I had a leak. The workman found where the water was getting through, and gave me the information and material to fix it myself. And didn't charge me a thing!

It took quite a while and one formal letter to get the work started after making my deposit, which was a little frustrating. The folks who did the work were pleasant and they did a good job of keeping the job site clean. Overall it was pretty good work, but a simple phone call to let me know the status (particularly when you have several thousand dollars of a customer's money) would be nice. I only say that I wouldn't hire them again because I've seen the quality of some other comparable metal roofing jobs. Theirs wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

Fantastic. Friendly, professional, and most importantly, great metal roofers. They explained everything about the do's and dont's of metal roofing, used high quality materials, and did a GREAT job. I learned a lot about metal roofs due to the previous roofer's mistakes, and these guys do everything right. They were also the lowest bid! My only regret is that I didn't find them first. I'd recommend them to anyone, and my mom is getting a proposal from them for her house based on my experience.

Hector was very prompt and responsive to the initial quote appointment and any subsequent phone calls. He provided a quote on the spot. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the speed at which the job was done. The contracted date was 2-3 weeks after contract award. A crew of two came out eight days later and finished the job in one long day. The site was left very clean; only a few loose screws and small pieces of material were left behind. They removed a gutter section to replace rotten wood. I had planned to paint it before they replaced the gutter, but they finished the job before I had a chance. Not too often you can complain about a contractor doing a good, complete job too fast.

THEY ARRIVED CLOSE TO THE SUGGESTED TIME, BUT ONCE THEY STARTED THEY WORKED UNTIL FINISHED. THE BEST PART WAS THE CREW HEADED BY ACIE, A GREAT ROOFER! THEY WERE ALWAYS NEAT & CLEANED UP EVERY DAY. WHEN THEY LEFT THEY TOOK ALL OF THEIR TRASH. GREAT JOB!!! BOB PALM HARBOR

MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY POSITIVE FROM START TO FINISH. JIM PROVIDED VERY HELPFUL INFORMATION AND A DETAILED ESTIMATE. INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY, PROMPT, EFFICIENT, ON SCHEDULE. THEY CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED AND ALL DETAILS WERE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE REQUESTING FINAL PAYMENT. IN RESPONSE TO A COUPLE MINOR COSMETIC ISSUES, THEIR CREW PROMPTLY RETURNED AND ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS. JIM (ESTIMATOR), JAKOB (CREW LEADER) AND ROBERT (SUPERVISOR) WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL, RESPONSIVE, AND FAIR. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO NEIGHBORS.

THEY WERE GREAT! THEY WERE THE LOWEST PRICE AND A BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

I THINK BECAUSE OF THE HURRICANES THE COMPANY WAS VERY BUSY AND IT WAS HARD TO GET THEM TO RESPOND. ONCE THEY DID THE WORK WAS QUICK AND WELL DONE. ONLY THE CREW FOREMAN SPOKE ENGLISH, REST SPANISH. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER WELL, AND EVEN REPAIRED PART OF MY GUTTER THAT THEY HAD NOT DAMAGED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, AND ASSUME RESPONSIVENESS WOULD HAVE BEEN FAR BETTER IF NOT FOR THE EXTREME WORKLOAD OF 4 HURRICANES.

THIS SERVICE, TIMING & WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY STARTED ON TIME, ESTIMATED, WORKED 3 FULL DAYS AND COMPLETELY REPLACED MY 5000 SQUARE FOOT ROOF. TOTALLY CLEANED UP DAILY. NEW GUTTERS REPLACED ON 4TH DAY. ROOF INSPECTION ON 5TH DAY! I CONTRACTED THEM THE DAY AFTER THE LAST HURRICANE!
