The only reason I gave this company an "A" on punctuality was because when they actually put on the roof, they showed up and put the roof on in a timely manner. We paid for the best - plywood, not particle board, 30 year shingles, etc. The salesman talked a good talk, provided a folder showing "Good Housekeeping" promises, worry-free and hassle-free warranty options, claimed to be a certified GAF Master Elite Roofing Contractor, and that we weren't hiring just any contractor. 7 1/2 years later, nothing but problems. They only guarantee their work for five years. WE have had nothing but leaks for the past two years, mold problems crept up, etc. We called them even though we're past the five-year warranty on workmanship. Thought if they were such a good company they might help us out. Their response - we'll send someone out (which they never did). The owner asked why we never get up on our roof to inspect for problems that we should be constantly monitoring and fixing. I've owned three homes previous to my current one. Have NEVER gone up on a roof to repair. We've now had four individuals (two roofers and two general contractors) to go up on our roof to find the problem and pretty much all have said the same thing with last one stating, "this is the worst roofing job I've ever seen!" In fact he said there is no way this company is still in business! Don't be blind-sided by the sales job! Can't believe they are still in business.

Paid extra for bad wood replacement. Instead he put tin over the rotted areas. Used material inferior to what he sold me. The county rescinded the final approval and he put on a second roof. Roof still leaked and damaged my interior. I learned this company had no liability insurance. The owner sold me wrong vents they had to be removed; they were replaced with more wrong vents The roof still leaked and failed inspection; a non compliance citation was issued. The inspection failed again; a red tag was issued for more problems. The roofer went before the building Board on Oct. 20. His brother testified this company does go over bad wood. The roofer was found guilty of non compliance. The board gave him 30 days to fix a roof that couldn?t be fixed., I didn?t. Board said my only recourse is in court. A new roofer has now put on a new roof, it cost $5200.
