They are reallly reliable. I have rental properties that I use them for, too, and I trust them completely which is why I have continued to use them this long.

Company called when technician was on his way. He was courteous and very obviously competent. He cleaned and evaluated the system, showing me the test results and explaining what they meant in layman's terms. Cleaned accumulated sludge from the condensate box and added extra algaecide tablets to clean the drain line. The system is running much quieter than before his visit.

I called Air Masters to schedule an appointment at a convenient time. The Tech was on time. After the cleaning, I inspected the unit & it was free of mold. The cost was $200 less a discount for having the service contract.
Description of Work: I have a service contract with Air Masters for twice a year maintenance on my AC. During the most recent inspection the Tech found mold. He recommended testing the mold. We went ahead with the test. It cost $99. When the results came back, Kevin with Air Masters came out to go over the results with us, and give us a copy of the report. He said it was just ordinary mold & recommended that the system be cleaned. He said the products used would be safe & Eco friendly. The cost would be about $200. My husband & I discussed the report & decided to go ahead with the recommendation.

We have been using their services for at least fifteen years. They are very efficient and we have had no problems with them. We always look for the coupons for the work because it saves us twenty to thirty dollars. If there are any problems, they come out immediately.
