After 2 other companies not returning my calls, Kilroy got back to me right away. After describing my project (removing a patio porch) he took the time to research my house location, he asked for a couple pictures to help him see what needed to be done, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was very communicative and knowledgeable, and his team worked hard and constantly cleaned up each section as it was taken down. Great experience and I would recommend Allied Wrecking to anyone.

I requested a quote for a demo job online and was immediately contacted by Mr. Kilroy. He provided a quote after thoroughly inspecting the property. The Allied Wrecking crew was able to get started promptly as this was an urgent issue. Mr. Kilroy and his crew showed up early morning. They worked diligently through the extreme heat we were having and within a matter of hours our dilapidated garage was demolished. By the end of the next day; all disposable debris were discarded and their equipment was removed. I was really amazed at how efficient they were in getting the job done. Mr. Kilroy communicated with me throughout the entire process until finalized. Great job!

Description of Work: They demolished a house for me-legally ;-) |Mr. Kilroy was a complete joy to work with. He realized I had no idea what to do. He took charge, but never made me feel like an idiot. The work started about a week or so late due to another job he was doing, but the work was done in the allotted time. He and his crew cleaned up the site and all was complete. I would definitely hire this company again.

Description of Work: I had this company demolish a small house for me. The bid was a little higher than the others I got, but I selected them b/c Mr. Kilroy was patient and realized I had no idea what needed to be done. He never treated me like an imbecile. He walked and talked me through the entire process. He kept me informed about where the process was at each step. When there was a short delay in beginning the demolition, he informed me. He pulled all of the permits, completed the work on time, cleaned up the site afterwards. I was more than pleased with working with him and the company.
