The guys were great. Craig and company were fantastic would definitely use again and recommend. They were punctual, took good care of all our movables, disassembled the bed and made sure it was reassembled on the other side.

Maurice, Norris, and Justin are true professionals. They got everything handled in record time despite some challenges with the furniture size and having to pivot mid-move. Iâ d rather carry my own belongings with both my hands rather than use this company again. Wait, I actually had to do that even though they were hired to move my Wife and Iâ s 700 sq ft apartment. Initially I was quoted around $600 for the size apartment. I was also told materials and padding would be extra (if used). They called to confirm the move 48hrs prior and when I gave them my moving details. My address didnâ t even match the initial booking/move confirmation. After correcting their mess, I was told the movers would arrive between 8-9am day of move. They arrived 10am. When the movers started moving the bigger items THEY SAID, â padding and covering the important items is required and the company does not allow things on the truck without it.â What a deceptive and unprofessional business. The mover was constantly on his phone, took multiple breaks, and asked for beer as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS UNLESS you want to get gouged with price, be lied to and mislead plus deal with unprofessional staff IN THE OFFICE AND THE FIELD. I had to unload my own things at the threat that theyâ d bring it back to place of origin. Disgusting place. Then when the office was called to discuss, they admit itâ s a company policy to force items to be wrapped and do charge extra for them regardless if you donâ t want to pay extra because you donâ t want things wrapped. Taylor leaver assistant operations managerâ s answer is â even if it is dishonest, you signed somewhere.â I asked for the recorded conversation but he says they donâ t record. Asked to speak with his manager (Matt Crocker operation manager) and was assured heâ d say the same thing.

*** Update: Heather at corporate All my Sons reached out to me and was very helpful in resolving damage to my goods. I hired them to move my furniture less than 2 miles from a house to an apartment downtown. My original quote was for 4 hours of work at $150 per hour for 2 people totaling $600 + 20% for fuel and additional 1 hour of drive time, so the total estimate was roughly $900. The move went fine until they reached my new apartment and absolutely destroyed the walls of my new apartment and my couch in trying to get in down the hallway. Additionally, they somehow broke my brand new 75 inch TV that I just paid $800 for and scratched up my other furniture. They ultimately billed me for additional time on the move despite it being just 4-5 big pieces of furniture and my FINAL BILL was $1,500 to move 2 miles!!! WAY above my estimate. I submitted a claim to repair my walls, furniture, and replace my TV for just under $1,000, but they counter offered me an insulting $300 and said that was the best they could do. This is an extremely unprofessional company who will rip you off anyway they can and damage your beloved furniture while doing it. Stay far away from them if you have to do a move.

I'm a military brat and former military wife. I've done a lot of moves In my 63 yrs of life. Hands down the best customer service moving company. Zero issues. They are on time efficient, polite, estimate for time was spot on. The truck they packed AMAZING , organized , no wasted space, did not drag it out for time. Mike was very quick to respond and answer all my questions. They even helped us take down 2 tv,s which was not in our agreement. I'll say it again Extremely polite young men. I called at least 10 moving companies and they beat every price significantly. Mike also priced a total move quote and it was also the best in town although we chose to rent our own uhaul. We did the packing and they loaded a 2 bedroom 2 bath in less than 3 hours. Jamaica, Mike and Marquise were great. Thanks guys!
