Description of Work: Replaced entire roof. | |Original contact went smooth. Dan professional and took time to explain all my questions. Problem started when I received the final invoice. Dan and I spoke about them replacing about 4 feet of fascia and he said that would be included.Invoice not only charged me for labor of $24.00 but then charged me for 8 feet of wood to fix and I went to Home Depot and paid for the wood myself. No idea where this other $34.00 charge came from. Adam was the one that brought the invoice (although not the project manager for this job) and I showed him where the edge cuts on the shingles were very poorly done and that I was not happy with the way they looked. He said he would have someone come the next week and fix the situation.It now has been 3 weeks and i have NOT heard from anyone to fix the sloppy shingle cuts or provide refund or further explanation on the extra $58.00 charge. | |The other ratings on Angie's List were good and this was the reasons I choose the roofing contractors I did for the estimates for this project. I am concerned about this lack of response from Affordable. Based on the other ratings I was expecting better customer service. | |

Description of Work: replace tile roof with shingle system. Went very well. Only issue was the amount of nails that were left on the ground.

Description of Work: I received a quote for a roof replacement on a rehab project. The price was very competitive although I was told the roof actually did not need replacement and simply needed a good cleaning. The roofing material was unfamiliar to me and I was provided an explanation on what the material was and that it was a high quality commercial grade product. When they could have made money off me due to my lack of knowledge, they actually saved me money and educated me. For this I am grateful.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof, including 17 new plywood sheets. They built up the flat part of the roof, with tapered Foam, eliminating a constant puddle on the flat part of the roof. Overall, I think they did a very good job. I did have to add some new gutters to the sides of the flat part of the roof because of the tapered foam.

Description of Work: Contracted Affordable Roofing to replace our leaking roof. There was a lot of rot under the old roof and they replaced it according to the contract. Because of the additional work required the job took an extra day to complete, but was happily and competently finished on a Saturday. Very satisfied with the professionalism and competency for this company.

Description of Work: They gave us an excellent quote and was very honest in telling us that our roof is new and should be under warranty. We just bought home. It was under warranty and other roofer fixed it.

Description of Work: Didn't hire them,almost twice as expensive as the other estimates. Also the sales man said the product has a lifetime warranty but when researched the product,found that it does not,as promised.
