They no showed the first initial appointment. When I called the company they said they technician should have came that they do not know what happened. The technician said he was never told to come out. He did apologize to me and ended up coming out to do the work. He did seem genuine, and did a good job after all. He greased up the door to make the noises stop. I would not hire them again due to communication error.

Service was on time, they called ahead to inform me the repair person was on the way. Once he was here he assessed the problem gave me a price and did the repair.

I was happy with the service, it turned out to be more expensive, in other words it's not a bait and switch but it was a situation where I ended up paying a lot more money because they offered other things that would make the garage door perform better like changing the rollers and things like that. I believe it was a service where All American Garage Door Services would come out for 30 or 40 bucks or something like that and they would give an overhaul of the garage door which is just fine, but he recommended some other things and they turned out fine also but it just turn out to be much more expensive than the 30 or 40 that was advertised. All American Garage Door Services were prompt, the technician was very knowledgeable, who did the work did it very cleanly, very efficient. Again, the additional work was totally my choice, it was not something that they said they wouldn't do the service unless I purchased it or something like that.

He was prompt to change the bad parts .

The repair person arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly checked and adjusted all components of the garage door opener. I would definitely use this company again.

After one visit from competitor Banko Garage Doors, with no response or estimate after three phone calls; working with All American Garage Doors was a pleasure. The estimator was prompt and courteous, answering all our questions. They contacted Clopay to get estimates to compare different styles. The owner came on the day of installation to make sure everything went smoothly. They were on-time or early for all appointments and were great to work with. We would use them again in the future.

Thursday night one of two springs in my garage door broke after 12 years. I called All American Garage Door Service the next day at about 11:15 and he was at my house before 1pm! The quote was $199 to replace one spring and $249 for two springs. Since I had the $50 Coupon from Angie's List I had them replace both springs for $199! Excellent deal and fast repair! The two people that I dealt with from this company both seemed no-nonsense, straight forward and get-to-work attitude so don't expect them to kiss up to you or spend time building a relationship, which I thought was perfect! If I ever need to have my garage door repaired again, I will certainly call them without hesitation!

Appointment was easy to make, right on time, work completed in straightforward manner. I'd recommend highly without reservation.

The company was simple to work with. Called up, got an appointment date for 10am. Jose showed up on time and proceeded to provide me the cost of replacing the springs on my door (1 had broken). He provided the obvious statement that replacing both springs would be recommended since the other will probably break soon due to the age of them being over 14 years old. He provided the price, and knew about the Angies list Coupon which brought the $249 down to $199. He worked using his own tools, and ladder (cant say that for every company that does work these days), and within an hour he was done with the job. Simple, easy, done.

Everything went well. He was polite, professional, and on time.

The service person arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He was very professional and started working immediately replacing 2 springs. We were aware one of the rollers was broken. He showed me where the other rollers had much wear and were in need of repair as well. All the work was finished quickly and efficiently. We used All American Garage Door Services many years ago for another problem and were so happy with them we did not hesitate to call them again.

I was very happy with them. They did what they promised and what the proposal was. They did not charge me a lot. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy the price.

.I needed a broken spring on my garage door replaced. The technician recommended both be replaced due to the overall age (13yrs) of the springs. Service was performed quickly and satisfactorily. The total for the job was $249 but they were running a special for Angie's List members that brought the price down to $199. Would definitely recommend them

The company was awesome! I called about services and was told no cost for estimates. I was even given an estimate over the phone so as not to be surprised about pricing. They set up the appointment for the next day. The technician was very professional!

Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Only complaint was that the scheduling woman told me I would receive a call when he was on his way but I did not. Fortunately, my son was home. Had I known in advance what the situation was, I would have just replaced the whole garage door as it would have been much more cost-efficient as it turns out. However, he was basically done when I got home so that was not really an option at that point. No one asked the age of my current door or anything else along that line when I scheduled and without the advance call that he was on his way, I was not home when he arrived.

Technican explained that the springs were the orginal springs and they were worn out.He did a good job explaining just what was needed and why.I felt comfortable with evrything he did and the price. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Checked Angies' List and called American Garage Doors as soon as they opened (7 A.M), the person answering the phone checked the schedule and mentioned a technician can be there between 8:30 and 9:00 A.M. Promptly at 8:30 the technician showed up assessed the issue and recommended I replace both springs and explained the reason, the avg lifespan is about 8 - 11 years based on the usage.... Replaced the springs lubricated the bearings and all. All of the work was completed in 20 minutes and the door is fully functional. 3 words to describe - no nonsense service.

I called on a Sunday and got an appointment for today (a holiday, no less.) The repairman came out promptly in the appointment window and was able to diagnose and repair the problem (the door was too heavy and needed more torsion) quickly and professionally. Couldn't be more pleased and one less thing to worry about!

I called early Friday morning and requested same-day service. Bobby said they were working a big job and they could replace my springs late in the day. I said that would be fine. The technician called about 5pm and asked if 7pm would be alright. I said yes, that's fine (I really wanted to get it fixed on Friday, so I could use it Saturday morning). The technician arrived about 6:45pm. He was very professional and completed the job by about 7:30pm. I can only imagine how tired he was at the end of a long day in this heat. I really appreciate the same-day service. I will definitely use this company again.

Only negative - no Angie's List discount for single spring replacement. No benchmark if their price was low or high, however I am satisfied with their professional service.
