Lindsey didnâ t break my things like the last branch in Sarasota did. She was very careful of my belongings and for a little girl, she definitely surprised me. That girl got some strength on her! Assan (Lindseyâ s teammate) was also amazing. Great kid! They worked very hard.

I WOULD PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION. AMS is overpriced and are not upfront with their breakdown of costs. I paid $1283 to move my packed belongings from my 1BR 520 square feet apartment to literally down the road, only 1 to 2 minutes away in the same complex. When the final price substantially exceeded way more than what I had available, the manager Kris Sayer advised the movers not to open the truck door for unloading until they received payment. When I was able to find help to pay the remaining amount and submitted the complete payment, Kris assured me that I would receive a receipt with the breakdown of charges. After not receiving the promised receipt, I called customer service and spoke with Kim. I found out I was charged for materials that were not used during my move. Kim reassured me that she would send a receipt and would have Kris contact me to discuss the charges. I also sent an e-mail to wecare@allmysons.com as well. My move was on Saturday 4.13.24. Today is 4.29.24 and I still have yet to receive my receipt or a call from someone. The only positive about this experience was the actual movers that assisted me. I do not appreciate how I have been treated and will not recommend. I do not feel like their "circle of friends", while they advertise as a family-owned business in the community for over 30 years.

Robert, Lindsey, Jordan, Jerry, and George were amazing! They had our 4 bedroom house completely packed and loaded onto the trucks in 6 hours, and then the next day unloaded and unpacked all the boxes (and hauled away the boxes) in 5 hours. They were all so kind, helpful, collaborative, and worked quickly together to get it done. Would definitely hire them again!
