Air 24/7 was very professional, went above and beyond to repair and replace a leaking ac condenser for our 2 year old unit we bought from them , zero cost. And unit was out of warranty. Great company, that cares! Thank you.

I finally bit the bullet and replaced my air conditioning system. I had at least 6+ various quotes from many companies. The majority of the representatives of these companies never took the time to properly calculate what was truly necessary for my home. They all oversold by just quoting and replacing the exact system with one of the same. My original system was way too big for my home and actually had created moisture damage in my walls. I already knew this before anyone came to my home. I had Air 24/7 out for a quote and one of the first questions Richard (their representative) asked was “is the house damp when the AC was on?” He was wonderful and never tried to upsale or oversale the job. I agreed on a very reasonable, fair price and we made arrangements for the install. All steps of the project went without a kink. The installers, (Marcelo & Javier) arrived on time, we’re very skilled and knowledgeable, professional and worked at a fantastic speed. Once the system was broken down and replaced, my home was cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend Air 24/7 for any work you may need on your AC/Heat System!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT AIR 24/7!! The owner himself of the company answered my call and was so patient listening to my medical issues/bills. He had sympathy for my situation and worked with me financially to get my a/c cooling again. The tech/Peter was cleanly & professionally dressed and very friendly, as well. Air 24/7 is my new go-to for heating and cooling!!!

Our central A/C stopped completely, of all times, early on a Saturday evening. The temperature in our house quickly rose to 83 Degrees. We were desperate for an immediate repair. We called our regular company only to get a voice mail. We found Air 24/7 online, called them, and were promised a technician in one hour. They lived up to their promise with tech, Rich, arriving 2 minutes early. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to us, and provided needed repairs at a reasonable cost. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very courteous. In less than an hour, Rich had us cool again. The service was excellent. Air 24/7 was the only company to actually answer our call. We were so pleased that we will likely never use another A/C company in the future.

Last evening we came home and the temperature in our home was 90 degrees. We have 2 big dogs and a cat that were very stressed out in the heat. The A/C must have gone out yesterday afternoon sometime while we were at work. We decided to call Air 24/7 and they dispatched one of their technicians right away. He got here promptly and was up front and straightforward about what was wrong with it as soon as he was able to make a diagnosis. He did not try to tell us that anything else was wrong with it just to make more money either on parts or labor. On top of that he was also very helpful in telling us to watch out for in the future and give us more knowledge of what to expect based on certain issues. Their customer service experience is also excellent in that they are very sympathetic and effective in getting your A/C fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible for the most reasonable price. Richie is magnificent. Punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and always professional (even over the phone). He quickly diagnosed, cleaned, and performed needed repairs that have made a major difference in the operation of my A/C unit. It has never run better. The price was also very reasonable and I will continue to use them for all my A/C needs.

Absolutely amazing service! My A/C went out on a Friday evening and I made the call to Air 24/7 and they had their technician out within an hour. The technician discovered the issue right away and had it repaired in no more than 30 min. They’re an honest company and do not try to up sell you. The technician not only fixed my A/C but also advised me how to position my vents for better efficiency and how to keep my A/C maintained so the problem doesn’t happen again or cause a bigger issue. Their service was above and beyond and I will be using them for any future issues and definitely for the my yearly maintenance.

Excellent. They did what they said for the price that we agreed upon and were very professional. I also got excellent financing through them. The biggest thing with me was that they were trustworthy. They told me what was wrong and let me decide to either patch it like American Home Shield warranty service did by sending many contractors out to do because they did not want to replace my unit, like they said in my home warranty contract that they would. Go for this company, You will not be sorry that you did.
