+ -1 moreWe cannot thank Air Animales and our representative Krystal enough for all they did to bring us and our dog Hopper back together in Rome! Before working with Air Animales, we had a nightmare experience with another pet shipper (Airpets) after they failed twice to get our dog to us, leaving her stuck in United States without us for an entire month. In contrast, our experience with Air Animales and Krystal was like night and day. From the moment Krystal stepped in she was caring, communicative, and organized in all she did. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, despite the tricky situation we were in. We are so grateful we found her and Air Animales!

+ -1 moreI utilized both the ground transportation and the flight transportation. The people were very professional. I had 4 cats that flew from Las Vegas, NV to Cleveland, Ohio. My cats were transported 2.5 hours to the Las Vegas, flew overnight picked up in Cleveland and driven another 30 minutes. Thanks to Air Animal, their transition was flawless. I would highly recommend Air Animal for anyone considering moving long distances or flying internationally.
