Description of Work: I got a call from the Air Masters office within a couple of days after getting their promotional deal, and they were very courteous and professional right from the outset. The young man who came out to inspect the system showed up right on schedule and did a very thorough job, ultimately handing me a checklist which indicated that everything was operating smoothly. I'll definitely be contacting them again around this time next year for the same service.

Description of Work: I purchased a $49 Complete A/C Maintenance Inspection & Tune-Up on Angie's List. Steven was our service technician and he showed up on time and was very professional. We have an older home and so is our current A/C unit. Steven performed his inspection and tune-up. There was a clog in the drain pipe and he cleared it and applied algae tab. He also quoted me on how much it would cost to install a new A/C unit. There was no pressure to purchase anything.

Description of Work: We needed a new A/C system and we knew it. I have to admit, these guys have done right by me and my family, and for an A/C service company in Tampa, that's rare, really really rare. They installed it when they said, at the price they said, and didn't leave until it was working 100%. They were fair about the warranty, the extended warranty, follow-up service and their people are fair and professional. Again, if you want to get treated properly by an A/C company, one who will go the extra mile, choose these guys. Otherwise, roll the dice, especially in the Tampa area.
