Description of Work: We had a clogged drain pipe for our A/C unit which caused a leak in our ceiling. He unclogged the pipe, replaced the faulty shut off switch, and check duct work for standing water. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the service!

Description of Work: Superb in every aspect! ***** |This was for the purchase of (2) 16 SEER Trane units for my two story home. | |The technician, Tony arrived at my home to inspect my existing unit and offer a proposal to replace it; he was punctual, courteous, and professional. No pressure sales pitch. He asked questions about my comfort preferences, responded to all my questions, and he provided his proposal. On the day of work, everything went smoothly. The install technician reviewed the product materials with me before leaving. Workers hauled away all old equipment debris. I have noticed immediate indoor comfort with outdoor temperature above 85 degrees. The new thermostat is easier to use than the original, they even installed a filtration device on both units to insure a 'dust free' environment. I have actually raised the thermostat 2 degrees higher than normal. | Phillip, the manager evaluated the two units in a reasonable time and was the ultimate professional. His each word illuminated his competency and his humbleness. All went extremely well. They arrived on time and were significantly less expensive than other quotes and were very honest about what work needed to be done. Description of Work: They analyzed a problem with my A/C system, found a leak and repaired it.

Description of Work: Timely diagnosed the problem and replaced the AC unit. Professional and quick.

Description of Work: Provider showed up on time, had all the right equipment for the job, was courteous and professional. HIs job was to install a UV light air purifier on the HVAC system. He went above and beyond in finding that one had already been installed and it was broken, perhaps some problem had caused it to fail. He figured out what was wrong and fixed that too for no extra charge. He was very bright, good at explaining what he was doing, and honest about his job.

Description of Work: The installed a new Trane 2.5 ton AC and Heat Pump. I have a service contract for the unit and they are prompt in coming out every 6 months to service the unit. I recently contacted them to have one additionl drop installed. I am waiting for a date for the work to be completed. This is the beginning of their busy season. They arrived on time and did a good job installing the unit.

I was also urged to sign up for regular maintenance, which I also declined. I do not remember the date of the visit nor the exact cost.

Description of Work: Replaced existing 19 year old compressor and air handler (heat pump). Air Masters provided me with a detailed estimate of everything they would be doing to replace my old unit with a new one. All permits were obtained by them and they provide me with all of the paperwork needed to obtain a tax credit to be submitted with my next tax returns. The office staff was very polite and helpful when setting up my appointment for my estimate. The salesman was prompt, courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The technicians installing my unit were professional and cleaned up after the job was done. The follow up inspection by the county was set up by Air Masters. I would definitely recommend Air Masters for heating and air conditioning needs.
