The door had to be replaced. I was given a good price, and had the door replaced within days. They worked around my schedule, I needed it done before going on vacation. The owner came out to give the estimate and was very nice to deal with. The installer was also polite, and worked quickly. I would definitely use again.

I called at 8:30 AM to request service. I was told the technician would arrive between 10:00 and 11:00. He arrived at 9:45 (I consider this a good thing). He immediately recognized the make of the garage door and even knew that the springs were original, the age of the springs (and the age of my house) and the name of the home builder. He had all the necessary parts and installed them quickly. He was finished in 45 minutes. The door now works perfectly. He also mentioned the two parts that were likely to fail on the opener, and that I could replace them myself if they failed. An all around excellent experience.

We went with this company since we had just moved in the area. Ever since they installed it, the garage door has been making noise. It’s supposed to have a hurricane lock on it, but you can’t even get the lock down to slide in. I had another garage door company come out to try to fix the problem.

They installed the new door at the same price I was quoted on the phone. I was surprised that they did not try a "bait and switch" to try and sell me a more expensive door. The new garage door has added tremendously to the appearance of my home. My experience doing business with them was first class.

My garage door would not open when I came home from work. I looked up this service on Angies list, called them and they made an appt for the following afternoon. Showed up on time and everything went great.

I called @ 7:45 am asked for a quote to replace a broken spring and it's counterpart (since they tend to break around the same time) which matched another company's & they showed up just after 9. The other company said they couldn't make it until the next day. The technician finished in about 30 minutes & offered suggestions for keeping the rollers and springs in good condition. I couldn't ask for more & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had with an Angie's List company. I called All American to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a new garage door opener. We had taken a lightning surge over the weekend and another company had come out to repair the unit. The unit worked, however, we decided that we had wanted to go with another model. Bob arrived shortly after I had called the main office. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the opener he would replace ours with and also gave valuable information regarding the springs on the door. I was given an estimate on how much it would cost and what days were best for him to come out and replace the unit. I said "fine" and agreed to the installation. When he left my house he said that he would have to call the office and check the schedules but it would probably be Friday or Monday. I even gave him the option of a Tuesday. After approximately 2 1/2 hours I called the office to verify the appointment date because no one had called back. At this time I was told, by the person answering the phone, that she had just talked to Bob and he had told her that "we did not need a garage door opener". I couldn't believe what I had just been told! I advised the other person on the other end of the line that "this was not what Bob & I had agreed upon". I asked if this was the way their company did business and she replied that "this was Bob had told her and that it was a waste of money to replace the garage door opener". I said "you're kidding me right?" There was no response. I made the mistake of trying to reason with her only to realize that I was wasting my time and hers. As a result, I apologized for wasting their time and mine. Looking back on everything that Bob and I had talked about initially, I couldn't believe that this had happened because he had confirmed and reinforced all the positive comments made on Angie's List. Had he not wanted to replace the unit or felt that it was an unnecessary repair, he should have told me. That way neither one of us would wasted our time and would have not resulted in this negative report.

I am very happy with the service. Bobby was very professional and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions. I have used this company in the past. They are always very responsive and would recommend them as well.

My garage door stopped opening and closing and so I looked up local garage door services on Angie's List . I called All American Garage Door Services and they sent a technician in just over an hour, actually ahead of schedule. Bobby diagnosed the problem and repaired it all within about 30 minutes, I would highly recommend All American Garage Door Services. They were very professional, courteous and did a great job. I was able to use a $50 coupon from Angie's List and overall could not be any happier with the service.

I called this company in the morning around 9 am and the serviceman would be out around 1:30 that day. He called around 11:30 to ask if he could come by then. That was better for me. This company was absolutely the best garage door company I have worked with. I will definitely call them again and I will also refer people to them. It was really very nice to have worked with a company with great business ethics.

Outstanding. Showed at the exact time they specified. Jose got right right to work. 30 min. later done. He een did premaintenance on the door. GREAT WORK!

The technician (i think it was Bobby) showed up on time and did an excellent job. He closed a gap in the bottom of our garage door and it also makes less noise now when opening and closing. We have had the same garage hardware for over ten years and it never occurred to me that maintenance was needed until I saw the Angies List Big Deal for this company. I am glad we took advantage of it and I will be sure to call All American in the future if we have any problems.

We liked them and we liked that they were here when they said they would be. They were pretty efficient, they came out, did it and they were gone.
