpful. We are very pleased with our replaced lights (converted to LED), and electrical outlets resolution.
