I contacted ALBERTO AC & R LLC for an estimate and he immediately came to my house and gave me an affordable quote for the Trane Central Heat Pump. I accepted Alberto estimate and he quickly set up an installation date that was convenient for me. The contractor was a very responsible and reliable person. He arrived on time and quickly began to install the equipment. He advised me of the time it would take and he proceeded to install the system very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Alberto was very courteous and respectful of my time. He also cleaned up the work area and the surroundings when the job was complete.

My initial call to Alberto A/C & R LLC was a pleasant surprise after previously calling 11 different companies for quotes on an estimate in replacing both the indoor & outdoor 2 1/2 ton units & installing a new thermostat in my home. There was no charge for an estimate & he came out as quickly as the next day. The estimate we got was the exact amount he quoted....not a penny more & there were no hidden fees or charges, which was great since my house is 43 yrs old. On the day of installation, Alberto & his associate were on time & started working immediately. They were extremely personable, worked effectively, efficiently & constantly. They were very organized, & cleaned & picked up as they worked. Both units & the thermostat were installed within 4 hrs., which I thought was great. After everything was done, Alberto explained that we would be receiving our receipt via E-Mail & explained how to register for the 10 yr. manufacturer warranty (which he offered to do for us, but I did myself). Alberto also offers a 3 yr. warranty on his work, providing the unit is properly serviced & maintained. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE IN NEED OF HAVING THEIR AIR CONDITIONER SERVICED OR REPLACED! IF I COULD I'D RATE THIS COMPANY AN A+++++.
