Description of Work: The installation was a challenge due to tearing out the old counter top, but they kept their contract charge even though it should have been more. They were friendly, professional and thorough. The sales department was outstanding in their knowledge of materials and selection.

Description of Work: They never returned calls. We had to call them all the time. If a message was left, we'd be lucky if a return call came. If they did return a call it was 2 to 3 weeks later. We picked granite,2 vanities and faucets.We wanted both of our bathroom vanities and tops replaced along with all new granite in the kitchen. Even with half the money paid, they still never contacted us as promised. After leaving messages, it still took 18 days for them to contact us. I'm now afraid to try another company. I have repairs that really need done. The owner, admitted they dropped the ball several times.

Description of Work: A-Z -- granite countertop. We selected the slab from their yard. Got some ideas from their showroom. Got a tour of the facilities. Got a quote based on our measurements. Within a week a tech came to verify measurements and create a template. Another week until they came back onsite with two techs who were nothing but professional in the installation and care instructions. Great experience. Beautiful countertops. Thank you!
